Check validation of WBS and AGENT at SC level instead of PO creation time.

Hi all,
        is there any function module to check the issues with the account assignment like agents are missing for cost center or WBS for a shopping cart , this is validated during PO creation but my requirement is to validate it during the SC Cart creation .

You are correct. Indeed all checks happen during PO only not through SC.
You can use DOC check badi only

    I' ve activate the Business Function OPS_PS_CI_1.
    I 'm doing the test, and is OK for control the modify a wbe (CJ02 or CJ20n) for responsable, modify a cost planning of wbe (CJ40) but for the buget WBS (CJ30-31), it does not work, as if it did not user control.

    Can anyone help with the Photo Book process?  I have tried at least a dozen times and the Photo Book always fails at the very last stage of the process.  I ordered Buy Book, it assembles the book and files are transferred until the very last moment... it says " An error occurred while uoloading one of your files.  Please check your network connection and click Retry to resend your files."   It fails every time, any advice?  My server is TalkTalk which may explain everything !! ??   Help.

    Boot into Safe Mode, Mac OS X: Starting up in Safe Mode, and order from there. 
    Also make a PDF file of your book according to this Apple Document, iPhoto '11: Preview a book, card, or calendar before you order or print it, before you order to check for errors.  Keep that file to compare with the printed copy when it arrives.

    This could be a complicated problem to solve, as there are many possible causes for it. Test after taking each of the following steps that you haven't already tried. Back up all data before making any changes.
    Before proceeding, test on another network, if possible. That could be a public Wi-Fi hotspot, if your computer is portable, or a cellular network if you have a mobile device that can share its Internet connection. If you find that iMessage works on the other network, the problem is in your network or at your ISP, not in your computer.
    Step 1
    Check the status of the service. If the service is down, wait tor it to come back up. There may be a localized outage, even if the status indicator is green.

    Sign out of iMessage and FaceTime on all your Apple devices. Log out and log back in. Try again to sign in.

    Step 9
    Enable guest logins* and log in as Guest. Don't use the Safari-only “Guest User” login created by “Find My Mac.”
    While logged in as Guest, you won’t have access to any of your personal files or settings. Applications will behave as if you were running them for the first time. Don’t be alarmed by this; it’s normal. If you need any passwords or other personal data in order to complete the test, memorize, print, or write them down before you begin.
    Test while logged in as Guest. After testing, log out of the guest account and, in your own account, disable it if you wish. Any files you created in the guest account will be deleted automatically when you log out of it.
    *Note: If you’ve activated “Find My Mac” or FileVault, then you can’t enable the Guest account. The “Guest User” login created by “Find My Mac” is not the same. Create a new account in which to test, and delete it, including its home folder, after testing.
    If iMessage worked in the guest account, stop here and post your results.
    Step 10
    Start up in safe mode and log in to the account with the problem. You must hold down the shift key twice: once when you start up, and again when you log in.
    Note: If FileVault is enabled in OS X 10.9 or earlier, or if a firmware password is set, or if the startup volume is a Fusion Drive or a software RAID, you can’t do this. Ask for further instructions.
    Safe mode is much slower to start and run than normal, with limited graphics performance, and some things won’t work at all, including sound outputand Wi-Fi on certain models. The next normal startup may also be somewhat slow.
    The login screen appears even if you usually log in automatically. You must know your login password in order to log in. If you’ve forgotten the password, you will need to reset it before you begin.
    Test while in safe mode. After testing, restart as usual (i.e., not in safe mode) and test again.
    If iMessage worked in safe mode, but still doesn't work when you restart in "normal" mode, stop here and post your results.
    Step 11
    Triple-click anywhere in the line below on this page to select it:
    /Library/Preferences/com.apple.apsd.plist
    Right-click or control-click the highlighted line and select
              Services ▹ Reveal in Finder (or just Reveal)
    from the contextual menu.* A folder should open with an item selected. Move the selected item to the Trash. You may be prompted for your administrator login password. Restart the computer and empty the Trash.
    *If you don't see the contextual menu item, copy the selected text to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination  command-C. In the Finder, select
              Go ▹ Go to Folder...
    from the menu bar and paste into the box that opens by pressing command-V. You won't see what you pasted because a line break is included. Press return.
    Step 12
    Reset the NVRAM.
    Step 13
    Reset the System Management Controller (SMC).
    Step 14
    Reinstall OS X.
    Step 15
    If none of the above steps resolves the issue, make a "Genius" appointment at an Apple Store, or contact Apple Support. When you set up a support call, select "Apple ID" as the product you need help with, not the hardware model. That way, if you're not under AppleCare, you may be able to talk your way out of being charged for the call.

