Cisco IP IVR 7.0 can work in domain?

Hi,
Cisco IP-IVR 7.0 can support domain installation? Installation document says server should be in workgoup. Any once tried in domain installation successfully.

The concern is that your domain policies could get in the way of the server doing its job. e.g., manditory patches, reboots, etc.
So, just to play it safe, and keep cisco TAC support on your side, take it out of the domain. Otherwise, you're on your own.

We do have UCCX but we don't use IVR on it. This definitely would be a consideration. Do you know if UCCX IVR can work with our pharmacy's system? Say for example, a customer asks for a refill request of their medication using IVR by just entering the prescription number.
Also, what are the capabilities/limitations of UCCX IVR?

Hi all, I'm student and curently reading about WCS capacity. I would know if WCS requier AP to pass through a WLC to work with WCS or if WCS can work with multiple "stand alone" APs (without any WLC)

WCS can work with standalone APs that you can add in WCS.
Nevertheless the configuration options are limited.

About Cisco IP IVR?

Hello guys,
Need help about the features that the basic Cisco IP IVR has.
I was looking for if I can have the calls queuing when all agents are busy, something like a waiting line so I don't lose the calls and voicemail is not a option for me also.
If anyone can help me clarify this, will be great.

To be specific, ICM does not queue calls - it's a routing platform and not a queuing platform. It always needs either IP IVR or CVP to actually queue the call when we are talking about VoIP calls.
We need a better description from the OP.

Yes, the Old Master file has a folder for each year where I find all photos from that specific year. I am attaching a screen shot of the file.
In the meantime i have managed to download all photos (it did not download any video files though in mpg, avi, 3gp, m4v,mp4 and mov format) to a new iphoto library. Unfortunately the photos are quite mixed and often doubled up. I ma considering to purchase iphoto library which checks all duplicates in iphoto. this will save me a lot of time. What do you think?

I've just started working for a media company that provides the music for sporting events. They use iTunes to create playlists that I have to load into an IR machine with hot keys. I also have to edit tracks to create new stings and intros. As there is a 2.5 hour commute, I want to access the work iTunes library from my home MBP so I can work from home. When I'm at work I can share the work iTunes library, but when I'm back home I can't use it. Any ideas of how I could effectively Home Share over the internet with two seperate iTunes accounts?
The work iMac is running 10.7.5 and my MBP is 10.8.4

How to use a dropdown in a workbook which can work in different queries?

        I have created a workbook which can display the query by using the 'Push Button'. One query is based on material analysis and another one on product analysis.
        It works good..
        In that workbook, I want to use a dropdown so that it can display the required key figure. (Note : In both the queries, key figures are same.)
        While selecting the keyfigure option in the properties of dropdown, the target data provider is not visible.
        So, pls help me to use the dropdown which can work in both the queries.

After fixing the error in the role I noticed that all I should do is to publish the querry in a new role.
From that moment a user that is tied to new role can read the old report using the rights associated in a new role.

Sounds like you may need to repair the Disk Permissions on your drive where your images are stored.

Since I upgraded to Firefox 19 from 18.0.2, on my Windows XP (SP3) laptop, I, too, can no longer open a new window. File-->New Window does nothing; also can no longer tear off a tab and open it in a new window (it stays where it is). Also, if I right-click on a tab and select Move to New Window, nothing happens. All of these worked fine in FF 18.0.2. All of these work fine with FF 19 on Windows 7. Only an issue on my XP laptop.
After trying to open a new window, and not seeing the new window come up (and yes, I waited a long time), I decided to close my current window, which had multiple tabs open. Instead of just closing, it pops up the message reminding me that I'm about to close all those tabs. If I say close, and then go into the Task Manager, the Firefox application has disappeared (as expected), but the firefox (and plug-in container) processes are still running. So I have to manually kill the Firefox process to get it to quit. it's as if it thinks there is another Window open (the one I tried to open but never appeared). This happens every single time! I've restarted my laptop, and that does not resolve the problem.
Is there a way to downgrade back to v 18.0.2 until this is fixed?

I've managed to get back to Pages 4.3 and delete the downgrade Pages 5, which makes a total mess of any doc prepared with it, but how to I get back to the old version of Pages on my iPad so that I can work while I am away from home.

Thanks for your help. What is really irritating is that Apple give a big hurray about what they have added as "new" in Pages 5 (most of it pretty useless) without telling you of the myriad things they have deleted. If they had shown the list your gave the link to, I doubt may regular users would risked going to Mavericks with its auto upgrade. My partner got the message in time and is sticking with the earlier operating systems and Pages on Mac and iPad. Lucky girl.
I have found a way to use my iPad to add chapters written while on the move to reports on my iMac Pages 4.3. If I write it on the new Pages on the iMac (don't seem to be able to revert there), the send the report as an email in WORD format (not Pages) and download it in the Text Editor, then cut and paste into the story on the iMac. Hardly elegant but it works.

If you want to work with Mac OS X, you need one computer per simultaneous user.
What you are describing, " Multiple simultaneous logins to a single computer" is not avialable on a regular Mac of any description, unless you decide to use Unix tools instead of Mac OS X.
Server will happily store files for many, many users and provide them to multiple (up to hundreds) of computers at "near hard Drive" speeds over Gigabit Ethernet. It can make the File Sharing part easy.
