Cintiq 13hd still not working in Flash

Question

I've updated to 14.1.0.96, and installed the latest driver from Wacom, but still can't get my tablet to work in Flash CC.
Description of the problem:
When I try to use a drawing tool a straight line forms from the initial position I tapped, and the rest of the line forms to the right of that straight line.
All the other tools are normally calibrated. This is only a brush\pencil issue.
I saw previous answers saying this issue has been addressed in the recent update, but updating was not helpful for me.

Adobe QE is unable to reproduce this with a new Vista
install.
