That's where I tried, but for some reason my emails must not be getting through as I have received no response. I don't think they are blowing me off as I am not even getting the auto generated reply saying that my email was received which it says should be within 15 minutes of the original request. I have definitely checked my spam folders and I know my email is working to other people, but for some reason it doesn't seem to work with apple as it didn't work with a genius bar reservation either. I'm really at a loss as to how to contact someone in the company who can help me.

<Personal Information Edited By Host>iTunes content you purchase is tied to the Apple ID used to download it. You cannot update from a different Apple ID. Also, these are public forums and Apple isn't here, so you posted your password for all the world to see. I'll ask the moderators to remove it.

Not much you can do. You overwrote your current data with older data when you restored the phone from that backup. Your data's gone.

Ecause they are on they are on the other person Apple ID and password
I recently purchased an iPhone 3G on eBay I have deleted apps downloaded by the previous owner but can't use or delete the rest as they are locked on the other persons Apple ID and password is there a way of deleting them and downloading apps back I want to use, or alternatively is there a way to change to my ID and password

Congratulations on your new iPhone! If you are trying to sign into the iTunes and App Store with your Apple ID, you can use these steps:
Changing your Apple ID account
Tap Settings > iTunes & App Stores, then tap the Apple ID signed in.
Sign out of the current Apple ID account and then sign in with another account or create a new Apple ID.

We have two iPads. mine is the first one purchased. I opened iTunes to put some photos from the Mac to my wife's iPad. I plugged in my wife's iPad. Both ipads have the same apple id and password. iTunes synced everything from my iPad to my wife's iPad. Now we have two identical iPads looking like mine. Everything on her ipad seems gone and replaced with mine, all her recent holiday photos, emails, settings, etc etc seem gone.
I'm toast!

I have a Mac desk top and and iPad, a current Apple ID and Password and gmail address. Mac says can't access icloud be cause of a problem with my gmail address. I click to fix it and it asks for a password for my OLD yahoo account, whick I don't have. BTW, this is all set up on my iPad but the account is not verified.....round and round she goes! What can I do next?
If the old ID (Yahoo address) was an earlier version of your current ID (Gmail address), try recreating your old ID from your new ID by going to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. Then enter the password for your current ID when your Mac prompts you for your Yahoo ID.

I just installed Lightroom 5 from Amazon for my Mac with 10.10.1 software. When I open it I get: "An error occurred when attempting to change modules". It won't import photos and has no side panels under Library. What should I do?
I Nearly bought from Amazon too but I found a thread from Adobe stating that the only recognized outlet for lightoom is themselves and other outlets serial numbers will not be guaranteed.

I change my apple ID and password like a week now and after changing all my information and MY apple ID, i noticed that i lost all my picture in my camer roll and my photo stream too ;(.. Can anyone please help me how to bring it back all my photos?
I don't know about your camera roll, but for photostream just do this:
Go into Settings > iCloud > Delete Account and then sign back in using your Apple ID information.
Make sure to do the same thing with your iTunes and App Store options.
Settings > iTunes and App Store > Click Email and sign out, then sign back in. -

All you need is a physical plug adapter, not a voltage converter. All Apple chargers work on any voltage from 110 - 240 worldwide.

Even though there are over 200 photos on my ipad, after trying both methods of importing and connecting with a lead, a message appears saying that there are no photos on this device. Any ideas?
Did you connect your iPad to your computer then open the application on your computer that transfers photos from a camera? Your computer should recognize the iPad as a camera. All photos in the Camera Roll on the iPad should then be seen and you should be able to copy them to the computer using that application.
Photos that were synced to your iPad by connecting to your syncing computer cannot be copied back this way as the master file for those photos are on the syncing computer. -
I updated to imovie 11 on my iPhone 4 and my old videos were the only ones there. Everybody else that had this problem went to settings > privacy > photos then turned on access to photos from imovie. When I went to the settings and went to photos there was no imovie option.
Please help ASAP
