HI Rajan
Did'n t understood correctly , But check The foloowing
1) Is the Purchase requisition is generated in APO after planning run if not then check  Check whether Distribution definition has been maintained in APO for publication type external procurement
2) If it is generated then you have problem in getting transferred to ECC system, if so pls check whetjer you have active integration model for the Purchase requisition of that matl
Pls revert back

  • CIF Error - FM /SAPAPO/CIF_PROD_INBOUND not found

    Hi Experts,
I am configuring CIF on a fresh ECC & APO system, I have made the required configurations, but when i am trying to CIF the Location-Product, it failed
The blocked queue gave the termination message with :-
    Function Module / SAPAPO/CIF_PROD_INBOUND not found  &
Function Module / SAPAPO/CIF_GEN_EVENT not found
When I checked the result on the APO side, to my surprise, I am able to see the Locations getting created but no product.
    Please suggest.
    Regards
    Manu

    Manu,
You can suppose anything you wish.  Better, though, to actually find out.  The userid I am talking about is the userid found in your ERP-to-SCM RFC connection, which is determined by YOUR company.  I cannot say if the userid is RFCUSER since I have no access to your system.
So, in ERP, SM59 > select ABAP connections > select the RFC connection used to connect to your SCM system.  Under the Logon & Security tab will be the name of the Userid that core interface will be using to 'talk' to SCM.  Write down this userid.
Now log onto SCM, and do SU01 on that userid.  Review his authorizations. It is OK to assign SAP_ALL to this userid for development purposes as a temporary measure.  Probably a good idea to make him 'dialogue' as well until all of your interface debugging is done.
In order to determine errors with interface, refer to the logs in SCM.  In SCM, SLG1 > Object CIF, everything else all asterisks, select a suitable date range.  If you see no logs, you probably need to turn on logging  /SAPAPO/C4
I strongly recommend that you thoroughly read the 2 documents I posted earlier.  If this is your first try at connecting an ERP to an SCM system,  the time will be well spent.

  • CIF error "Planned order Locked"

    Hi,
in the cif queue manager, i had a queue(R3 Inbound) with error " planned order locked", when i reactivated the queue it disappeared.
but what could be the cause of the error. please share your ideas,
    Thanks,
    Dhanush

    Hi Dhanush,
There are multiple causes for this in which you need
to check and fix the exact cause
    1) Sequential planning jobs in which one job either in
foreground or background clauses or overlaps with
the other one leading this error.
    2) Check SAP note 332881
    3) Check in sm12 any user lock or application lock is
    found during this time interval
    4) Run /sapapo/ccr for planned orders and check
    any errors noticed after iteration
    5) If you know for a location product in which lock is
observed, then delete the planned order and try
recreating it and check the error whether repeating.
If working good, then you can delete all orders and
    regenerate it

  • Viewing CIF errors in SMQ2 - Technical - ABAP

Hello All - I am CIFing the Master data from ECC to APO and i am getting the error. I was debugging the CIF from SMQ2 and i donot see any issue in the code but i am still getting the error in SMQ2 and i could not see the complete error message in SMQ2.Because of the limited space for the field Status  in SMQ2.
My question is there any way to read/view the entire message in QRFC ? What is the Tcode ?  or Where can i see the CIF error messages in APO..
    Appreciate your help.
    Thanks,
    Venky.
    Edited by: GVP2011 on Mar 21, 2011 3:42 AM

    Hi Venky,
You can see the CIF error messages in /SAPAPO/C3 transaction in APO and CFG1 in ECC.Here you can directly enter the External ID from SMQ2 or you can see all the error messages via Object "CIFSCM".
I hope this will help you.

  • Delta Report (/sapapo/ccr) in the background

    Hi Gurus,
Is it possible to execute /sapapo/ccr in the background which also includes automatically executing iteration in the background?
I tried scheduling a job with /sapapo/cif_deltareport3 in the background, but it seems what it does is to only compare the data between the two systems. Is there a way that the iteration of the inconsistencies also be done in the background?
    Thanks in advance!

    Sabado,
Unfortunately, iteration is only done during display.
You can set the iteration indicator for a batch run, but that only means that the re-compare will be done when you call up the results for review.
It sounds like you are asking if the program can be made to re-compare the results an additional time, before saving.  The standard program will not do this.
You can set the iteration flag in batch and save the results. When you then call up the results later, for review and action, this will have the effect that the iteration will be performed immediately prior to displaying the results.  Typically, then, less errors will be displayed for your users to resolve.  Time lag is typically insignificant.
The volume of temporary inconsistancies can be reduced by executing the reconciliation report during the periods of least data transfers between APO and its connected systems.  Under these conditions, the requirement for iteration is reduced or eliminated.

