Chinese in some apps

I have set my iPhone laguange in English but in some apps the laguange is Chinese.I have talked with the apps support but they told me that the app hasn't any problem.These apps are like shazam.I don't know what else to do it really gets on my nerves cause i can't understand a thing.Should i restart my iphone?And if yes how can i do it?

Are you sure you have a 4g/3g iPod? If you don't have a camera, it's definitely not 4G. If it has no camera and is 8 or 16 Gb it is a 2G and can't go beyond 4.2.1.

You need to restore the iPod on the new computer. You can only sync apps (and some other stuff) from different computers/libraries but you can manage music and some other stuff among different computers/libraries.
You need to restore you iPod and see the following regarding the pairing error message.

TS1702 Help!! I downloaded some apps like games and when I want to buy coins to play and I try and put my pass word in it tells me this app belongs to another apple ID and I need to re buy the app but when I try it won't let me. What do I need to do???

But when I open the app to play a game and I have to buy something from the app like coins or up grade the app. And it won't let me it says app was open on a different apple I'd and that I needed to Purchase the app again and when I try and I find the same app the only thing it does is open it. But I'm not the one to tell you how to do it; someone like "Illaass" (Illaass seems to know how to correct / fix almost anything!) will know how if you don't. Just look for the "cat" icon.

Ok, you should generally only get this when you are converting your ID to an iTS account for the first time.
Sign into iTunes with your Apple ID and you should get this.... IRC once you agree or accept it's now an iTS account and you wont get that again.

In a roaming network, your "main" router is the device that would require port mapping/forwarding to be configured in order to access the IP camera from the Internet. This router is also the one that would be provide the private IP address for the camera which you will want to be a static one.
So as you described your network, the IP cameras should be getting an IP address or you assigned it a static one and this is the address that you would enter in the Private IP address (or equivalent depending on the router used) field when setting up port mapping.
If you are not able to access this camera from the local network, then this should be troubleshot first.
