CiscoWorks LMS3.0 doesn't know the 2960 PoE type

I have several PoE Catalyst 2960 WS-C2960-24PC-L
When I added them to CiscoWokrs I found out that it doesn't know WS-C2960-24PC-L type.
As a result they are unknown.
The list of installed applications:
1. LMS Portal 1.0.0
2. CiscoWorks Assistant 1.0.0
3. CiscoView 6.1.6
4. CiscoWorks Common Services 3.1.0
5. Integration Utility 1.7.0
6. Resource Manager Essentials 4.1.0

How to add WS-C2960-24PC-L to the LMS?
As I understand I have to update Resource Manager Essentials. Which version should I install ?

RME 4.1.1, Campus Manager 5.0.3

FCE 4.0.1 can only capture DV/HDV which is produced by cameras using Mini-DV TAPES and cameras shooting AVCHD which is a high definition format.
If your camera shoots standard definition on Memory Cards, DVDs or Hard Drives it will not work in FCE.
What is your camera's exact model name and number?

My mother's iCloud account is blocked and she doesn't know the answer to the security question.

My mother's iCloud is totally blocked. She can't access her e-mal (me.com), and that makes impossible to reset the password. She also doesn't remember the awnser to the security question. So, what do I do?

The operator will take you through some steps you may have already tried, however they need to be sure they have exhausted all usual approaches before trying to reset your account, so you should try to be helpful and show patience with the procedure.

Once the operator has verified your identity they will send a message through to your device which contains an alpha numeric code, which you will need to read back to them.

Is it possible to obtain a report from Ciscoworks LMS3.1 to detail the SNMP configuration of all devices?

I am about to update/standardize to secure the SNMP configuration for all devices in the network utilizing Ciscoworks.
There is likely to be variations amongst the devices. Therefore, I would like to generate one report for all the devices, capturing the SNMP configurations, is this possible?
I know how to complete the work afterwards but am struggling to produce a meaningful report that I can use to build my tasks from.
I am trying to achieve this using a particular 'role based' account via ACS, so it is possible that I don't have the permissions with this account at present which maybe why I'm not able to do it.

Getting the SNMP trap community string is not trivial. The reason for this is that anything which shows the configuration will have this field starred out. You can get to the value, but not in a report-like fashion. You can, however, search the archived configs under RME > Config Mgmt > Archive Mgmt > Search Archive. Assuming you know the SNMP trap receiver IP, you could search on:
snmp-server host x.x.x.x old-string
That would show you all devices that still had the old community string.
If you need to force RME to get the new config data, you can simply schedule a Sync Archive job under RME > Config Mgmt > Archive Mgmt > Sync Archive. Of course, if you made the changes outside of LMS, you will need to manually update DCR with the new community string.

Numbers doesn't know the leap-year 2015 = Feb 29th

Hi,
unfortunately it seems, that numbers for Mac doesn't know Feb 29th. I can't format Feb 29th as a date. In a formula "Feb 28th" +1 equals "Mar 1st". The weekday of Mar 1st is displayed as Sunday (needs to be Monday).
Any idea how to deal with this?

Cscope doesn't know the corrent definition

To test the behavior of cscope using Vim, I just made an experiment.
There are 3 files: main.c, a.h, b.h in the base folder.
There is a definition
int k = 3
in both a.h and b.h. And main.c uses the variable k in a.h, so it includes a.h
Then I try cs find g k, it lets me choose between the two definitions.
So I think it doesn't know which definition is used in this project.
How can I make cscope be aware of this? Thanks.

What can someone do on my apple id but doesn't know the password?

What would someone be able to do with my apple id if they are already logged on but doesn't know my password? Can they look at my credit card info or look at my account status or can they mess my account up in any way? please list all the possibilities if you can

As long as he was logged in, he had access to all the information in your account. That is the purpose of a password--to keep others out. If I were you, I would change my password at the very least.

Apple ID's email somehow changed to my sister's email. she doesn't know the password to it so i can't delete the icloud account

My apple ID is my dads email as my whole family uses it. for the Icloud account (which we don't use but want to delete) the email somehow changed to my sisters email. I want to delete the account but can't as 'find my iphone' needs to be turned off. no-one knows the password so i can't turn off 'find my iphone' and delete the account. I've tried resetting the password but no email was sent to my sisters email regarding resetting the password, i think it's because her email isn't an apple ID but i have no clue. i went to the apple store last week and the genius somehow deleted it. i backed up my phone with my apple account on icloud as i couldn't do it on my computer. i got a new phone yesterday and icloud has logged onto my sisters email but with no password. i need to delete her account so i can put mine on and restore my phone.

How can I remove activation screen if the person doesn't know the password or email ? but the phone is not stolen or anything, can apple unlock the activation screen?

You heard wrong.
Apple will not assist you.
You must get ahold of the original owner and have that person remove the phone(s) from their account. There is no way around Activation Lock.

Spell Check in Mac doesn't know the simplest words

I came into Mac 5 years ago still waiting for a decent 'Spell Ck'.
For example, 'unexceptable', and spell check didn't have a clue if spelled wrong or right.
I've been hitting 'learn' for years. Or forced to Google.
I don't get it.
What the heck is out there that outdoes the PC version I had years ago?

Character.digit(char, int) doesn't know the diff of 'a' and 'A'

I did Character.digit('a', 16) and Character.digit('A', 16), and they both gave me 10. Is there a function that can decipher between capitals and lowercase.

No! That is not the right method to use. You should have seen the API before posting your explanation.
Anyway, you could try this,

Why does iOS "connect" to a network even if it doesn't know the password?

The network's clearly protected, but it just "connects" and sits there. It puts a checkmark next to the network, but it's truly not connected.
Happens across devices on my iPhone as well.

Its not connected however if you have wifi activated and join automatcally selected, the WIfi radio in your phone will be scanning for availalble WIfi services and will lock on to the strongest or any open network ready to make the handahake.
The Router and your device are primed to exchange authorisation credentials on entry of a sutable passcode.
At this point your phone radio is broadcasting its existance *(and using power ) however the handshake has NOT taken place - You have simply pinged the server
