CiscoWorks: Howto get inventory report includes System returned to ROM
Ia m using RME 4.3. I want to get the inventory report that display the switch information in sh ver command i.e. System returned to ROM by power-on

You can't do this with reports, but you could use Netshow to run "show version | include System returned", then look through the job output to collect the results.

11 FastEthernet interfacesIt's possible that you've got a problem in your IOS release. I would upgrade to 15.1.4M9 and see if the problem goes away. If that doesn't do it, I would open a case with TAC and submit the latest crashinfo file to see if they can figure out what the problem might be. When you start getting into obscure system errors causing a reload, troubleshooting becomes much more difficult.

Howto get a report stored in file system
Hello,
we want to automate a process and use scheduled reports.
The result we need as a (.csv) file in the file system (and not somewhere in an e-mail system).
Is it possible to get the results of a scheduled report "automatically exported" into the file system?

Hmm no.
The only thing we can configure at the "Output Settings" page is to "Attach File" to the Email Notification.
The setting "Output Location" on this page points to an internal Reporting Database folder - this is not a file system path

Prime infrastructure 2.0 inventory reports
In lms it was easy to get inventory report on our router cards draughtboards etc. when I go to report launch pad>device>detailed hardware and run combined inventory I get "no data found" under the modules and interfaces....this is the ONLY report requested by the customer, is this really not available in PI 2.0?

But from system log file SM21 i have got only the time not date on which it has been shutdown and restart.
And another thing is that 15 dats before Log file data is atomatically deleted, so cant get it back.

01. MB5L We are able to get the report only last financial year, current month & previous month, if we require the stock values as at 30.11.08 etc., we are unable to get the required report. In this connection, option is required by mentioning selection date in this report.
02. MB51 We are able to get the consumption report in this T Code including cancellation/reversal etc., As such, what ever we have issued that report we require excluding cancellation/reversal.
03. MB5S We are able to get GR/IR balances under this T Code, but selection date is not available, so we can get the current date report only. Hence, selection date In this report so as to enable us to get whatever date we require.
04. MB5B We are able to get Opening stock, receipts, issues, closing stock in this report including reversal/cancellation. As such, receipts & issues made only is required excluding cancellation/reversal.

3.Vendor Selection and Comparison of Quotations
The system is capable of simulating pricing scenarios, allowing you to compare a number of different quotations. Rejection letters can be sent automatically.
4. Purchase Order Processing
The Purchasing system adopts information from the requisition and the quotation to help you create a purchase order. As with purchase requisitions, you can generate Pos yourself or have the system generate them automatically. Vendor scheduling agreements and contracts (in the SAP System, types of longer-term purchase agreement) are also supported.
5. Purchase Order Follow-Up
The system checks the reminder periods you have specified and - if necessary - automatically prints reminders or expediters at the predefined intervals. It also provides you with an up-to-date status of all purchase requisitions, quotations, and purchase orders.
6. Goods Receiving and Inventory Management
Goods Receiving personnel can confirm the receipt of goods simply by entering the Po number. By specifying permissible tolerances, buyers can limit over- and underdeliveries of ordered goods.
7. Invoice Verification
The system supports the checking and matching of invoices. The accounts payable clerk is notified of quantity and price variances because the system has access to PO and goods receipt data. This speeds the process of auditing and clearing invoices for payment.

Inventory Report For Special Stock (Project Stock)
Dear Sir,
We are in Make -To - Order scenario and procure the material against the WBS element . For getting the Inventory List , we use MBBS tcode but it has following limitation :
a) It give the Stock Status as on date basis . While we need Stock Inventory on a cut off date , say on
31/Jan/2007 .
b) We are not able to get the Inventory Report , Material Group wise
I request to kindly guide me , as how to take the Inventory Report for Project Stock .

-ve values in inventory report
Hi Experts,
I have inventory report, this report shows total stock, in this report some materials are showing '-ve' values,but in cube total issue stock and total received stock both are same, that means this inventory report should show '0' value.
for example: in cube total issues stock: 13.60, total received stock: 13.60. That means total stock is = 0 (13.60-13.60), but in report it is showing -13.60.
I am not understanding what is the problem,
Pl help to do this,

The calculation's of Inventory total stock is not as simple as we understand them. To calculate total stock it consider different Movement type's, reversal entries, blocked stock etc. as well into consideration.
There is no -ve stock and there can be no as well, but still u r getting that (i also got that ) then this is how u can analyze at various points where exactly the problem is.
1. Try to run some standard report for total stock (based on inventory Cube 0IC_C03 i guess this is u usign probably). Check the stock value for 1 or two particular Material and cross check the stock of same material in your R/3 system through some tr MMBE.
2. If standard report gives u rite result then probably some logic problem in ur report.
3. Apart from that the main problem of this situation is data loading issue.
Please follow proper inventory data loading steps. If not done step by step u will end up with wrong data.
Hope these steps will help you out in tracking the situation.

Hari.Oracle Retail application doesn't consider Sale of Item which has not been moved out from the store and in other words all the orders , layaway ,special orders Initiated considers will not be accounted as sale amount despite of retailer has received amount in advance( Item inventory get reserved for those transaction ) .Transaction amount of those transaction will be added in sale of the particular day when those transaction will get completed i.e. Item inventory ( SOH) get down .

I would like to get an information about gigaStack port on switch inventory.
I have generated an Detail device Report but I didn't get this information.
I can find this information by show interface status | include GigaStack on switch :Gi0/1 connected trunk a-full a-1000 1000BaseCX Gigastack

So, I try with RME -> Tools -> Netshow. see file attached.
I get the information but I prefered to get it in with a report because I need to get thoses informations for 150 devices.
Is there a way to get it on a report ?
