Ciscoworks_cisco3945rtr_ciscoview_problem

Hi Cisco Team/Vinod,
Im having LMS 3.2.1 and in Ciscoview im unable to get the display of cisco 3945 router. it says check device updates...
Im getting the below errors in PSU.log, when i do a check for updates in common services > device updates..
This actually talks about a bug called CSCto46927 ( from the case https://supportforums.cisco.com/docs/DOC-16806 )
But I manually tried downloading Mdf.CS30.v1-76.zip file from cisco site and updated succesfull and restarted the services.
But still i am getting the error as device package is not installed like that.
Ciscoworks common service version is 3.3.1, so from the above Bug, should we select the LMS Common Services Patches 3.3.1 or 3.3.0.
In both the cases, which patch should be updated..

[ Tue May 07 14:46:50 IST 2013 ] ERROR [ViewRemoteAndInstalledPkg : getRemoteAndInstalledPkg] : VDSException while downloading headers from Cisco.com
com.cisco.nm.xms.vds.VDSException: CvHandler.getFileList:failed to connect to Cisco.com.
I doubt if these messages are related to this issue only or not..
