CISCO DX 650-UNABLE TO GET PLAY STORE--- !!!
Hi Team,
We have multiple Cisco DX650 at our client location.
I have Checked the Parameter in CUCM device page that says allow application from android market.
Even allow application from unknown source is enabled
Tried resetting,rebooting etc no go
Play store icon is visible on few phones but not on all. Is it any kind of a bug? which is causing it? or shall we need to upgrade.
We are on CUCM 9.1.2
Please help this is really an urgent matter as alL this phones are used by VIP users.

Hi Ajith,
An out of the box phone will have PlayStore available to user. But, once a config file is downloaded, then PlayStore is immediately disabled by BundledAppInstaller, then config file is read to determine whether admin wants PlayStore to be enabled or not, and thus determine the availability of PlayStore to user.
I did not find any specific bug for this behavior, you can try upgrading to latest load on a DX650 facing the issue and check if the issue goes away.

ITunes freezes/ Unable to get to store
My iTunes has been having issues for awhile now. I can access my account but it freezes when I try to access the store. I can't get to the main screen. I have uninstalled and installed again in addition to doing the problem solving recommended on here. Any suggestions?

Thank you for responding. It wasn't doing anything when I clicked on it. I reinstalled the OS today and all is back to normal.

Play store not installed on z2 tablet purchased from Sony China.
Purchased Xperia Z2 tablet in china and there's no play store installed. Unable to return it. Tablet is of little use to me without play store. I would appreciate any help getting play store installed.
The China version has a restriction when it comes to Google and the Play store - You could if you know the exact model version download and manually flash another countries firmware to aquire these features

For the past 3 months I am unable to buy anything in I tune store as well as google play store using visa credit card.
It is getting declined in these stores only.
In all other online stores I am able to buy with the same credit card for eg. in e bay

I am unable to get any music on my iPhone 3GS either from my computer or iTunes stores. Just managed to download music from iTunes onto my iPad so assume my iPhone is at fault?
Okay, you are using Windows 7. What version of iTunes do you have. Please don't tell me the most current one, go into Help then About iTunes and read what it says.

Unable to get Quick time movies to play on my imac. This is the error message I allways get.
"The document “4-20130701090400-7.mp4” could not be opened. The movie is not in a format that QuickTime Player understands.You may need to install additional software to open this type of file."Download and install VLC Player. It plays more formats and is free and highly regarded.

Somehow my App Store changed to US and now I am unable to get any apps because my apple ID is only valid in Australia. I have tried changing the store in the terms and conditions but it doesn't seem to be doing the trick and changes itself back to US. Any ideas?
Settings>iTunes and App stores>Apple ID.

Tap View Apple ID
Enter your password
Go to Country/Region in the popup window to change the store -
my phone is locked, so I am unable to get the serial number or anything else---the store told me to go to Itunes, but it states that it's locked which I already know---how can I unlocked or go back to factory reset

I am trying to upgrade two MACs to Maverick. I have been successful with My Power Mac but unable to get my Imac to load. I am running Snow Leopard on the Imac. When I go to the App Store it shows that it has been downloaded. Any ideas? Any ideas

A Power Mac is incapable of being upgraded to Mavericks. It is a PPC Mac which can only run versions of OS X up to 10.5.8 and no higher. Any version of OS X higher that 10.5.8 requires an Intel processor to run.
Does the iMac meet the hardware requirements for Mavericks?

Unable to connect to store to get updates
I'm unable to get updates and apps on my iPhone 'cause I can no longer connect to the store. I had an AOL password and even though I've changed it in iTunes - I log in on my phone it wants to default back to my AOL screenname and will not allow me to connect. I've restored my phone hoping that this would correct the problem, but no luck.
Any help?I can connect to the store via iTunes on my G5 but I cannot connect to the store via my iPhone. When I go to log in (on my iPhone) it defaults back to my old AOL screenname - even when I have gone into settings and changed the login to the new one... it will not accept the password - new, old, or otherwise.

ion successfully installed. now unable to get on vpn using cisco, error 51 constantly appears. should have stayed on snow leopard!
Try opening a terminal window (Applications >> Utilities). At the prompt, enter:
>sudo SystemStarter restart CiscoVPN
This will ask you for the admin password and it will restart the Cisco client service. That should fix it. This seems to be a known issue that will eventually be solved with some updates.

I gave up. None of the "help" from on-line customer support worked to solve the problem, and the fools want to charge you to speak to a rep on the phone. I just won't be an i-tunes store customer any more. It is my opinion that they have deliberately made it difficult for anyone with a windows PC to access their products, in order to favor the MAC. Personally I am disgusted with their so called "support" and have written off Apple products until they get their act together to serve ALL potential customers properly.

I have the same problem and I have checked my setting and my "Restrict background data" is unchecked and my "Auto-sync data" is checked as it should be. Still I cannot use Google Play Store.
