CIDX Adapter: HTTPS communication with certificates- Send of message failed

Hi,
As per a requirement, I have configured CIDX Receiver adapter so as to send a message to a URL. But unable to send a message and in the audit log of message monitoring it has run into error as given below:
<i>Error during collaboration agreement facade processing -
Party configuration for Party=EDI_XML_Test, PartySchema=DUNS, PartyAgency=016 not found -
normalising the initiating party-id failed : Party configuration for Party=EDI_XML_Test, PartySchema=DUNS, PartyAgency=016 not found</i>
For your information:
1. I have got certificates loaded into the environment.
2. When I use a different adapter like file adapter, for the same configuration, I am able to send the message to the destination.
Let me know anything I am missing.

For additional information, I got more in audit log of monitoring as given below:

Delivery of the message to the application using connection AFW failed, due to: Error during collaboration agreement facade processing.</i>
If anybody knows, let me know how to resolve this issue.

The pre-reqs for the Exchange Admin IP say you have to make a few changes on your Exchange server (2010 on prem in my case). I have a few questions about those pre-reqs and I'm not able to find documentation online to help:
Why does http communication with basic authentication for the powershell virtual directory in IIS need to be enabled? In the IP you still specify to connect over an SSL connection. The concern is what is being sent over unencrypted and what impacts are
there to the security of the Exchange server.
What role does the IP connect to (MBX/CAS/HT)? I'm not an Exchange guy so I don't know which roles install the PowerShell virtual directory.
Are there any technet pages or white papers that talk about the MS developed IPs in any more detail than basic config?

after opening an email I knew to be a phishing attempt, I forwarded it to my bank's spam/phishing email address. I did NOT click any link in the suspicious email. only forwarded it.
now when I try to send an email I get the following error message:

I can't find a temp directory. where is this and how do I fix it?

Try to start *Windows* in safe mode with networking enabled.

Error message when sending mail : sending the message failed because you have exceeeded your sending limit"

I was trying to email a link from a webpage I loaded in safari. The email sits in my outbox with a red exclamation point. WIll not send. Keeping getting an error message sending the message failed because you have exceeded your sending limit

"I keep getting a "you have exceeded your limit" on my email."
No explanation, makes no sense, it's happening with others.
I have to change (in my outgoing/unsent folder) my sending address from .mac to me.com. After reading the following helpful post:
To get outbox individual mails sent, Try going to outbox, opening each email to edit and change sending email to [email protected] by clicking arrow in from line. If [email protected] account does not show, go to settings > mail > icloud account > add "[email protected]" And, until this issue is resolved, set mail to send from [email protected]
(and you should be using smtp.mail.me.com)

My email was hacked recently so I changed my password. I can receive emails but not send them. My email is a talktalk one and I use the Thunderbird system. Now, when I try to send I get the following message: Sending of message failed.

It looks like you are trying to select a patch of grass with the rectangular marquee tool.
OK. Do that. Now place the patch on its own layer (Layer>new>layer via copy or CTRL+J)
Use the move tool to position the patch where you want it.

Sending of message failed.

When sending an email I get the following:
Sending of message failed.
The SMTP server smtp-server.cfl.rr.com does not seem to support encrypted passwords. If you just set up the account, please try changing to 'Password, transmitted insecurely' as the 'Authentication method' in the 'Account Settings | Server settings'. If it used to work and now suddenly fails, this is a common scenario how someone could steal your password.

You would do better to start you own thread and actually state your problem with any details that you have. The error messages tells you to check your server settings.
FYI: IMAP is for inbound email so if you are having problems sending, the IMAP server has nothing to so with that. SMTP servers send email.

HTTP Communication with iSoft eCommerce Suite

Hello,
I am trying to establish an SSL communication link with a business partner that is running the iSoft eCommerce Suite. The business partner receives and transmits data using an AS2 engine. Unfortunately, the business partner has yet to configure a communication link using SSL. Is there anyone out there that has successfully setup a HTTPS communication link with a partner that uses iSoft eCommerce Suite? Is a third party adapter required for this type of scenario? If so, on whose system is the adapter required?

Hi Samba,
I'd suggest better raise it in he ADF forum.
However, this should be possible by calling the Arbortext functions on click of ADF form buttons. Or you may send the information to a placeholder (JMS, File, DB etc.) from where Arbortext can pick that information.

Http communication with non-sap system

We have a requirement to send OM related data to a non-sap system using HTTP post in XML format and receive the response from that external system. We are on ECC 6.0 and we cannot use XI at this time.
What would be the correct approach to do this? I read that we could use ICM for HTTP communication am I on the right track?

Non-XI HTTP Communication with non-sap system

Hi ,
We have a requirement to send OM related data to a non-sap system using HTTP post in XML format and receive the response from that external system. We are on ECC 6.0 and we cannot use XI at this time.
What would be the correct approach to do this? I read that we could use ICM for HTTP communication am I on the right track?

We are on ECC 6.0. I am trying to run the program, I am getting http_communication_failure = 1 in the receive function.

HTTPS post with certificate - certificate exception

I am trying to create java program to do HTTPS post with certiticate.
I get certificate in *.P12 file. When I open HttpsURLConnection I have received exception : javax.net.ssl.SSLException: No certificate authorities are registered for this secure application
during startHandshake. I run java with properties
-Djavax.net.ssl.keyStore=value -Djavax.net.ssl.keyStorePassword=value -Djavax.net.ssl.keyStoreType=pkcs12
Shell I use JKS (trustStore properties) for server certificate ? Or I have to add some more code ?

If it is self-signed you will have to get them to export it, and import it into the truststore of each client. NB not the keystore of each client.

Communication error when sending PI message from Integration Engine to AE

Hi Experts,
we currently installed and configured PI 7.3 system. Even I run post installation PI configuration several times, we are still facing error when Integration engine sends message to messaging system. ( my scenario: I send test message to IE directly, avoiding AE )...
It might look easy: but even adding PIISUSER full authorization and system restart, the result is the same. I don't know if it could have connection but I also get HTTP 200 instead of HTTP 500 when testing INTEGRATION_DIRECTORY_HMI destination.

So this password change in Exchange Profile + su01 transaction + system restart didn't help.
I increase trace level, and this is even more detailed log in pipeline step Call Adapter.
We also find out that when message arrive to IE we have in java log three entries:

HTTPS communication with XI

Hi,
We have a scenario where we have to send and receive documents to/from our vendor via internet using HTTPS.
So far we planned to use SOAP adapter for this communication and web dispatcher as reverse proxy in our DMZ but the problem is SAP is saying we can not use the web dispatcher for outbound communication
What's the best way to approach this scenario?

The mapping is now responsible for the task to build the SOAP envelop instead of the SOAP adapter. The plain HTTP adapter allows <a href="http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/de/14/ef2940cbf2195de10000000a1550b0/frameset.htm">HTTP and SSL</a>

HTTP communication with cookies?

How can i send URLs that requires Cookies? in other words: i have 2 URLs:
http://...url1
http://...url2
if i paste them in Internet Explorer, both work fine. but when sending them with (with HttpUrlConnection.openStream()) the second URL failes because it needs a cookie set.
is there a way i can send the first URL, retrieve the cookies and somehow set these cookies (later) when calling the second url?
