Cisco /Linksys won't help, can you?

I wanted to upgrade the firmware. So i downloaded the firmware for the WRT54GS and saved it to my desktop.
The directions in the PDF file from Linksys tell me to do that. The directions then start talking about a red button, the download, etc.
The problem is I don't get anything when I open this saved file from my desktop. What am I missing?

Read the directions carefully...the file you downloaded is not executable. You will need to navigate to your router's administration section and select the file you downloaded to perform the firmware upgrade.
That would be
>192.168.1.1
>Administration
>Firmware Upgrade
>Browse to select file
It is important to follow all the warnings about not interrupting the process once started.
Follow the directions to the letter, otherwise you may do irreparable damage to your router.

I am sorry, an ISO is just an image file for a disc. Since I am looking for the install and software disc for this monitor, w2558hc,. If I can't get a disc, the next best thing is an image of this disc. The most popular image files are ISO's. There are better ones, but less used. This monitor has a memory card reader, USB hub, web cam, and Microphone all built in to a 25.5 inch monitor. It also has a remote control to work with a lot of these features. I checked the remote has a optical signal, but I can't get it to work with the monitor, as well as the web cam. On this installation disc, besides the drivers, are software to work with the camera and remote with the controls to manage slide shows and the like. I think the drivers were on the page that you linked me to, but not the software. So I still can't use the remote control, nor the WebCam. Do you understand why I am after the disc or image thereof? Seems to be an Apple or FB app problem. Nothing you can do but wait for it to be fixed.

Safe Boot, (holding Shift key down at bootup), run Disk Utility in Applications>Utilities, then highlight your drive, click on Repair Permissions, reboot when it completes.
If it still doesn't work...
Open Console in Utilities & see if there are any clues or repeating messages when trying to open Mail.

I have an iphone 5 on ios 6 and while my Bose blue tooth BT2 headset works with the phone part of it it is often not recognised by the music part of the phone. Bose cant help - can you?

My Bose T2 syncs with the iphone 5 and I speak on it without problem.
However whild i also could listen to music and audiobooks the icon which allowed me to switch from phone to apple tv to bose T2 has now disappeared and I cant listen to music on the T2.
Can you suggest what to do?
I have rebooted the phone and hte blue tooth headset.

I might download to you by your computer the installer on a USB 16-gigabyte , but we do not know where to find the installer of mavericks on his computer . Can you help ?

Either connect a regular external drive to the older MacBook Pro or use the Disk Utility to partition the new one's internal drive, connect the two computers through FireWire or Thunderbolt, restart the new one with the T key held down, start the older one from the recovery partition(press the Command and R keys at startup), and install the OS.
If you're actually able to download the installer from the Mac App Store, you can use it instead of restarting from the recovery partition.

CS2 install on a new H,Drive won't perform can you help?

Hi Guys
I have been happily using CS2 on a Power Mac with PPC chip running 10.4 Mac OS, until the hard drive gave in. Therefore new hard drive to kick life into the machine and update to 10.5.8.
Loaded on CS2 no problem. Try launching indesign it bombs, Illustrator opens and then crashes.
Product went through activation no problem and never had any issues with previous hard drive. I am going to upgrade to CS5 but waiting for new machine with Intel chip, but need to get this up and running in the meantime.
