Hi
How to get different screens for inter action centre?
I am having a screen where bp search,sales summary,instant base are there ( total 4 tabs).
I want to change this screen to only 2 tabs in the right side showing only bp search and business activity.
How to do the changes in the tabs of the cic0 screen ?

    We have upgraded from CRM 4.0 to CRM 7.0 earlier this year and we are in the process of moving away from SAP GUI screens to WEB UI
    My problem, or query is... - We currently have the WIN IC in use and I need to make a small change in CONFIG but can only find configurable areas for the WEB CLIENT and NOT the WIN CLIENT
    I appreciate that the SAP GUI screens are no longer supported by SAP but as the CIC0 transaction still works we have continued to use it - I now now to update some config

    Hi,
    I hope you are referring to view config here..As per my understanding once you upgrade to CRM 7.0,  multiple bsp applications will be available in the system.
    Get the technical detail of the component/view details by pressing F2 in the application then you can change view config via component workbench as well.
    I am not sure if this is what you are looking for..

    Hi Ravi,
    The best way is not to touch the standard HTML template for BP Search ('CRM_CIC_SEARCH_DISPLAY'), but maintaining your own HTML for BP search (Z* HTML template) and making use of the same over the Contact Search profile.
    You can copy and customize the Standard HTML-Template
    CRM_CIC_SEARCH_DISPLAY in the following ways:
    1) Copy the HTML-Template CRM_CIC_SEARCH_DISPLAY in Transaction SMW0 (0 - zero)
        in your HTML-Template with named Z*
    2) Export to a local pc and customize the HTML-Page as per your need.
    3) Import to your HTML-Template Z*
    4) Map the fields in transaction CRMC_CIC_SEARCH_CNTR.
    5) Assign the new search-template in transaction CRMC_CIC_SEARCH_RULE.
    Sorry, there aren't another way to remove the ibase from standard bpsearch.

  • Problem with interaction center web client  e-mail

    hi gurus, my problem is in interaction center webclient, when i click in the e-mail link,appears the email form but i cant send any email because all the fields in the screen (subject, body , from, date, to, etc) are not enable (i cant write anything because is not possible), so i dont know how to enable this fields in the interaction center web client.
    In interaction center win client i dont have this problem.
    I post this thread in crm forums but nobody knows how to do it, so i hope maybe here any one knows thanks

  • How to populate the ECC Delivery number in to CIC0 (win client)

    Hi,
    Through Action Box I am able to call the VL01N, after completion of the transaction when I choose the save it is taking me back to CIC0 (win client) and I am not able to see the delivery number.
    For that I have to go to VL03N there I have to see.
    Is there any other way to populate the delivery no. in the CIC0 (win client)?

    For each transaction type (e.g. Sales Order, Business Activity, opportunity, ....) you can maintain in which channel (IC WebClient, IC WinClient, SAPGUI, PCUI, ...) they are allow to be used. Probably the transaction types you want to see in the IC WinClient (= CIC0) are not enabled for this channel, that's why they don't appear in the WinClient (CIC0).
    How to do this?
    SPRO>CRM>Transaction>Basic Settings>Define transaction types
    Here, look for the transaction types you want to enable in WinClient. Select the transactiont type and select "Channels" from the left pane. Here, add the channel "IC WinClient" (or something like that, I don't know the exact name anymore, in newer versions this no longer exists).
    Save and restart the CIC0, after this the transaction type should be enabled.

  • Issues when adding the Interaction centre option to Nav Bar for WebUI.

    I just wanted to clarify something if I may.
    Am I right in thinking that the Interaction centre can be viewed for Service, Sales and Marketing. There are standard SAP  business roles for all these, being the SERVICEPRO, SALESPRO and MARKETINGPRO.
    I have a new business role to be set up which is a sort of hybrid of the SALESPRO and MARKETINGPRO roles. However, what I can't determine is what displays the Interaction centre from within the Nav Bar for any of these particulat SAP roles.
    In the SAP GUI we could just run transaction CIC0 and depending on the PCFG settings it would either show the Sales IC or the Marketing IC. I need to just show the  marketing IC for my new Z business role, but getting the details into CRMC_UI_PROFILE and CRMC_UI_NBLINKS is proving very difficult, for me.
    Has anyone done anything like this before?.

