Cisco MGW AS5400 error

Dear All
I like to know exact reason,imact and how to solve this Cisoc MGW AS5400 level issue.
we are getting following logs on MGW adn i want to knwo reason behind this logs,impact and how to resolve this. As per my observation this logs failing calls with error gw-resources unavailable. MGW reboot will spve the problem?

this a SW defect as you can see the error refers to a routine written in C language

this is clearly the sign that the call could not be accepted.
if the problem is not caused by resources exhaustion ( B channels on device) and i is a SW defect an IOS upgrade might be of help.

Hi, first at all i want to say that this is the first time that i have to troubleshoot a cisco unified presence error,
ok, there is a customer experiencing problems with his cisco unified personal communicators, none of the appear registered on the call manager
I tried restarting the services in the unified presence server and no result.
I used rtmt and i found out that last night Sync Agent App stopped

SyncAgent needs to be running to synchronize user information from CUCM.
User ID and password would be the CUCM username and password. You may test it with "User Options" page.

I received the following Cisco Secure Desktop error when trying to use WebVpn. "Access Denied Your system failed to be validated by the Cisco Secure Desktop and will not be granted access. Critical failure. Cisco Secure Desktop must run and validate your system. When I go verify Safari settings under "Weblaunch Platform detection, sun Java and Java Detection are all clicked. I even change the DNS in safari system preferences, to no avail.
My system is MacBook Pro 2.8 GHz Intel core i7 with 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3.

Sorry I don't really understand.... there are no partitions on the drive. How do I repartition it?
And should I use "erasing free space" or "erase" for wiping clean my drive of everything? Erase seems to be faster last tiem I tried.

AS5400 Error Correction

I have a customer who is receiving PPP failure when placing outbound calls through my AS5400. How do I check to see if error correction is turned on?
I was able to detect this on the AS5300 but I'm not sure about the 5400 (IOS version 12.3)

The error means that we are not able to talk to the power controllers over
the I2C bus and therefore the powered devices connected to the switch may
not get power from the switch.
This indeed indicates a Hardware error and the switch may need to be
replaced.
I will also suggest you to upgrade the switch
to a more latest version while replacing because there are a lot of bugs
reported for the version you running.

Cisco desktop administrator error

hi,
when i access the desktop administrator by following the below mentioned proceedure i am getting the error "CDUAI1000 Error while trying to load data. Ensure that the system path inlcudes the location of the WebAdminLib.dll". find also the attached files for error.
From the Desktop Work Flow Administrator menu bar, choose Desktop
Administrator > Side A. If your system includes redundancy, you can also
choose Side B.

following is the proceedure which i used to get rid of the above problem.
On the Unified CCX server, add the location of the WebAdminLib.dll
(C:\Program Files\Cisco\Desktop\bin) to the Path environment variable.
1. In Control panel, launch the System utility.
2. On the Advanced tab, click Environment Variables.
3. From the list of system variables, select Path and click Edit.
4. In the Variable value field, locate the string C:\Program
Files\Cisco\Desktop\bin; and, using cut/paste, move it to the beginning of
the variable value string. This results in the DLL being accessed from the
correct location.
5. Click OK and close the System utility.
6. Stop the Cisco Unified Node Manager.
7. On the Unified CCX server, delete the teamadmin folder from these
locations:
C:\Program Files\wfavvid\tomcat_appadmin\webapps
C:\Program Files\wfavvid\tomcat_appadmin\work\catalina\localhost
8. Restart the Unified Node Manager, and wait till the services are
restarted.
9. Access Cisco Desktop Administrator and verify that you can navigate to
the Services Configuration > Enterprise Data > Fields page.

Cisco ISE Certificate error.

Cisco ISE 1.1.1 is given Certificate error while trying to access any of nodes. It is started after adding other nodes in to primary node. Accessing by IP's redirect to other nodes suppose if we accessing primary admin node by IP, it redirect to other nodes (secondary nodes or other nodes).

Cisco PCA Java error

Has anyone seen the following error popup when accessing their Cisco Personal Communications Assistant?, "initMMApplet: InitMMAApplet Instance failed to get instance". We are currently on Cisco Unity Connection Version 2.1(2)ES19. It looks like it happens with anyone who has Java Version 6 Update 10. Anyone who has Update 4 or 7 seem to be ok. The error window does not stop you from proceeding to use the Assistant once you acknowledge it. Just throwing this out there to see if someone has run across this.