  • Error while creating Order - ERROR S:\SAPAPO\RRP3

    Hello all.
We have a planning version called "Planej". The goal of this
version is for forecasting simulation .
A few days ago, starts showing this error:
    "S:/SAPAPO/RRP:718 40401681 WAS0
    Error occurred while creating order"
I thinking in inconsistency in this version.
I tried /SAPAPO/DELETE_PP_ORDER but don't delete the forecasts.
    Someone know another function?

  • CIF - error handling and maintance

    Hi sap gures
please let me know  how to handle CIF errors and how to maintain and support the CIF in the production
    supporting project
    please help me
    Regards
    R.suresh Kumar

    Hi Suresh,
It is very vital and sensitive to maintain and control cif error
handling.  You need to monitor very frequently system for
queue accumulation which leads to lot of errors in system and
affects performance.  Controlled monitoring and taking quick
actions will make your life ease.
Also periodically carry out consistency checks to avoid
difference of transactional data between systems as per
    recommendations.
Check the CIF job logs in case of any failures and take
    necessary actions to avoid recurrence

  • CIF Error while transferring vendor

We are facing CIF error while transferring vendor master to APO.
The issue is in e-mail address of the vendor master.
One way is to correct the e-mail addresses - one per line without semicolon at the end.
But the issue list is very huge to get it corrected.
Is there any other way by which we can exculde the e-mail addresses or its validation?
    Thanks and regards,
    Sushant

    Hi Senthil,
The objective was to avoid CIF error due to incorrect address setup. This required us bypass it before data transfer. We could fix this using enhancement in ECC.
Apreciate your kind reply, though. Thanks a lot.
    Warm regards,
    Sushant

  • CIF errors due to material status

    Hi All,
We are having lot of CIF errors due to material status "40" in CIF, which restrict creation of P.reqs and PO at source location.
Eg:- LOC1 is a manufacturing location and LOC2 is a Distribution centre. A new Product A introduced at both location, having status status "40" at both the location.
When APO creates P.Reqs with source as LOC1 and Destination as LOC2 for this product, these p.reqs get stuck in CIF queue, as plant specific status "40" doesn't allow creation of P.Reqs at LOC1 in ECC.
We thought of creating a new status "Z1", which would allow the creation of P.Reqs and PO. But the requirement was to allow only creation of P.Reqs and not PO. But in the config setting in ECC for material status there is common setting for P.Reqs and PO and cannot be differentiated.
Have anybody come across such problem and whats the way to address this issue.
    Thanks & Regards
    Shankar

    Hi Shankar,
Please check list of enahncements  in SMOD transaction. The enhacements related to Purchase documents start with "CIFPUR.."
Or other path in SPRO is as below:
In the ERP system under Integration with Other SAP Components >> Advanced Planning and Optimization >> Application-Specific Settings and Enhancements >>Settings and Enhancements for External Procurement.
Because of the  blocked status of the material ,while transferring the PR/PO data,  the CIF prrogram -function call  for creating the purchasing document does not get triggered.   As written in earlier mail, the enhancement on SAP ECC  inbound  may not help, because, the material status is picked up from ECC ( or SAP R/3) material master data  and not  taken  from APO.
Neverthless, you may please have a look at these enhancements.
I hope this gives insight to you.
    Regards
    Datta

  • CIF ERROR ;Address incomplete; enter country

    Hi Experts
when im trying to cif Material or customer  im getting below error
CIF ERROR ;Address incomplete; enter country
    Please suggest ?
    Thanks in advance

    Hi,
As was mentioned by the expert this is not an error related to the material master. Something that you have in the addess in your customer is missing in APO.
First try to identify what is the customer that is generating the issue. Then check the customer in ECC and review your customizing in APO and ensure you have the country codes and Regions maintained in APO.
SPRO --> SAP NetWeaver --> General Settings --> Set Countries:
    --> Insert Regions
    --> Define Country Codes
    Kind Regards,
    Mariano

    Hi
I hope you are getting the CIF ques when you are trying to CIF the data from APO---> ECC
In the first case, I think products status of is inactive for the given product or marked for deletion due to which the data is not getting transfer.
For the second material also will suggest to check the material master in ECC.
Both the issues are looks like with Material master. Please cross check the material master and correct it.
Please let us know if it help you or if you have any more doubts
    Thanks

  • APO orders with error status 171 in SAPAPO/CCR

    Hi,
We are creating orders in APO which are CIFed over to ECC. They get a number in R3 but are not fed back to APO. We reconcile using CCR where we get the error 171, which says that orders in ECC have storage location, and the ones in APO dont have them.
Any ideas what we are doing wrong.
    Regards,
    Zeeshan.

    Hi,
As Christian said if you have an empty source of supply in the apo order you might get this error. The other possible reason is that the S.Loc field in the SNP PPM for the O/P Product is blank. Kindly populate the value fo S.Loc in SNP PPM and create some orders and you won't see them in Delta. We have faced this faced and then corrected them.
    Regards,
    Senthil