    In spro please go to
    Customer Relationship Management->UI Framework->Technical Role Definition->Define Navigation Bar Profile
    1.You can create your own NavBar Profile (by making a copy of any of the existing Nav Bar Profiles) say Z_ICPRO.
    2. Select your profile.
    3. Then goto the node Define Profile->Assign Work Centres
    New Entries
    4. Here you can add IC_BPIDENT (This work centre corresponds to Account Identification), at any position you want.
    5. Assign the above nav bar profile to any of the existing Business Role (or create your won Business Roles) via customizing
    Customer Relationship Management->UI Framework->Business Roles-Define Business Role
    5.Now when you login to web ui with the above Business Role, you should be able to see Account Identification on the WorkCentre tab!!

      CIC win clent and web client are there upto 5.0.
    Now WIn client is obsolete, only webclient is there.
    Differences: Win client wil work with in the network only. Web client will work if you have a internet fecility.
    The Interaction Center (IC) WinClient is a SAP GUI-based agent desktop interface for interaction center agents that provides a framework for processing IC WinClient functions. It can be used for any business transactions via phone, e-mail, chat, paging, Web call back, or voice-over Internet Protocol (VoIP).
    Web client will be webased user can open any where and do the transactions.
    Now in crm2007 there is no win client, only WEB CHANNEL is there.
    This area of SAP Customer Relationship Management (SAP CRM) enables you to turn the Internet into a profitable sales and interaction channel for both business partners and consumers by providing your customers with a personalized Web experience and convenient self-services. The CRM Web Channel applications cover Web-based sales and service transactions, targeted marketing, and analytics for system and customer behavior.
    Through BSP application we will develop the web channel. In new version there are many customization in webchannel.

    I am a new CRM Trainer and rolling out CRM Interaction Centre to my organisation.
    I have been searching the web to try and find a suitable video to show in the training sessions to set the scene.  I'd love to see a video of someone actually using CRM Interaction Centre while talking to a client, or even better to see a video of a customer success story to describe the benefits it has brought.  We have our own e-learning videos but seeing it already in action I think would bring it to life.
    If anyone knows of any similar content out there that is available to use - I would appreciate you letting me know.

    You should check out the Early Knowledge Transfer http://service.sap.com/rkt-crm Select your release on the left hand side and then on the right hand side under 'Select your Learning Map' choose Interaction Center.
    There are a number of demo's and presentations on the different functionalities. I use this quite a lot and find it a great resource.

    I am facing one issue in Employee Interaction Centre(EIC) where the requirement is the User is not able to forward the E mails (Cases) to one group Kumba.It is showing error on the top of the screen mentioned in the attachment.Please find the attachment of the issue. Previuosly it was working for this group, but unfortunately it has stopped working for this group now.

    The erroris only with the ES T1 Kumba assignment.

    These are the Main Difference between Web Client And win Client:
    1.When it comes to the technology, the WebClient is   based on BSP (business server pages), which are generated by the SAP Web Application Server and creates HTML pages so that all the agent needs is a browser. In contrast, the WinClient is basd on ABAP Dynpro technology and requires a installation of a SAPGUI on the agent machine or a terminal server.
    2.In the area of multi-channel-integration, WebClient currently uses the ICI/BCB interface whereas IC WinClient uses SAPphone. Customers that have a SAPphone based integration up and running will be able to reuse this integration with IC WebClient. ICI/BCB based integration will be made available for IC WinClient customers with the 2005 CRM release.
    3.One important difference is the general approach towards UI design. In the WebClient you will find specialized, optimized user interfaces for a specfic subset of business processes. The WinClient will let you reuse any business process objects from CRM online.
    4.When it comes to integrate into other applications or user interfaces the WebClient can use any people centric UI (PCC UI) view (the CRM browser based user interface) or use WebGUI (aka SAPGUI for HTML) for R/3 (or other 4.6C/D basis based onwards systems) to render HTML. WinClient can easily integrate into any other SAPGui based application.
    5.ICWEB Client support the  auto  suggestion of solutions
    6.ICWEB Client has the functionality to replace views, add more fields with in the views.
    7.Like win Clients web client doesn‘t support the reminder scripts but it provides the similar functionality with the help of Alerts
    Following are the new eddition in web client :

