Hi,
The problem could be with any of the following.
1>check JDK version you are using. use supported JDK in case if you you don't have
2>check your memory parameters. Notes 597187, 552522
might be of help.
may be the problem could be with the Heap Size.change it to value (ex:1024 MB) and try if it works.
also
3>check whether you started in safe mode. if so, change it to normal mode.
reward if it helps

    Hi,
In the process of installing SAP WEBAS for java, during the last phase of installaion I am getting this problem
J2EE Engine JC00 of SAP System EPD did not come after 200 seconds waiting for another 20 seconds.
    my platform is
    AIX 5.3
    jsdk jsdk1.4.2 64 bit
Can any one help me out as I am stuck and getting no help from anywhere
    pradeep

    Hi Pradeep,
Check your trace files in the /usr/sap/<SID>/DVE.../work directory (dev_bootstrap, dev_disp, log_bootstrap etc..) for any errors preventing J2EE from starting.
It can be related to incorrect java path in the instance profile, incorrect JDK (see the OSS note # 716927).
You can restart J2EE engine via SMICM once you clarify the issue.
    Regards,
    Mike

    Hi,
I get the following error "J2EE  engine JCO did  not reach the "starting application" state"   when I try to install my Java components  using SAP Development  Studio.
When I checked my std_servero.out the get the following error

    Hello Santhi
The GC messages you see are just an indication of the garbage collector activity. It is not an error.
I'm not sure about what you are doing with the Developer Studio. I guess your WAS Java is already installed, is it right? Are you able to start the visual administrator? Please, paste here the exact error you receive.

  • J2EE Engine startup page error: File [main.jsp] not found in application..

    Hi Guys,
I have just uninstalled and reinstalled SAP Netweaver 7.01 portal. The uninstall was clean and the reinstall also went without any errors.
However, immediately after this, when I open http://<host>:<port> I get the following error:
    404   Not Found
The requested resource /main.jsp is not available
Details:   File main.jsp not found in application root of alias [/] of J2EE application [sap.com/com.sap.engine.docs.examples].
If, instead, I open portal (http://<host>:<port>/irj), it works fine.
Anybody has any idea why this has happened and how can I resolve this issue?
    Thanks,

    Hi Anil,
I don't see how this note is relevant here. It is just the j2ee engine start page which is not opening. If I go straight to the systeminfo page or the portal login page, they are all working.
Any experience on this issue with that note u suggested? Please share.

  • SAP System Profile directory not being created on windows

I am not SAP Basis person , but am trying to Install SAP Solution Manager 7.0 , IDES ECC 6.0 and SAP PI 7.1 as sandboxes.
    {Windows 2003 / Oracle 10}
I am using ORACLE RDBMS 10.2 and its PATCH 10.2.0.4.   On trying to install Dialog Instance ( Softeare Life cycle Options > Application Server > Oracle > Dialog Instance, It asks for the profile directory as its seeking the file "default.pfl"
It suggests that its path as
    <SAPGLOBAHOST>\sapmnt\<SAPSID>\SYS\profile
However default.pfl file exists no where on my computer , and more imortantly the shared folder sapmnt does not even exist on my system.
Can you please tell me what I am doing wrong  Am I doing a wrong installation right at the RDBMS instalation stage ? I also tried to install ECC 6.0 as it seemed to have the same RDBMS base files . However in ECC 6.0 installation I encounted the same issue.
    Thanks in advance
    rishi

    Hi,
First thing is that you have to go through the master guide and the installation guide to understand the systems in SAP before starting the installation.
The issue here is that you have no idea of a dialog instance and trying to install that without a central instance in place.
I would suggest you to go through the master and installation guides and understand the different systems and fulfil all the recommended prerequisites and then start installing the SAP systems.

  • Status 12 in SAP but XI did not receive the message

    Hi Experts,
I've having problems issues with regards to the idocs that where triggered in SAP with status 12 but I did not find any messages in XI.
I've checked the smq1 for withheld messages but there was none. I've checked the port that is connected to XI it seems OK. Lastly I've checked the Partner Number and it seem it's OK also.
Is there a problem on XI side?
I need inputs. Thanks and have a nice day ahead!

    Hi R-Jay
It doesnt look like problem with XI. IDOC is not getting pushed from R/3 itself

  • SAP Router - Host did not respond 8 times

    Guys,
I'm able to test OSS connection successfully in SM59. But in service connections, whenever i open connections, the connection failing to open with the "Host did not respond 8 times " error before changing to Cancel. Any suggestions please?

There was a little glitch in the saprouttab file, which i fixed. But interesting to note that it didn't clear the error. I keep having the same error, but SAP was able to connect inspite of that. As i read elsewhere, often times this error is misleading. anyway, thanks.

  • New Operating System Drivers Did Not Transfer

I recently bought a HP Pavilion DV7, Product Number : LW174UA#ABA, from my friend and decided to install a new operating system onto it. My buddy didn't tell me much about what was wrong with it, other than it ran a little slow. I figured that it was cheap enough and I could easily throw Windows 7 x64 on it, instead of using Windows 8.1 x64 which he had installed on it a while ago, and use it as sort of a backup to my desktop.
I installed a new copy of Windows 7 Professional x64 on it and when the installation was complete I noticed I could not access the internet nor use the usb drives. I went into device manager and discovered that a handful of decives had the warning yellow triangle explanation symbol next to them. I quickly looked at the problem and noticed most of them had Error Code 28. This told me that I will need to install the drivers for the parts.
Okay, that shouldn't be too difficult. I found the WiFi driver and installed it. The issue was solved (temporarily) and I could access the internet.
After searching through forums I found out that my usb problem can be many different issues. I then came to the conclusion that a service pack update (since I could not find any usb drivers) should fix the issue. Nope, the usb drivers still have not been properly installed. On top of that, the internet now truns on and off. I will have access for a few seconds and then my computer tells me that I do not have any conntections.
Does anyone know what I did wrong or where I can find the drivers that may fix this issue?
I already went to the HP drivers site and installed most of the drivers. Things like the finger print scanner I am not too concerned with at this time so I skipped over those.
    This question was solved.

My wife was told to upgrade her phone's operating system.  After doing this it asked her to sync and she said no.  Now all her songs are gone, no music on the computer library or the phone.  Any ideas how to fix would be geatly appreciated.

How did your wife got her songs in the first place? Isn't it sync from iTunes?
If the songs were bought from iTunes then you can re-download again for free under Purchases.

These crash was caused by your Symantec killing  netio.sys.  I would remov Symantec and use MSE in its place
Symantec  is a frequent cause of BSOD's.
