CJ40/BADI/ BT events in CJ40 for transfering the Cost Planning Data

Hi ,
I need urgent help as i am unable to find any User Exit, Badi or BT events for CJ40 as my reuirement is to transfer the Cost Plannign Data into some third party System at the time of creation of Planning, so kindly help me in findinf out the Solution ASAP

Pl help me this regards, why syste, block this perticuler cost element 1399999 for the year 2011 only and for this wbs only.

Hello,
I am looking for ideas based on best practices for transferring Large Amounts of Data in and out of a Netweaver based application.
We have a new system we are developing in Netweaver that will utilize both the Java and ABAP stack, and will require integration with other SAP and 3rd Party Systems. It is a standalone product that doesn't share any form of data store with other systems.
We need to be able to support 10s of millions of records of tabular data coming in and out of our system.
Since we need to integrate with so many different systems, we are planning to use RFC for our primary interface in and out of the system. As it turns out RFC is not good at dealing with this large amount of data being pushed through a single call.
We have considered a number of possible ideas, however we are not very happy with any of them. I would like to see what the community has done in the past to solve problems like this as well as how SAP currently solves this problem in other applications like XI, BI, ERP, etc.

Best practice for implementing Manufacturing Cost Planning ( MCP)

is there any best practice for implementing Manufacturing Cost Planning ( MCP) using BI-IP?

Hi:
Both options are viable. If you reverse posting in FB50 then FI GL account postings will also be reversed and along with cost center postings. Hence here advantage is that cost center reversal will be with referenced to the original document with which wrong posting were made. Disadvantage here is that you will to post the entry again in FB50 . In KB11N you will simply transfer cost center amount from wrong to new one that should be in place of it but here you will have no reference . I personally think reversing posting through FB50 is viable options , reverse postings can be seen in KSB1 as well against that cost center.

Best practices for using the 'cost details' fields

Hi
Please could you advise us to the best practices for using the 'cost details' field within Pricing. Currently I cannot find the way to surface the individual Cost Details fields within the Next Generation UI, even with the tick box for 'display both cost and price' ticked. It seems that these get surfaced when the Next Generation UI is turned off, but cannot find them when it is turned on. We can see the 'Pricing Summary' field but this does not fulfill our needs, as some of our services have both recurring and one-off costs.

If you need to configure dynamic pricing that may vary by tenant and/or if you want to set up cost drivers that are service item attributes, you should configure Billing Tables in the Demand Management module in 10.0.
The cost detail functionality in 9.4 will likely be changed to merged with the new pricing feature in 10.0. The current plan is not to bring cost detail into the Service Catalog module.

Precaution for releasing the cost estimate

What are the precautions to be taken for releasing the cost estimates.
Like any delivery are done and invoices to to made in Sales.

do you mean released to standard price?
1: cost estimate needs status "costed without error".
2: marking allowance in CK24 must be set for company code/period for the costing variant used.
3: Costing variant is assigned to a costing type that allows price update to standardprice.
4: Cost estimate is marked (without errors).
Aftre that its possible to release the cost estimate to S-price.

Price for calculating the Cost of freight

Hello experts, would like to help, to calculate the cost of shipping by VI01 the system chooses a particular table price registered in TK11 based on the date of creation of the transport document. Is it possible to get the date of organization of transport? You know where to configure this item?

I don't think the creation date is used to determine the price condition record - the pricing date should be used for that purpose.
Other thing is that the pricing date may equal the creation date.
Please check the setting of your shipment cost document item category in:
SPRO > LE > Transportation > Shipment Cost > Shipment Cost Document > Shipment Cost Types and Item Categories
Here choose "Define Item Categories" and check field "Pricing Date" of suitable item category (V_TVFT-DATPR).

As stated above, there isn't a plant field in the maintenance plan (only maintenance item, hence the reference ot IP17)
However, it is quite common to use the maintenance plan Sort field as a plant field by customising the table settings for each plant.

Transfering the Cost from Cost center to PM Work order

Hi all,
We have a scenario.
we are doing material consumption from storage locaiton to a cost center using 201.
when the material requirement comes from work order, we are doing reverse consumption posting from Cost center to storage location using 202. and then issue the material to work order using 261.
Is there any way, that we can move the cost directly from cost center to work order (skipping the storage location in between).

Hi,
I guess Initially you are transferring material (201 movement) from Central Warehouse to Cost Center assigned to each department. After that, if you get any reservation from the particular department work order, you are issuing the components to work order by doing 202 & 261 movements.
You can follow either one way.
1. Without doing 201 movement type, once you create a order, based on reservation you can do 261 movement to order from central warehouse directly.
OR
2. Define storage location, do the stock transfer between storage locations. While creating maintenance order, assign the concern storage location in the order. So from that storage location, you can do 261 movement. Also by Material valuation, you can find the value of materials as well.