    I have an issue in validation check for Tcode 'FB60' and  'FB10'.
    there are two exits coded for these transactions through transaction 'GGB0'.
    details for the two exits.
    exit 1.
      when posting a vendor invoice, the network status is checked whether it is completed or not - if status is completed error message is raised.
    exit 2.
      when posting vendor invoice - for G/L Account in 60000 - 69999 series network should not be posted. if posted error message is raised.
    when these two exits are entered via a prerequisites in code 'KGB' a code is generated automatically to call these exits- when transaction 'FB10' 'FB60' is executed.
    Issue:
    for  code 'FB10' is executed with network with status completed and with G/LP account in 60000 - 69999 series -
    error message is raised in sequence i.e. exit 1 is raised and then exit 2 is raised.
    but for code 'FB60' if condition for exit 2 is  not satisfied then exit 1 message is raised.
    but it should be in sequence in raising the error message i.e. exit 1 and then exit.
    Even though for both the transaction the auto generated code is similar and even exits are similar - but it is execution in raising the error message is diffrent.
    - Since it is auto generated code i am able to figure out the issue.
    i would appreciate if any one could help me out in this issue.

    When signing in from PSE12 i just get this error message: There was an error contacting the server. Check your internet connection and try again
    Internet is working (access this forum) and adoberevel website works fine. Everything works but elements revel sign in from PSE12. PSE12 have been syncing thumbnails for several days - now have 48.000 of my revel library, but now it will not allow me to sign in again from PSE12.

    I do not think there actually is a network issue, because if i try another username/password i do get: Please provide valid Adobe ID and/or password to sign in. So i assume PSE12/Revel Agent actually has a network connection to adobe.

    Out of the blue a small number of my Windows XP PCs get the following error
    when logging in. Usually appears while login script page is on screen:-
    Failed to initialize the network. Check if another instance of agent is
    running. Contact the system administrator
    Once XP has loaded ok I can manually start the Remote Management service.
    Some PCs are intermittent and don't seem to get it again but a couple get it
    every login. I removed the client and reinstalled. I removed the Remote
    Management service and re-installed. Re-registered the PC Workstation but no
    change for those who get it every day.
    I did find this:-
    Failed to initialize the network. Check if another instance of agent is
    running. Contact the system administrator
    Source: Remote Management Agent
    Severity: Critical
    Possible Cause: The Remote Management Agent is unable to bind to the IPX or
    IP port that is being used for Remote Management service, or the ports are
    being used by some other application running on the managed workstation.
    Action: Uninstall any third-party remote control agent or remote control
    application using these ports from the managed workstation.
    Possible Cause: The protocol stack is corrupted.
    Action: Reinstall the protocol stack.
    Possible Cause: The managed workstation is not connected to the network, or
    the network is down.
    Action: Connect the managed workstation to the network.
    I don't have any third party remote control agent installed and I've tried
    the refresh of the IP protocol stack. Surprised this has started as we have
    not made any changes to the network or software. We run NW Client 4.83sp1
    and NW5.1 sp5.
    Anybody else had this and cleared it completely?

    Further developments:
    It looks like it's a fault in the nic. it's a Compaq NC3120 Fast Ethernet
    card. It used to work, but since I've wiped out the card drivers that were
    in use, I'm at HP's mercy. They are telling me that the card is no longer
    under warranty and won't even tell me what driver to look for. Anything I've
    managed to find has the exact same symptoms:
    Client works, ping to IP addresses work, ping to www.yahoo.com (etc) doesn't
    work, although winipcfg shows a DNS server the same as every other machine I
    have.
    Internet explorer doesn't work, even with IP addresses to local servers.
    And of course, zenrc32 doesn't work, wsreg32 doesn't work.
    Does anyone know of a way of making the NC3120 work on a win98 machine?
    Shall I just go buy a couple dozen netcards from a more reputable company
    than compaq?
