Cheque date should be due date on which invoice are due.

Dear Experts,
We are making payment through F110. Now we are planning to run  Automatic cheque printing two times in a month instead of daily.
But cheque date should be due date on which invoice are due.
Is it possible to do so, Please advice.
Thanks in advance,
Maurya shantanu

Hello Maurya,
Yes you can have the cheque date as due date provided you have one check for all invoices with same due date.
You can discuss with your ABAPer advicing him to pick the date for the check from the invoice due date filed.

  • Accounting document date should be current date

    Hi,
When i am releasing a invoice to accounting , accounting document date is billing date not current date
i need acc doc date should be the date when invoice is released .not billing date how can i configure this

    HI,
I am not getting your business requirement here, Where as logically it should be same as Billing date and accounting document date.
because some times the billing date and the billing creation date may change. in that case it may be difficult you to prove the accounting document date.
for Eg.  you billing creation date is 30.01 .2013
and your billing document date is 05.02.2013
if you posting the accounting document in 01.02.2013, and you need to  the accounting document date should be 01.02.2013  , then it is logically not valid.
So if you need to find the exact date for accounting posting then you can refer the "posting date field" , that means (
Date which is used when entering the document in Financial Accounting or Controlling)
Hope it ll help you to understand.
Else you have to use any user exit to do so.

    Hi experts,
At present , system takes billing date from PGI document.  However this field is editable at the bill of billing ( VF01 ).  User can change it.  Our requirement is as under :
We want the same to be made non editable OR it should pick up the current date but not future date.
Kindly suggest how it is possible.

This is Material management froum, any way,Use transaction variant(SHD0) to display billing date as non editable in VF01(By standard If u don't enter billing date it will take current system date as default,Billing Date is determined based on Invoicing date in Customer master Sales area billing tab).

  • Billing date should be the date it create

    Hi
Currecntly we are creating billing document based on the dilivery in that case billing document date dake as the delivery date all accounting enteries post based on the dilivery date.
But we need to change this when billing is created it should take the date it creates with out taking the delivery date.
please advice how to do this chage..
    Thanx in advance !!
    Regards
    Kesharika

    Hi Kesharika,
If invoice dates are defined for the customer, the system proposes the
billing date from the invoice date calendar. If no invoice dates are
agreed, then the actual goods issue date is formed on the basis of
delivery related billing. In order related billing, the billing date of
the order forms the basis of the billing date.
If you want different system behavior, you may consider writing your
own copy control routine and assign it under 'Data VBRK/VBRP' in trx
VTFA. Or you have to manually key in the system date as the billing
    date in VF01.
In case you want to cancel a billing document and you want to change the
billing date (VBRK-FKDAT) of the cancellation into today' date as the
default on the cancellation, you have this possibility:
In the level of invoice type (Transaction VOFA), every invoice type has
    its own cancellation type.
==> VOFA 'Billing: Document Types' for example: billing type F2 invoice
        Cancell.billing type 'S1'     Invoice Cancellation
        Copying requirements '  ' <     Here
You've got the possibility to deposit an additional copying requirement.
against your cancellation type. In here you can set the billing date on
the document to whatever date you require. Eg: VBRK-FKDAT = SY-DATUM.
would set it to the date the document is being cancelled (see note
    43318).
    Cheers,
    Alex

We are using APO for GATP.
Can anyone please guide how to go about this?
    Thanks in advance.

    Hi,
    1. For this you need to maintain the Customer Calendar...
IMG --> SD --> Master data --> Business Partner --> Customer --> Shipping --> Define Customer Calendars....
Here create a calendar with working day as only on Monday and other days as holiday.
    2. Assign this calendar in the Customer Master --> General data --> Unloading Points....
create atleast one unloading point and assign the newly created calendar... you can also set this unloading point as default one...
Now the confirmed delivery date will be only on monday... if the confirmed qty is available on tuesday then it will be confirmed to the customer on next monday....
    Hope this solves your issue.

  • The invoice date and the paymant date showing the same

    hi sap techies
i am facing a typical problem the invoice date and the payment date is showing the same in fbl5n.the payment terms are set for 30 days that means that the payment date should be 30 days from the invoice date but in fb03 the system shows invoice date and the payment due date to be the same.
    please help
    kind regards

    Hi,
Payment terms are calculacted either on
    - Document Date
    - Posting Date or
    - Entry Date
You  must have chosen document date in the parameters for payment term and now you must be comparing on posting date.
Check what is the parameter in payment terms.
Also check the payment terms in the document.
    Good Luck!

  • Payment terms should calculate Payment due date based on working days

    Hi Experts,
As we know that standard SAP calculates Payment due date= base line date + number of days maintained in payment terms. In this payment days are considered as calendar days and not the working days.
Example: If base line date is Thursday, payment terms says 3 days then payment due date is calculated as Sunday ( which is not a working day as per the factory calendar I use). The requirement is that payment date should be calculated as following Tuesday considering Satuarday and Sunday are not working days as per the calendar.
Can you please suggest how can we achieve this?
    Thanks,
    Ravi

You can not acheive from config pooint of view but you can use BADI and get the solution
use BAdI MRM_PAYMENT_TERMS to set terms of payment
You can use this Business Add-In to change the following fields for the
terms of payment in the invoice document header:
o  ZFBDT: Base date for due date calculation
    o  ZBD1T: Discount days 1
    o  ZBD1P: Discount percentage 1
    o  ZBD2T: Discount days 2
    o  ZBD2P: Discount percentage 2
o  ZBD3T: Deadline for net condition
o  ZLSPR: Key for payment block

  • In Which R/3 Table, the Extraction Date should be RESET to Limit DELTA ???

