Cisco SX20 Call drop issue after 15 minutes !!!!! urgent help needed !!!

Hi All,
We have Below scenario
SX20----> MCU<----- Polycom
SX20 -----> Polycom
Issue: When we make a Call from SX20 to Polycom IP to IP call or even using MCU Cisco SX20 gets disconnected after fixed interval ( 15 - 20 minutes)
Calls from Other endpoints ---> Polycom to polycom with MCU and also 1:1 ,1: multiple over MCU works fine.
Only issue is when Cisco SX20 comes in to the picture.
Please sugest is it a known issue?
Or doi we have to update firmware/licenses or any other software in cisco SX20?
Or is it a bug?
Or do we need to check on firewall level
The SX20 has the latest firmware already.
Please help !!!!!!!!

    As Martin has said above, the 15 minute disconnection issues are usually a network issue.
    Are all your devices on the same LAN, or are they at different locations?  Are you using any call control (VCS/CUCM), or are the devices standalone?  What protocol are you using (H.323/SIP)?
    If you're using NAT, have you got the NAT settings set up correctly on your devices?
    What model device is the Polycom?  Is the software on the Polycom up to date?
    There are many questions which we can ask, but need to understand your environment a little more.

  • Any one ever worked on 6500 series Cisco switches QOS or 6503 or 6524 QOS(Urgent help needed)

    I am having issue specifally doing QOS configuration on 6503 or 6524 or 6509 switches. I am unable to match any EF(voice) traffic for eompls(vlan based) on 6503 cisco switch. If i use any other router as 2811 or 2821 my QOS configuration works perfect but if i put 6503 as PE2 it does not work.i am using vlan based eompls.
    Below is the scenario & configuration which i am having issue.
    CE1(2821 router)(dot1Q)--------->PE1(2821 router)------->P(6524 switch)-------->PE2(6503 switch)------->(dot1Q)(2821 switch)CE2.
    On CE1 i can match ip-precedence 5 traffic and mark that traffic to cos5 on outbound port.On PE1 i can match cos5 packet and mark with mpls exp top5 on inbound port, on outbound port i can match mpls exp 5. 
    On PE2(6503) i am unable to match that mpls exp5 packet on inbound port. none of the configuration worked on 6500 series switches with mls qos, ,mls qos trust dscp,mls qos trust cos etc. Although i can match cos5 traffic on CE2 on inbound interface.i can not match mpls exp 5 traffic on 6503 and all i can see traffic as default-class on 6503 switch. I tried many things and many configurations on 6503 but nothing worked.If i put 2821 router as PE2 instead of 6503 my qos configuration works. but why if i put 6503 my same qos configuration does not work? 
    ---match means=classification or classify
    Can anyone tell me how qos works on 6500 series switches or where i am having issue in my scenario.
    i am using this ios on 6503: s72033-advipservicesk9_wan-mz.122-33.SXI3.bin.

    As i have mentioned in my prevoius post of configuration of 6503. I am unable to match mpls exp 5 packet on 6503. My qos configuration on PE1(2811 router) is working perfectly. I am unable to classify mpls ex5 or mpls exp3 on 6503 switch. Am i missing something on configuration?

  • Inconsistant overlay issues in same project - urgent help needed please!

    Hopefully this has not been asked. I searched and found nothing.
    The issue is that using overlays works great for two of the three menus in my project, but the third does not display properly when viewing a finished DVD or the TS folder. It looks perfect in simulator.
    Now for the details: the menus are pretty simple. They each consist of a Photoshop file with two layers. One is the background buttons (mostly plain text) and an overlay layer (underlines under the text). These are saved as psd files.
    When built and viewed, two of the menus operate normally - you roll over the text buttons, and an underline appears beneath them. The third menu does nothing when rolled over, yet if you click on a piece of text, it jumps to the proper section as expected.
    I have checked every setting I can think of to make sure everything is the same between the different menus. I even rebuilt the whole DVD from scratch, and made new menus in Photoshop. Each file was made as a "save as" to ensure that the settings were the same. Same for the menus in DVDSP - duplicates of a menu that work properly. Is there something I've overlooked? Is this an issue with DVDSP 3?
    Any help or suggestions are most appreciated. This forum is a great resource.

    The only thing that comes to mind is that something's changing in your button highlight states between your menus. Go to a menu that is working the way you want and select a button. In the button inspector go to the Colours tab and ine the bottom right corner click the Save As Default button. Then go to a menu that is not performing correctly, highlight a button, go to the Colours tab and click Restore Default.
    If that doesn't fix it at least you'll have ruled out a major culprit.

    My client have STO process working fine. Ours method is:
    ME21N-VL10B-VL02N-VF01-J1IIN-MIGO-VA01-VL01N-J1IJ-VF01
    In few cases, users had inserted additional line items of the same item directly in the delivery screen thats why
    1) Delivery item category triggered is ULN irrespective of NLN.
    2) Also in MIGO movement type triggered 605 instead of 101.
    While selling same item from depot, J1IJ is not capturing these above items(ULN).
    Error Message is- "Invoiced quantity is greater than mother invoice quantity".
    The process got stuck at 2 levels : 1) MIGO Done 2) MIGO not done.
    What is the solution for above problem so that I can invoice ULN-items from depot through J1IJ?
    In case of reversal of entire process, what is the impact(RG1,Excise Rules)?

    this error means your Depot invoice quantity is high, please check your mother invoice quantity, its means branch invoice quantity , and depot invoice quantity , is deferent so , please check both invoice quantity ,

    If you are unable to restore your iPhone with iTunes without having to enter the passcode, you will not be able to update your iPhone's backup. You will need to place the iPhone into recovery mode in order to restore the iPhone with iTunes and you can restore from the most recent backup available.

