Choosing the smtp to send email

I have two accounts. A and B account.
The standard account is A.
When I am reading the email from account B and I need to answer it, I would like send this email from account B.
But the iPhone insist to send my email by account A (standard).
The question is: How can I change the account at the moment when I am writing the email? It is possible?

As long as both accounts are set up on the iPhone, yes. In the reply email, tap the From/Cc field, then tap the From field, and select the other email account from the list.

Ah! Unfortunately, I'm on a company computer and can't just try these things myself. If that's the issue, I can ask our admins and they'll do it, but I want to make sure I've exhausted anything that could be a small fix.

Install ClamXav and run a scan with that. It should pick up any trojans.

I had a similar problem in that my wife's iphone 5 could not send pics with imessage. Had to set the settings to default to SMS or whatever. After laboring many hours on the web I coincidentally was on the phone with the internet people to question my internet speed. They changed the router channel, which is something that I am capable of doing myself. After that, the pics go over imessage. My own Iphone didn't have the problem. We are both latest IOS 7.0.6.

All of a sudden I can't forward my emails because when I go to choose the people to send them too the window won't pop up. The same thing for any other site that uses a pop up window. What do I do?

It happened all of a sudden, any site that requires a new window to open to sign up for something or to choose something it just won't do it. I can't forward any emails because in order to choose the people I'm sending the email to, a new small window with my address book pops up and Mozilla won't let it happen. How can I change this back to the way it was?

Are any of your other applications going wonky, or is it just Logic?
I'm afraid I've never heard of this particular problem before, but if it were happening to me the first thing I would do is delete my "com.apple.logic.express.plist" file in Library>Preferences, then repair permissions in Disc Utility, and finally restart my computer. Then I would launch Logic and see if the problem has been corrected. It's amazing how much these two steps can accomplish.
If that doesn't resolve the issue I would launch Logic and go to Preferences>Audio Units Manager to see if all my plug-ins are properly validated.

SMTP Server Sending Emails from mymac.local

I ran a "fetchmail -a" command in terminal not thinking it would work from the command line. It worked and downloaded all my mail from Gmail locally to my mac into /var/me/mail. About 8000 messages in total.
But it also started relaying all those messages through a postfix program I didn't know was running.
From what I can tell it tried to relay every message I was sent in my gmail to mymac.local and when it couldn't it send NDR messages back to the address that was trying to send it (i.e. the original sender that sent it to my gmail).
So to cut a long story short everyone who ever sent me an email got an NDR saying a message they sent to mymac.local could not be delivered. I was spamming them but I did not know it until a few hours later. At that time I killed the postfix program that (i think) was running an SMTP server relay on my machine. (I have MAMP installed for web development)
I still do not know if it has stopped sending as I cannot view what has been sent or not been sent in any log files.
How do I make sure everything (SMTP relays/postfix etc.) has stopped sending?

Some ISPs will only allow a device to send emails from their server when its connecting to the Internet over their network.
If the iPod touch is connecting to the Internet over the cellular network, you will most likely have to enable an alternate outgoing mail server(one that can only send over the cellular network). This article: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1426 provides more details about enabling alternate SMTP servers.
You can avoid ISP related send mail issues by switching to another email provider, like MobileMe, Yahoo!, or Gmail.

How do I configure smtp to send email

Just bought mt iPad and trying to set up my mailbox.
Sending emails is all good.
But I am struggling to set up my outgoing mail.
My smtp server is mail.mydomain.com
My user name is [email protected]
When I set up the outgoing mail I set mail.mydomain.com as my domain and my user name as [email protected]
When but the iPad tries to authenticate with a user name of [email protected]@mail.mydomain.com
When I set the domain as mydomain.com and my user name as Ian.wermerling then it can not authenticate because I believe it is not authenticating against the actual smtp server.
Any suggestions?

Please increase logging level for SMTP to "Information". Next try to send mail and post the relevant log entries.

How Do I Increase The Speed Of Sending Emails Using The Mail Service on my Mac Mini Server?

Note: This is the first time I have set up a mail server.
I have a Ruby on Rails application where I am currently sending approx. 240 individual emails with the potential of more being sent each week as more people add themselves to our mailing list. I am sending them invidually in order to personalize the emails and to hopefully prevent my emails being falsely identified as spam.
The GoDaddy email address I was using in my Rails application has a daily limit of sending 250 emails each day. With our mailing list fastly approaching 250 I decided to set up an email address on my Mac Mini Server using Mountain Lion (OS X Server). The email address was set up to be stored locally at the advice of Apple Enterprise Support. This email address will not be used in an email program. It will only be used in all my Rails applications.
My emails send properly but take almost 10 seconds an email. When I use the same software with GoDaddy's email address the emails take about eight minutes to send. With the email address I created it takes about 41 minutes. The difference seems to have to do with the sacl_check being done. Here is an example of what I see for each email in mail.log.

There is 9-10 seconds that elapses when the sacl_check. If I subtract this difference the remaining time is almost the time that the GoDaddy email takes to send the same number of emails.

String gets added to the name of the PDF while sending email

Hi,
I am generating a PDF from a smartform. When i click on the email button on the PDF, it opens outlook with the PDF in the attachment. But i can see some string gets added to the begining of the name of PDF for example if i have named the PDF as 18000012 then while sending email from PDF i can see the name as XXXXX1800012.pdf as the attachment. Is there any way by which i can remove that string.