    Hi all,
We have a daily delta extraction setup for DataSource 0FI_GL_4 from R/3 into ODS. I think there is a table on R/3 side where we could RESET the extraction date (?) to limit the delta reload incase something goes wrong with delta process. Without this reset, it may take 2-3 WEEKS for us.
Is any one has any idea about this table , PLEASE....
    Thanks.

    hi Venkat,
check oss note 485958-BW-BCT-FI: Repeating delta extractions
    Symptom
This note provides the option of repeating delta extractions under certain conditions.
The note is valid for the DataSources listed below:
0FI_AP_4 - Accounts Payable: Line Items
0FI_AR_4 - Accounts Receivable: Line Items
0FI_GL_4 - General Ledger: Line Items
    0FI_TX_4  Taxes: Line Items
0FI_AP_6  Accounts Payable: Transaction Figures Using Delta Extraction
0FI_AR_6  Accounts Receivable: Transaction Figures Using Delta Extraction
0FI_GL_6 - General Ledger:  Transaction Figures Using Delta Extraction
0FI_AP_7 - Accounts Payable: Special G/L Transaction Figures Using Delta Extraction
0FI_AR_7 - Accounts Receivable:  Special G/L Transaction Figures Using Delta Extraction
0FI_GL_7 - General Ledger:  Cost of Sales Accounting Ledger Using Delta Extraction
0FI_AR_8 - Accounts Receivable: Credit Management: Central Data Using Delta Extraction
0FI_AR_9 - Accounts Receivable:  Credit Management: Control Area Data Using Delta Extraction
0FI_AR_10 - Accounts Receivable: Payment History Using Delta Extraction
    Other terms
    BWOM2_TIMEST, TIMESTAMP, BWOM_SETTINGS, LAST_TS, delta, init
    Reason and Prerequisites
For test or correction purposes you require a function to repeat delta extractions.
In the standard system, you can repeat the delta extractions for the last sixty days.
The number of days is defined by the 'DELTIMEST' parameter in the BWOM_SETTINGS table.
For all DataSources mentioned above you can repeat the delta extraction without problems because all DataSources use an ODS object. The system automatically filters out data that is selected several times.
    Solution
The solution consists of resetting the time stamps used for the delta extraction in the BWOM2_TIMEST table to a certain date.
To do this, you must reset the 'X' marker in the 'LAST_TS' column for the last successful delta extraction.
The next delta extraction then loads all data created or changed as of this date to the BW system.
To reset the 'X' marker in the 'LAST_TS' column, use the 'BWOM2_TIMEST' report. If the report is not yet available in you system, you can install it as described in Note 836288.
    Caution - important note
If you repeat several delta extractions in a run using this note, the number of the extracted records will in most cases be smaller than the total of the individual delta extractions.
This can happen in the following cases:
If documents are contained in several individual delta extractions due to document changes. The system selects these documents only once.
If you have set parameter BWFIOVERLA = X in the BWOM_SETTINGS table. (See Note 485958)
In this case, the upper limit of the period for the data selection is not, as usual, 23:59:59 of the previous day. The system also extracts all existing documents of the current day. These documents are also contained in the following delta extraction.
    1. If you can load the expected data volume in one delta extraction, proceed as follows:
Execute the 'BWOM2_TIMEST' report for the relevant DataSource.
Remove the marker in the entry of the last delta extraction.
In the columns for the date of the time stamp and the time of the time stamp, you can see up to when the individual data extractions have extracted data.
Select the entry up to which the data in your BW system is still correct.
    Save the changes.
Do not make any further changes in the BWOM2_TIMEST table.
The next delta extraction uses the date + 1 of the selected entry as a lower limit for the data selection and the current date - 1 for the upper limit.
    2. If you must load the expected data volume in several parts, proceed as follows:
Caution: There are the following two cases:.
    a) The 'BWFIOVERLA' parameter in the BWOM_SETTINGS table is not set.
The next delta extraction uses the date + 1 of the selected entry as a lower limit for the data selection.
You can control the upper limit for the data selection by changing the ' BWFISAFETY' parameter in the BWOM_SETTINGS table. The upper limit is determined using the current date minus the value of the 'BWFISAFETY' parameter (default = 1).
If you want to extract the data of the last twenty days in four parts, for example, set the parameter as follows in Transaction SE16:
    before the 1. delta extraction > > BWFISAFETY = 15
    before the 2. delta extraction > > BWFISAFETY = 10
    before the 3. delta extraction > > BWFISAFETY = 5
    before the 4. delta extraction > > BWFISAFETY = 1 (= default)
    b) The 'BWFIOVERLA' parameter in the BWOM_SETTINGS table is set (=X).
First, deactivate the 'BWFIOVERLA' parameter in the BWOM_SETTINGS table. This is necessary because if you do not do this, the system ignores the settings of the 'BWFISAFETY' parameter.
Execute the 'BWOM2_TIMEST' report for the relevant DataSource.
Remove the marker in the entry of the last delta extraction.
In the columns for the date of the time stamp and the time of the time stamp you can see up to when the individual data extractions have extracted data.
Do NOT select the entry up to which the data in your BW system is still correct, rather select the entry before that.
               Save the changes.
Do not make any further changes in the BWOM2_TIMEST table.
If for example you want to extract the data of the last twenty days in four parts, set the parameter in Transaction SE16 as follows:
    before the 1. delta extraction > > BWFISAFETY = 15
    before the 2. delta extraction > > BWFISAFETY = 10
    before the 3. delta extraction > > BWFISAFETY = 5
    before the 4. delta extraction > > BWFISAFETY = 1 (= default)
and parameter BWFIOVERLA = X to return to the originaldelta mode.
