CIF: Filtering Deliveries from TPVS

Dear experts,
Is it possible to filter Deliveries from my planning book in /SAPAPO/VS01.
I have implemented a source code to exclude Sales Documents from my Integration Model, but Deliveries are going to my Non-Assigned Freight Units in Planning Book.
I thought that excluding Sales Orders by implementing EXIT_/SAPAPO/SAPLCIF_SLS_001 I also would exclude their Deliveries, but did not work.
How can I filter both sales order and deliveries?
I want to exclude deliveries that were created by these Sales Orders filtered in Exit.

Great... it worked.
Ive implemented /SAPAPO/VS_FUNIT and worked perfectly.
Just need to set a vaue to funit_hide for each delivery that I want to hide.

Issue in CIF of delivery from R/3 to APO

Hi Experts,
I am facing an issue while transferring sales order from R/3 to APO.
When any sales order is created in ECC, it is transferred to APO.
My requirement is to restricted specific sales order type and respective deliveries from going to APO.
I have written my logic in exit CIFSLS03 in FM EXIT_SAPLCSLS_002.
But this code is working fine for sales order but not for respective deliveries.
Here is screen shot of my logic.
Please look into this and help me to overcome this situation.

Your .wma (proprietary to Windows format) will not play or convert in iTunes Mac so convert them in iTunes Windows to .mp3 before moving your library. There are other converters on the Internet - do a search.

Shipment Costing comprising of 2 deliveries from 2 company codes

We have a scenario whereby we combine 2 deliveries from 2 different company codes into 1 marine shipment. The issue we face is that when we generate the shipment costing document for the freight amount, 1 single item is generated and this is tied to the company code depicted in the original shipment.
The question which I would like to ask is what it takes to create 2 items in the shipment costing document which allow us to update the account assignment for the 2 different company codes. Thanks.

try going to T_56, and choose an entry in Cost Distribution for the item category (for shipment cost docukment). it is possible that the setting in your system is "A". you also have to coordinate with your FICO consultant if CO-PA is active. however, i do not see any settings that might distribute the cost on the basis of Company Code, only on the bases of: 1) the entire shipment, 2) deliveries and 3) delivery items.

Is there any transaction or report where i can get the number of on-time deliveries from a vendor.I don't want to implement vendor evauation.

Not able to cif transiton data from APO to R/3 and from R/3 to APO

Hi:
I have made all relevant setting as per required for configuration of cif architecture in R/3 and in APO.I am able to cif master data from R/3 to APO but when I am transferring Planned Order from APO to R/3 or Sales Order from R/3 to APO I am not able to tranfer it .Even I am not getting any blocked q.
Even I am able to access remote login to both system by RFC Connection.
Please let me know how to debug it and solve it.

Hi Ashish,
Please try ciffing only one transactional data and then check on the application logs using t-code CFM1 or SLG1 in R/3 and /n/sapapo/c3 & slg1 in APO. This will give you idea where is going on wrong.

Logic for creating no. of deliveries from ME2ON

Hi All,
Our requirement is that,
We created subcontracting PO with 18 line items
We have set the delivery date of all item as same
We have ensured, Planned Delivery Time (PDT) of all items is same
All items are with different Material no.
Our requirement is that we need only one "Delivery No." for same PO as we will be sending Material together, however system has created 5 deliveries from ME2ON (Not even 18 nos).
So please let me know what is the logic built behind ME2ON for creating "No. of Deliveries"?

The reason is that Apple screwed up and despite threads for this issue dating back several months, there is no fix. It's outrageous -- a dozen or so photos that I just took got completely screwed up because of this. There isn't even a way to replicate the effects in iPhoto without major guesswork and tweaking.
I mean this isn't even something that should be an issue. How Apple thought that a user would want his filters to disappear is beyond me. I mean it's so absolutely counterintuitive that I'm baffled that such a destructive 'feature' could've made it through.
So much for Apple's quality control! They'll forever say it's intentional and part of the 'lossless' design where the effects aren't permanently applied, but there should be an option. Some users want their filters to stay when they take them.
In fact, ALL USERS WANT THE FILTERS TO STAY.

VT02N authorization - user was able to allocate deliveries from other state

Hi guys,
Can somebody help me on my issue.
Here's the scenario:
1. I have two users from different state SA & WA to which it also have corresponding shipping point value as an ORG LEVEL. SA has a shipping point value of S010 while WA has shipping point value W010.
2. An SA test user TESTSA run tcode VT02N and entered shipping number. Tried to allocate deliveries from WA and it was successful. This should not be the case though. This user should not be able to allocate deliveries from other state/shipping point.
3. I checked the SU24 to find what auth object is being checked in VT02n for shipping point and I found it that V_LIKP_VST is by default not checked. I tried to changed that from NOT CHECKED to CHECKED but still the user TESTSA was able to allocate the deliveries from other state.

Are you certain these test users do not have more authorisations for the objects you mention?
An authorisation trace whilst you are doing the test on VT02N will show exactly what SAP is looking for - all the authorisation checks carried out and the results of these, which will show which object and values are allowing this transaction to work.
Sometimes, regardless of the check indicators, the SAP program code in a transaction will only check what it has been set up to check. I've only needed to adjust check indicators for totally new authorisation objects or ones where the SAP delivered settings aren't correct.
ST01 for authorisation checks on the same application server where you are doing your testing should help to explain why your authorisations aren't behaving as you'd like. Your Basis team should be able to assist with the trace if you are not familiar with it.

