Hi Friends,
Iam trying to implements the  CIS e-filing. I followed Standard SAP instructions. However my scenario is throwing an error saying
"Error while creating the HTTP client with destination GOVTGATEWAY_HTTPS://SECURE.DEV.G".  But the 2 RFC connections are fine they are succesful with 200 return code.  Please help me with this.

Radhika.

Hi Radhika,
Did you find the solution to the problem? We are facing exactly the same problem.
Any advice is appreciated.
Thanks,

  • CIS 300 Online Filing to HMRC through EDI IDOC

    Hi Experts,
I cater to a UK based client and my client has a mandate of sending CIS 300 online filing to HMRC (HM Revenue & Customs) for all contractors. I had been going through all documents in the HMRC website and as per my understanding we can either send the data across to HMRC as a Generic Flat File or through EDI.
We are on SAP 4.7 and we do not have SAP XI and thus we would be using Business Connector 4.8 to send the data from SAP R/3 to HMRC. We have implemented Note 1003730 and we are using Program RFIDYYWT to generate the required output.
I would like to know if any of you have worked on such an interface and if so, how do I go about fetching the data from this report output and sending it across to HMRC through SAP Business Connector 4.8.
It would be great if you can help me with any inputs in this regard or share some white papers or documentation pertaining to this.
    Thanks and Regards,
    Subhrangsu

    Hi Subhrangsu,
can you put some light on this integration scenario?
What format do you sent to HMRC? and which adapter & protocol you used ?
    Regards,
    Sunil.

  • Post-Installation Process Error (Template Base)

    Hi Experts,
I try to run template base post-installation process in client 100, we never run post installation process in client 001 (Which is recommended before making the client copy), while doing template base post-installation process failed (got error) at PIPostInstallProcess step 7 u201CAdd Installed Product2u201D I move further and then it failed at step 19 (u201CConfigure the Role of the Integration Serviceu201D) and 20 (Register Queues) same process. It failed at number of process, so what I did I move to manual post-installation process but I stuck in the step were we need to import exchange_profile.xml because I can not see this file at sap\BX0\SYS\global, is this file being deleted by template base post-installation if yes then how to recover it?
Without this file i can not complete the manual post installation process...:-(
    With Regards
    Sunil

i think we do not need exchange_profile.xml file in 7.0 post-installation. ok i skip that step in post-installation now when i created LCRSAPRFC_BX0 in Visual Admin services->JCo RFCProvider and try to start it, it is throwing an Error.
I am using user "PI_JCO_RFC" has respective role assign to it.
I am not sure whether i am providing correct value to these filed or not

  • E-Filing - HMRC Dev Certificates.

    Hi,
I would lilke to do some testing with regards to efiling interfaces with HMRC.
Where do i get the certificates to be loaded into STRUST?
Should i open the link and save copy on the certificates from the link https://secure.dev.gateway.gov.uk/submission.
Should i import in *.cer in the SM59?

    Hi there
As I understand it In Year Movements uses the same EOYR outgoing e-filing setup - assuming you have EOYR Outgoing e-filing setup which is detailed in the existing guides on www.service.sap.com/hrgb then "In Year movements" with the existing Business Connector configuration should be possible
Just an FYI there has been a recent addition to /hrgb in the form of an In Year Movement WMV guide it might also be worth looking at this guide as well in case there has been further updates or developments in this area

  • Online filing of CIS Monthly Returns (CIS300)

A problem with the Generic Withholding Tax Report transaction S_P00_07000134, program RFIDYYWT.
The 2007 online filing of CIS monthly returns (CIS300) has been set up and is working, but when running the report an additional parameters pop up window asks "Nil Returns" y/n. If you select yes the following message is displayed
    You have selected Nil Return.
This will remove all Sub-contractor records, even if they exist!
    Is this OK?
I cannot find any information in SAP explaining what this does and why it is required. Any assistance is appreciated.

My guess is that this will complete and produce a nil return - but it does this by removing any items that should be on the return...hence the warning.
I'd guess you shouldn't use this option unless you are sure that you do not have any items and therefore need to produce a nil return!
    Hope this helps

  • E-filing for In Year Movements to HMRC

    Hi,
We are on SAP version 5.00 (ERP 2004) and wish to use e-filing for In Year Movements to HMRC. Currently, e-filing is set up to send End of Year data via SAP Business Connector version 4.7. Do we need to set up any more message types for this? I was using the user guide for efiling from 2005. Is there a later version of this guide containing details for In Year Movements?
    Thanks in advance

  • E-Filing IYMV Submitting P45's to the HMRC

    Hi Guys,
We have successfully e-filed our EOY using B2A manager. I know want to use E-filing to submit p45's electonically.
To test this I have run the report in transaction PC00_M08_CP45_PBS for a test employee who is active, therefore I have checked the "test run" and "test for active employee" check boxes and the option to generate the XML.
Having run this process without any errors I would then expect to see a job for this in the B2A manager (transaction PB2A) as you do when running the end of year reports, but I do not see anything when I select the area (PAYE) and Document class (IYMV).
From what I can see the config in V_T50BK looks ok, but I maybe wrong.
    Can anyone please advise?

