Checks were sent out and then voided - What to do?
Here is the scenario:
1) Checks printed and sent out.
2) Check voided and reprinted (not sent out) - Yes this was an accident.
Now in transaction FCH1, void reason code says (Ripped during printing)
Check number shows 2157718. (Good)
Replacement check number shows 2158036. (Bad)
Pospay file was incorrect but we managed to work with bank and had them cancel the first file (as it showed the checks sent as being canceled) and sent them a new pospay file with original check numbers only (in order to match the checks mailed out).
Now I'd like to unvoid the orginal checks but wonder the implications.
Not being very knowledgeable about this topic, I'm looking for any assistance I can get.

you have two issues.
1) Checks printed and sent out.
This would have been absolute problem, if the bank was not convinced with your words. Fortunately, they have convince and they are agreed to take a new file of POSPAY checks. Now, you need to cancel the original checks. Since, the bank is nothing to do / not at all intereste with your first bunch of checks. Therefore, no point in keeping them as it is. You need to void them. Use transaction code FCHG / FCH9 to voide them.
2) Check voided and reprinted (not sent out) - Yes this was an accident.
This is no issue at all. Since the physical checks are with you. Void in the system FCH9 and physically cross marking "CANCELLED"
Following details should be useful.
If it is used check voided use FCHG - then FCH5
If it is unused check voided use FCHE - then FCH5

my adobe account was hacked and compromised, emails were sent out on one of my accounts. I changed my adobe password, when I scan my computer, some adobe files are password protected and can not be scanned, is this normal?
I have contacted them, but apart from letting them look at it and deal with it, is there anything I can personally do myself? Or is it just a matter of waiting for me now?

If you run into the "another installation" message even after the reboot of the PC (which is an excellent idea by HTP ProXy), reregistering your Windows Installer Service is worth a try.
First, launch a command prompt as an administrator. In your Start search, type cmd then right-click on the cmd that comes up and select "Run as administrator".
At the command prompt:
Type %windir%\system32\msiexec.exe /unregister and hit enter.
Type %windir%\syswow64\msiexec.exe /unregister and hit enter.
Type %windir%\system32\msiexec.exe /regserver and hit enter.
Type %windir%\syswow64\msiexec.exe /regserver and hit enter.
Restart the PC and try another reinstalll. -

As it happens, a connection to the Time Capsule is established usually, anyway. On occasion it doesn't.
I have a Volume, Data, on the capsule, which similarly, usually mounts, but occassionally doesn't, with access permissions denied.
Any suggestions on how begin to work out how to achieve networking seamlesness?First, restart the Time Capsule by disconnecting the power adapter and reconnecting it. If other devices on the network can see it, you can skip this step.
From the menu bar, select
▹ System Preferences ▹ Network
Click the lock icon in the lower left corner of the window and authenticate to unlock the settings, if necessary. Click the Advanced button, then select the TCP/IP tab in the sheet that drops down. Click Renew DHCP lease.
Try again to back up.
If you still can't, open the Time Machine preference pane and delete the TC from the list of backup destinations. You may have to unlock the settings by clicking the lock icon in order to do this. Then add it back. -

The error may be at Apple's end rather than yours. It could also be due to corrupted files on your computer. Try deleting the following:
/Home/Library/Preferences/com.apple.SoftwareUpdate.plist
/Home/Library/Caches/com.apple.SoftwareUpdate/
/Library/Preferences/com.apple.SoftwareUpdate.plist
Restart your computer. -
My Macbook "blacks out" and then turns back on?
There are times when my MacBook will "turn off" or "black out" and then after a few seconds, it would just turn on again with all the applications I was opening opened up already. Please help? This has happened 3 times now. :/
Looks like you have a 2010 Macbook. Are you running 10..6 Snow Leopard? Things to check. Go to system preferences/energy saver/ schedule and make sure nothing is checked. Also uncheck put hard drive to sleep. Do a pram reset/Command/Option?P/R and hold power button down for three chimes. You could also reset SMC. Hold down the Command?Option?Shift while holding down the power button for about 10 second. You should be able to access the apple hardware test by starting up and holding down the D or Option D on startup. Run the test. If not and you have the install disks you can run it from there by inserting it and doing the same thing. Use disk utilities in the utilities folder to repair disk permissions and verify your hard drive. If it needs repair ,you'll need to use the install disk to do it under utilities at the top of the screen. If you have a newer operating system ,Then the only way to do this is through the restore partition by starting up and holding down the option or option r.You could look in your library system fold logs and see if you see anything under crach report that says thermal. Let me know.

Did you reboot the TC? That is always the first step.
Reboot the whole network if that is not enough.
If you still have issues.. come back to us but generally the best way is to factory reset the TC and start over.
We need a bit more info on the whole network layout and what OS you are running. What model TC you have?? -
This really ***** that they sent out and update to the iPhone ISO6 and I can't send or receive pics! Being that its apple you would think they would know better than to send out a bad update like this! I'm paying for a service and I can even use now!!! I'm very upset! Ok i think i have found out how to do it. Unplug your i phone, go to settings and then reset then reset all data and settings. This will warn you that it is going to erase eveything on your phone.
DO NOT BACK UP BEFORE HAND
then restart your phone and restore back up from when you donwloaded the new IOS5. This should sort out your problem :-) -
'"Connection Failed" : The server "rrnas01" may not exist or it is unavailable at this time. Check the server name or IP address, check your network connection, and then try again' message keeps displaying whenever I try to open any Adobe CS5 applications (except for Adobe Acrobat Pro). It displays until I click "OK" about 15-20 times or so and then will finally let my program open.
I have tried deleting files within my Library/Preferences folder and turning off/deleting login items within my system preferences as other forums suggested but nothing happened. Spending 3.5 hours on the phone with Adobe and completely uninstalling and then reinstalling the entire CS5 Master Collection didn't work either.
Also, it may be helpful to know that my programs worked fine for about three weeks then when we got internet and changed the password (the join, not the adminstrative password) with the wireless network "ScubaSteve" (which I've used with no problems at my old apartment) it started acting up. I have never seen "rrnas01" before so I don't know at all where it came from. I also installed the free 30 day trial of Suitcase Fusion 3 recently, but thinking that could also be the cause I have uninstalled it, and still no help.
Please help me! And please keep in mind I don't know all the computer lingo that a lot of the people in these forums seem to know. Thanks in advance for ny help you can give me.It may not be possible .. there is a major bug between Mountain Lion and the TC where the TC disk goes off the radar of the computer.
Lion is also affected but not as badly.
7.6.4 seems worse than earlier firmware.. so back to 7.6.1 or 7.5.2 if that is possible.
Obviously that is not a solution for a later Gen5 TC.
Reset to factory after the firmware downgrade. .use all network names that are short, no spaces and pure alphanumeric.
If the TC is the main router set the dhcp to a very short lease time.. eg 30min.. and see how it goes, or try a longer lease like 99days.
I prefer the very short lease but response has been mixed.
Use ethernet not wireless.. ethernet is always more reliable and stable than wireless.
And last .. a nightly electric timer that powers off every night at midnight for 1min.. would not be the first device we have suggested a fix that amounts to beat the unit to the punch by forcing it to reboot since it is unstable.