  • Interaction Centre: Survey not saved correctly

    Hi,
    We are using SAP CRM 5.0 Interaction Centre. While creating a customer feedback transaction with survey in Interaction Centre, following is the observation:
    1. We open the customer feedback transaction, enter the mandate information in the details tab and save the transaction.
    2. Then navigate to questionaire tab and fill-in the survey questions and save the survey.
    3. Navigate back to details tab and save the transaction. The survey and the transaction are saved correctly. Instead, without navigating back to details tab, when we try to save the transaction from the questionaire tab, neither the survey nor the transaction is saved.
    Recently the application was upgraded from SP15 to SP16.
    Please provide your inputs in solving this issue.

    Thanks for taking your time to answer my issue.
    Actually we have two issue in this
    1.When users press the End button, ideally, the current screens should be closed and default screen of Accoutn Identification should be shown.
    This does not happen.
    Actually, nothing happens when users press the End button.
    Users cannot click on anything else too and the screen seems to be frozen.
    Users have to close the IC session and relogin.
    2.And one more issue is when user ends call by click on end button it goes to account identification but Name of the account still be there on top left top side where it shown account name. but it allows agent to take another call and create service ticket.
    Please note that we are  using CTI( Avaya phone)
    Now since these two are an intermittent issues, i do not have reproduction steps.

    i have a problem with knowledge search not working in IC Win Client in CRM version 5.0
    i guess the problem is with the workspace that is IIA for solution search that is assigned against the knowledge search
    please tell what should i do as right now when i am trying to execute it or open the knowledge search dump is coming  stating null object referenced
    i wonder what could be the solution

    Hello ashish,
    I had that problem too. You have to apply note 1002299 to restore missing configurations in SAF.
    Also, if you worked with IIA in previous versions, take a look at note 656321 to check it's evolution (replacement by SAF).

  • Interactive Reporting Web Client on Apple Mac:  Intelligence iServer?

    I just installed EPM release 11.1.1.1 along with Interactive Reporting. We were led to believe that Macintosh was supported as long as FireFox was used as a browser. Everything seems to work fine except when I try to create a new Interactive Reporting Web Client document, I get the error message:
    Viewing and analysis with Interactive Reporting Web Client is supported in Windows only.
    For other platforms, use the Intelligence iServer option: ihtml servlet icon
    Contact your system administrator if this option is not available.
    I cannot seem to find much information on this "Intelligence iServer". Does this exist and will it let FireFox clients use Interactive Reporting Web Client? Is it an option that can be installed on the server?

    I have some knowledge about this Intelligence iServer, which I would like to share with you.
    In Version 8(HPSu 8.5), Hyperion has 5 servers, which we need to install-
    Hyperion Foundation server
    Hyperion SQR server
    Hyperion SQR iserver
    Hyperion Intelligence Server
    Hyperion Intelligence iserver
    Each server had its own specific work and foundation server was base of all other servers.
    Hyperion Intelligence iserver supports the user to access the BQY in ihtml client. It helps user to perform some feature (like drill down-drill up) in html view.
    Later Hyperion Came with System 9 and integrated the entire server into a single bundle (internally I don't know what happened).
    This EPM 111.1.1 is Hyperion System 9.5 only.
    I would like to advice you to log this case to Oracle support (metalink3) and ask more information about this.
    It may be that, EPM 11 doesn't support Web Client in Macintosh environment