  • HR/E-Filing just started to fail

We have been running Business Connector 4.8 with SAP R/3 4.7 to allow us to use E-Filing for incoming & outgoing connections for a number of months without any problems.  Since last week (it seems to have started on Tuesday 5th Oct) this has been failing.
The connection between R/3 and BC is working OK (the connection test in SM59 works fine).  The problem is between the BC server & the govt site.
I have asked our network admins to check but they cannot see any reason why suddenly the process should fail.
I understand one test is to try this URL (https://secure.gateway.gov.uk/submission) & I should get some XML back.  This is the response I get which I'm sure I have been told is correct:
      <?xml version="1.0" ?>
    - <GovTalkMessage xmlns="http://www.govtalk.gov.uk/CM/envelope">

      </GovTalkMessage>
The error logs since Tuesday 5th include this:

         at java.net.Socket.connect(Socket.java:470)
         (this continues)
I have found a document from HM Revenue & Customs "Notes for Payroll Developers Series 12 - number 5" which includes a note about a URL change:
From October 2010 the live URLu2019s will change from:- https://ws.hmrc.gov.uk/dpsauthentication/service to https://dps.ws.hmrc.gov.uk/dpsauthentication/service https://ws.hmrc.gov.uk/dps/service to https://dps.ws.hmrc.gov.uk/dps/service
But the note says the old URLs will remain supported for up to 12 months.  Is this relevant?  Where would this URL be in the e-filing setup?  I
Or maybe this is not relevant - perhaps the problem lies elsewhere.  Does anyone have any suggestions?
    Thanks, Chris

  • Error in PAYE Incoming Process (E-filing GB)

    Hello Everyone,
I was wondering if some one could help me in identifying the PAYE: Incoming process ( E-filling for Gerat Britain) error. We have configured both outgoing and incoming process in efiling using Business connector 4.7.
When user was trying to run program RPUEFI_START_POLL from SE38 for retrieving P6, P9, P6B,SL1 and SL2 forms online we stuck up with error " The process has stopped with error status:Error in communication" also we found detail log in PB2A transaction saying that
    PAYE:  Incoming forms  HELPDESK
    Polling from Government Gateway
System failure [B2BSERV.0026.9201] Unknown service: GBOUTCOM
        ING:HR_GB_EF_BC_DPS_REQUEST_TOKEN 1
        Polling is over.
I have verified all RFC connection settings in BC aswell as in R/3. Every thing looks fine. Also please note that outgoing process was running successful only we had problem with incoming process.
Please share your ideas if some has ever experienced this issue before.
    Thanks & Reagrds,
    Vinod

    Hi Vinod
The above error potentially relates to E-FILING Package being applied incorrectly.
Check it was installed as follows
Check you have the latest package
Check the directory where  "SAP_Efiling_46C_and_above.zip" needs to Copied
,,->\sapbc47\Server\replicate\inbound (BC Server Directory on the Hard
    Disk )
    Then in the Business Connector
    1. Goto : Packages > Management > Install Inbound Releases
    And select SAP_Efiling_46C_and_above.zip and install
    2. Then in Package List you should see  the Package : SAPGBEfiling ( If
    not kindly Logout and Login)
    3. Goto : Packages > Management > SAPGBEfiling > Services and you should
be able to see the following services ,

       Incoming.SecureMailAPISoapPort:GetMessageBox
       Incoming.SecureMailAPISoapPort:GetMessageDetail
       Incoming.SecureMailAPISoapPort:Logoff
       Incoming.SecureMailAPISoapPort:Logon
       Outgoing:gzipGBEfiling

       sap.util.hashtable:remove
This means the Package has been correctly installed.

  • Issues with using leapord as a gateway.

I performed a clean install of mac osx server 10.5.1 on our new xserve.
I then used the gateway setup assistant to set the xserve up as a router.
Ethernet 1 has a static IP which is connected to our dsl line.
Ethernet 2 is connected to a switch with one computer. (DHCP Server)
When only the dsl modem is connected I am able to access the internet from the server just fine. But as soon as I turn on the switch (which is unmanaged by the way) I loose the ability to connect to the internet.
    Yes, I tried rebooting etc..
Has anyone encountered this scenario? I can post any additional info if needed.

Ethernet 1 (en0 ?) is just connected to the modem? No PPPoE connection?
Ethernet 1 is on top of the list of interfaces i Network prefpane?
The router filed is not filled in on Ethernet 2 TCP/IP settings?
    NAT and firewall is running?

  • UK Construction Industry Scheme (CIS)

    Hi All,
I have a question regarding the changes to the UK CIS scheme that became relevant in April 2007. I have been informed that the expiry date (Exempt To) for the CIS certificate is no longer relevant as all vendors must now be checked via HMRC.
However the date appears to still be checked in our system in relation to making the correct CIS deductions, we are on R/3 release 4.7 SP 25.
Does note 1003730 change the behaviour of the system to prevent checking of the exmept to date?