Cisco Bars - Web Error : Failed to create ASP object

When I go to http://IP/BARS
It ask for password, then I see the usual interface, but then I go and choose a backup option and I allways have this error

Cisco NCS - FTP Error

Hi!
I got a couple of questions regarding Cisco NCS (Network Control System) Version 1.1.0.58.
1. I've just installed Cisco NCS appliance(Red Hat) in vmware vsphere and l need to backup and transfer a Backup Repository to a Windows FTP Server. I can reach the FTP Share with Filezilla and other FTP clients on my local computer, but when I create a manual backup it fails on file transfer. I can ping the FTP Server from the Cisco ncs ssh session. In "Administration --> Background Tasks --> NCS Server Backup" I've succesfully entered the FTP Servers credentials without any errors. Any suggestions? See the output from debug option(attached file):
2. Is it possible to mount either an Samba/CIFS/- or NFSshare and directly backup repository on them? I feel a bit "tied behind my back" when there's no possibility to reach Red Hat OS shell, without a Root Patch (wich seems impossible to get hands of )

So you made a repository for backup purpose on NCS?
When you do a sh repository "name of the repository" you must see a directory listing of the FTP directory. If not than there is something wrong with the repository

CISCO WLC MIC error

I have the below error message in my WLC and all uesrs are not able to access the network for 2 minutes

Cisco html server error

I have enabled the http server function on my cisco router. When i log in and try to access the "monitor the router" weblink at any priviledge level, i get "The Page cannot be displayed Error" message. The webpage is "http://172.16.62.69/level/15/exec/-"
The remaining weblinks work fine. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Following steps may help you:
1-If you can see just SOME web pages:
a.Check the MTU size in your configuration. If the MTU size is too big, the packets may get lost and that will cause the problem with the pages. I suggest you to lower the value, and try to browse.
2-If you can not see ANY web page:
a.Make sure you are not using a firewall. If you are using a firewall, make sure it is correctly configured to let the Internet explorer connect to the Internet.
b.If you are not using a proxy server, make sure that the proxy server options on the LAN SETTINGS from the Internet explorer are not checked. Moreover, if you are using a proxy server, make sure that those settings are pointing to the correct server.
c.You cal also check the security settings from the internet explorer. You may also want to set the privacy setting to accept all cookies, so all pages will be normally displayed.
d.Try to browse by IP. In the address bar from the Internet Explorer give the IP address of some website. If you can see the page by IP then the problem is related to the DNS servers. Set the DNS servers that your ISP gave you on the routers configuration.

Cisco TAPS - Logon Error

I have a problem when I try to start CISCO TAPS in Windows Services Window.
It says: Couldn't start the Cisco TAPS service on Local Computer. Error 1069: The service did not start due to a logon failure.
In Log On, I have Log on as: This account: .\CCMServiceRW and I don't change the password.
JRE's version is 1.4.2_08.
BAT's version is 5.2(1b)
CRS's version is 4.0(4)
I try to uninstall and install TAPS again but there are no changes.

If it's gonna make you feel better, I had the same problem 2 weeks ago. Did some research and found a bug with a workaround to start TAPS from the command line (net start taps). This didn't help at all, so I opened a case with Cisco, who wasted my time and couldn't help me. In the meantime, I scanned all the phones and BATted them into the CallManager. So, either you try to start it from the command prompt or you better start scanning now. BTW, if enough people complain about TAPS and the lack of documentation for it, maybe someone from Cisco will do something about it.

Cisco SG200-26 Error

I have a Cisco SG200-26 that is less than 6 months old.
I recently saw an emergency error popup in the log. The switch will shutdown and restart when this error is encountered.
The error is:

This error started to appear with the firmware that shipped with the switch. I upgraded to 1.3.7.18 and I am still seeing the error appear.
For what it is worth I have the switch configured to log to an external SYSLOG server.

1. Does your PC allow outbound ICMP connections? There might be a 3rd party app/antivirus/firewall that's blocking it. How about trying to ping the switch using another computer/PC
2. How are you pinging the device? are you defining the ICMP frame size? Just ping it normally, without using the "-l" command
3. Try rebooting the switch - take this as the last resort though :D
4. How is the switch connected? Is there a switch peer? Can you check if any Access-List(ACL) is applied? If you find an ACL, kindly verify that ICMP is not being blocked. or for isolation disable the ACL.

Cisco 8811 Phone error

I'm running Cisco CallManager System version: 8.6.2.25900-8 on our envirment and we are in the process of deplying a Cisco 8811 phone.
Step i took
Install Device Pack
Reset TFTP services
configure the cisco 8811 ph however
getting error message
Telephone service is unavaliable
TFTP timeout
No trust list installed