Block deliveries from storage location

Hi,
I have two storage locations - 01 and 0Q.
The production wanted 01 to be their storage location for finished products for sale. All deliveries must be issued from this storage location.
Storage locatio 0Q is the Quarantine location for finished products that is not yet ready for sale, or with quality problems. Deliveries for sales should not be done from this storage location.
My question is how to restrict, or disallow any goods issue for sales orders or deliveries from the Quarantine location? Is there a transaction in SPRO where I can do this configuration?

Option No. 1 --> Using User Exit
Option No. 2 --> Using SPRO
You can use incompleteness for inbound delivery, in incompleteness Put storage location as a filed. You can define the same using SPRO.
Logistics Execution ---> Shipping -->Basic Shipping Functions > Incompletion Control for Deliveries>Define Incompleteness Procedures Select H delivery item and create your procedure.
Assign table filed as LIPS -LGORT screen LAPD status 02 and Seq 1000 and attach this in Procedure to ELN in below path
Assign Incompleteness Procedures -->Assign Incompletion Forms to the Delivery Item Types
Now, if you are try to save the inbound delivery with Storage location system will not allow you to save the delivery.

Mail bouncing/filtering emails from a known address

Hi, I have a problem with Mail 5.1 filtering emails from a known email address (in my Address Book).
If I get several emails from the same address, one after another, normally the third or fourth one is put in the junk folder, even though Mail is set to leave all mail in my inbox!
If I turn off junk filtering, the mail is bounced back to the sender.
Any ideas? It's annoying as I don't always see the email in the Junk folder.

Under SCOT " * " is stated so I think that is not an issue and yes xyz=abc.com is a valid domain address and mails are succesfully sent and received via Microsoft Outlook.
And, RFC Connection is fine as when tested.
SMICM = SMTP Service exist and port number as 0.
But to remind, if I send mail from xyz=abc.com to pqr=abc.com the mail is not received at Outlook but under SOST, the status is fine and indicates it is sent.
Mail is not been sent FROM same domain TO the same domain.
As, if i send mail from xyz=abc.com to samplename=mydomain.com the mail is sent and recieved succesfully

Problem to unassign deliveries from vehicle in Yard

Hi all,
We have a problem with 2 deliveries in a shipment.
We want to unassign this deliveries from the shipment, but when doing this an error appers:
'Documents are already assigned to Yard vehicles. Please unassign them'.
So i searched in the LYRDM txn for the deliveries in Yard but couldn't find them because the process is already complete.
Looks like the shipment is anymore in the vehicles tab.
Any idea of how we can unassign this deliveries?

Please input the shipment number in LYRDM tcode and go to vehicles table check the shipment for which it is assigned.
once find shipment, do right click and unassign from vechicle.

CIF Transportation Lanes from R/3 to APO

Currently, we are creating transportation lanes in APO via BAPI calls from R/3.     We have been lead to believe that transportation lanes can be CIF'ed over to APO.
We are only executing GATP in APO.    We currently do not use DP, SNP, PP/DS, TP/VS, etc.
I have seen several OSS notes that allows additional fields to be added to the CIF screen (tx = CFM1) but these fields would be more for filtering data.
We just upgraded our APO system from 3.1 to 5.0.    The CFM1 screen stayed the same in SCM 5.0.     Could it be possible that we don't have an updated CFM1 screen with the option of CIF'ing transportaion lanes??
Any information on this would be appreciated.

As you in your requirement only describe gATP, I am a bit unsure why you need the transportation lanes? There are some different ways to handle the scheduling part in gATP and you should look into this before making any decisions regarding this. Normally you can ake use of transportation zones in APO to give a goiod level of detail vs maintenance for transportation lead time scheduling. gATP also allows for usage of condition technique and, as of 5.0, a new general procudure process scheduling from which I have no experience. I can see benefitds with transportation zones and scheduling, and in this scenario it would be possoble to make use of some data (customers) that can be CIFed and grouped. But as said there are several options, please specify your requirments to see if I can support further.

Although I would have preferred to have a script beacuse the data origin file - let's call it STORAGE - is already quite heavy and I would like to use the filtered data on a separate file - let's call it MANAGEMENT - for further analysis and integration with other data coming from other STORAGE files and from other company areas.

Below is a script that should do what you want. (Tested in Numbers 3.2). Copy into AppleScript Editor, set up the Numbers documents as indicated (or change the script to match your document setup), and click the green triangle 'Run' button.
It assumes you have both the source document ("Storage.numbers") and target document ("Management.numbers") open and that you have already set up the target table with 1 header row. You can change your filter columns and values and filter logic where indicated.
For simplicity (and also to avoid apparent Numbers bugs in removing rows via AppleScript) I assumed the user will manually check to make sure that the target table does not contain too many rows. It needs at least 2 rows to work properly as the results are inserted starting in cell A2 (which can be changed as needed).