    Please read this whole message before doing anything.
    This procedure is a diagnostic test. It’s unlikely to solve your problem. Don’t be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.
    The purpose of the test is to determine whether the problem is caused by third-party software that loads automatically at startup or login, by a peripheral device, or by corruption of certain system caches. 
    Disconnect all wired peripherals except those needed for the test, and remove all aftermarket expansion cards. Boot in safe mode and log in to the account with the problem. Note: If FileVault is enabled on some models, or if a firmware password is set, or if the boot volume is a software RAID, you can’t do this. Ask for further instructions.
    Safe mode is much slower to boot and run than normal, and some things won’t work at all, including sound output and  Wi-Fi on certain models. The next normal boot may also be somewhat slow.
    The login screen appears even if you usually log in automatically. You must know your login password in order to log in. If you’ve forgotten the password, you will need to reset it before you begin. Test while in safe mode. Same problem? After testing, reboot as usual (i.e., not in safe mode) and verify that you still have the problem. Post the results of the test.

    So we have had this VoIP setup now for about 5/6 months, and recently we have started to use BT meet me conferencing service, on every call to them the line drops after 15 minutes and 4 seconds.
    We do not have this issue on any other call.
    Have spoken to our sip provider they can’t ID any issues and have also spoken to the BT Meet me team and they have no idea.
    Our UC320 and spa504G phones are isolated to our data network but both go through a Meraki MX60 for usage monitoring, Voip has priority.

    I would suggest opening a support call with Cisco Small Business Support.  The support team can obtain syslog messages of the BT Meet me call and determine what side is disconnecting the call at the 15min 4 sec time frame.  Then it can be determined if the BT Meet me service is dropping the call or not.

I disconnect but can't reconnect straight away although it goes through the motions but doesn't find a connection. I have to wait about 10 minutes (or restart the MAC) then it connects fine again and I have another 57 minutes. I previously used 10.6 for a while without any problems and then the VPN just stopped connecting? after trying to resolve without success I upgraded the OS hoping that this might fix the issue which it has but created this other problem! I can live with it but thought there may be some way to correct this surely.  I'm not heavily technically minded and have read reports about the racoon service may be causing this but not sure how you do this very simply step by step

    help me pls, after 15 minutes video call disconnected every time.
    My configuration CME86 <-SIP-> CME71 <- SIP-> CUCM7.1.3.
    I perform call from caller on CME86 to callee on CUCM7.1.3.
    I collected debug logs on CME86 and see BYE message from callee on CUCM7.1.3.
    Disconnect cause CC/SIP: 16 /200.

    Cause code 16 is normal call clearing. Does CME71 see the same BYE from CUCM7.1.3? If yes you would need SDI/SDL traces, w/ troubleshooting traces enabled, from CUCM to figure out why it dropped the call.

    Just got a 3rd Gen ATV and connecting through BT Infinity with a Home Hub 3 in the UK - when playing music, appears to be ok. When watching downloaded programmes from the MAC - it plays for about 5 minutes and then drops the connection to Home Sharing back to the main menu. I then reselect the programme within ATV and it plays fine for the whole duration without drop out.
    When trying to watch a recent iTunes festival concert - the same thing happens, it drops out after about 5 minutes streaming but t

  • Samsung S III call dropping issues

    I have had my Samsung since January of 2013 and I hate this phone.  I can't make a call in my apartment without the call dropping or the phone cutting in and out.  I know it is the phone and not the service because my wife as the iPhone 5 and I can be in the same spot and make a call just fine.  I have been in to see someone a few times and they have changed the settings a few times and said it should be fixed but it never works.  One guy suggested changing the SIM card for $10 but why should I have to pay for this crappy phone that I am now stuck with for another year.  Anyone have any other suggestions?

    Let's see what's causing the problem! When did the issue begin? Have you recently downloaded any new applications? Do you only experience the issue indoors?     i have a wlc 5500  with two ssids for employees and contractors
    both ssids with layer2 security WPA+WPA2 and auth key mgmt 802.1x are authenticated with ACS 5.0 (active directory) for users access and are working fine after windows adapter setting
    but my question is, can i do some thing like
    authentication with acs 5.0 (active directory) for users access but without windows adapter seting????
    i mean without changing any setting on windows adapter ( leave it as default).
    if i can then how i can???
    or i cann't do that i mean there is not any option to do that?
    plz give me your seggustions i need urgent help on this topic.

    it seems only for 802.1x authentication key methode needs windows adaptor changing as per you.
    is there any other option to configure wlan scurity with acs (MS active Dir) user authentication like

    i want when any client will try to connect any wlan he ll just prompted to use his username and password(of active directory) without doing any changes in window adapter setting???
    i don't care layer 2 security will be whatever like wpa+wpa2 with 802.1x OR something else

  • Call log issue after upgrading to OS 10.3.1.158​1 from 10.2

    Dear all.
    I have update my BlackBerry 10 os to 10.3.1.1581 and to my surprise i find that the call log os restricted to about 150-200 call whereas it was almost unlimited in the previous 10.2 os .
    BlackBerry should issue a fix asap since this is such a basic features and necessity.
    I find myself in a very bad situation after upgrading.

    I have two call lors. One in the phone app, and one in the hub.
    I feel like the one in the phone app is quite short, but the one in the hub is unlimited.
    Do you confirm on your side?
    That being said, tracking more than 150 previous calls regularly is an extreme usage of the phone, I don't think the OS is made for that. I suggest you use a third party app that will be suited at tracking 200 phone calls a day.
