CIC0- Add Date of Birth Field in the BP Search,

Hi,
Please do let me know the procedure for adding the Date of Birth Field in the BP Search of Interaction Client Center.
I have activated the Field BP1_BIRTHDATE in the CRMC_CIC_SEARCH_CNTR,
and i have changed the Layout of the HTML Page via the Transaction SMW0 in the SAP WebRepository in the CRM_CIC_COMPONENTS package.
Now im able to find the Date of Birth Field in the CIC0 but while i'm trying to search based in the Date Of Birth field it is not working it.
Please do suggest me what i have to do.

How can you expect to search on DOB basis if its not suported at the BOL level. Make sure the business logic is written to carry out search on DOB basis.
You need to enahcne the already exsiting search code to support search on date of birth basis.

make append to tables in se11 - CCMBP1FIELDS, CCMBP2FIELDS
in spro in Define customer-specific search control -> mark fields with X.
and enhance html template CRM_CIC_SEARCH_DISPLAY. -> tcode smw0, look for package CRM_CIC_COMPONENTS for html CRM_CIC_SEARCH_DISPLAY. export it from SAP, edit, and import.
you will need to enhance function module used for searching - you will find him in spro in Search Strategies.

Hi,
If you don't need the field to provide a date picker, verify it's a date, or don't need to sort the dates in the table, you can just use a text area field, and have your form filler enter the dates comma separated. Otherwise you'd have to add multiple fields. However, you can lessen the space each field takes up veritically, by using the "Labels Left" option (in the toolbar).

I got same requirement for ibase hierarchy.I want to add new fields in Ibase hierarchy AB.Do you have any idea regarding this.My requirement is that ,i want to dispaly a fields as a check box which display that this component is in under warranty or not by checking the box.Plz tell ,how can i add a new field in tree type context node.I add a new fields using AET ,but that is not available in that AB.

Hoping we can add "Baseline Work [Assignment]" field to the "My Timesheet" view

Hey folks,
I was hoping we can add "Baseline Work [Assignment]" field to the "My Timesheet" view. Unfortunately there is only "Baseline Work [Task]" in the list. Are there any work arounds that will help us accomplish this?
Note we are using Project On-line and Project Pro 2013.

I confirm your observation and at this time I don't see any workaround. Creating a custom field will not work at assignment level. Maybe some of our colleagues will bring a solution but unless you start a development to achieve your need, I don't see an
easy way.

What are you trying to do exactly?
The production order number only becomes available in QA01 when you select 04 as the inspection type you are creating. You can't populate this field using any other inspection types.
When using QA02 or QA03 you can use the drop down match codes to search for an inspection and I beleive you can use the production order number in one of the match code screens to select a lot.

New custom field in the POWL search criteria

Hi experts,
My requirement is to add a new custom field in the search criteria (Parameters)
In my Easy shopping card POWL. I need to add custom fields in search criteria.
I tried appending my custom fields in structure /SAPSRM/S_SEARCHFIELDS
And customized the POWL type DB criteria SAPSRM_FEEDER_SC by adding the custom field
But still the newly added search criteria is not displaying in the
Query SAPSRM_E_CHECKSTATUS_01 in powl_query transaction.
Kindly help me to solve this issue

I tried to add an extra Field(Company code) in POWL Search. the problem is the Field Company code doesnt get updated in BBP_PDHSC and BBP_PDISC with the value used in while creating SC.
I only get the Company code value in table BBP_PDBEI for SC.
So when i give any value in POWL search for company code no data is shown even though the SC was created in the inputted Company code.
so how to go about adding CC as search criteria in POWL so that the resultant output is filtered on the basis of CC value.

Still it could not find the data network.it searches for voice network instantly and works too. but even full voice network available, there is no data network.when i restart the phone it could find data network.

Cannot input data in matrix field when the form is in add mode.

I have created an addon form using UDO.The UDO has four child tables. I input data in the master data fields in form it works but when I come to matrixes for giving data in matrix fields I was unable to input data there .But after saving the data only with master data I reopend the the form with same data using find option.Now the form allows to input data in matrix fields.Please provide a solution so that I can input data in the matrix columns when the form is in add mode.

After opening the Customized form you have to add a new blank row into your matrix also.
oMatrix.AddRow(1,1);
After then only you can input data.

Is there a way to have the contents of a field come up in the subject of an email that is made when a submit by email button is clicked.
The data we want is from a date field for a 'week commencing'.
We have a text string that is entered on the button's properties - email subject, but we'd like to add the contents of a field on the form onto this.

Date of birth fields - limited to scrolling month by month?

Does anyone know if it's possible to customise the calendar dropdown function present on fields such as Date of Birth in ESS?
Presently, today's month/year pops up, and you can only scroll back a month at a time. This can be quite annoying if you are putting in the date for someone born many years ago. Realise that you can just type an address in but it seems an oversight to not have the extra fwd/back arrows to scroll through years as well as month as per most date search functions.
Anything to be done?

hi! I am writing a procedure/dynamic page to check the logged in person's birthday but has encounterd some problems:
1. draw these data from the wwsec_person$ table? if i just use
Select User Name, Date of Birth from portal30.wwsec_person$, it gives me some error, i tried put [] brackets but still the same.
2. how do i format the sysdate and Date of Birth to to month, day?

Add columns with custom fields in the table control of MIGO

Hi,
I have to add custom fields in the table control view of item in the MIGO. I have added the fields in the GOITEM structure and i am able to display it in the item details tab. I want the same fields to be visible as columns in the table control view of the items.
I found that TV_GOITEM is the control in SAPLMIGO program referring to the table control of items but it is referring only to the standard fields available in Screen 200.
Please let me know if there is any screen exit or option to add the custom fields in the control TV_GOITEM.
