CJS-30022 error followed by FCO-00011 in SOLMAN instalation

I try to install solution manager (the latest one) on SLES 10 with Oracle 10.2 (64bit environment)
First I tried to install it on the machine with 1,7GB RAM and see the error CJS-300022.
Because I have found somewhere advise that 2GB was minimum and this might be a problem.
I decided to restart the installation process once again with more than 2GB.
Now I am exactly at the same place with installation and see exactly the same errors:
CJS-30022 followed by FCO-00011
Following the procedure I checked two log files:
import_monitor.java.log
import_monitor.log
Only the second one has some errors. This led me to another log file REPOSRC.log.
In this file I basically see two kinds of errors:
(1) ORA-1403 when accessing table SAPUSER
(2) (RTF) ERROR invalid checksum in the data file ...../EXT1/DATA/REPOSRC.001
I don't know if the first one is important at this stage of installation process, but for the invalid checksum I found something here:

It indicates that probably file is corrupt. This will surprise me, because the file was downloaded from sap page as ZIP and extracted without errors.
Can anybody advise me and tell if this anyway is due to corrupted datafile or maybe something else I can do? Error with SAPUSER comes before the error with checksum, so this is why I am confused here.
Maybe I should try to extract the data from ZIP once again

Hi,
I haven't changed any SGA settings. Error occurred with 2,5GB as well. Most likely it was really corrupted file.
After I failed with 1,7GB RAM I completely refreshed system from image and started new installation with more RAM, but with the same installation files (Solman exports). When installation failed again for the same reason as with 1,7GB RAM (checksum error), I extracted export files again. Then I repeated test and have seen the error. I though is the same, but this time it was ORA-01034.
My ORA-01034 was not related to SGA, because I have seen this error after I changed RAM. I haven't seen it before, so logically there should not be any connection in my case. Of course I can be wrong, but as I said I haven't changed any settings at all. My magic way was simple to execute is sql plus:
SQL>startup mount
SQL>Alter database open
This solved ORA-01034
Since your answer might be very helpful for other colleagues reading this thread and because I really appreciate your help I give you points (sorry that I forget, but I never care. reason is that I never collect points myself on forums I visit).

I enconter the while installing ECC 6.0 in windows 2003 server and MSSQL 2005 as the database. The error occurs during import ABAP phase ( exactly the Job name was SAPSDIC and this is the first job out of 19)
The same issue has been discussed in this forum but for oracle( Please find the link below for it)Kindly let me know how to fix it and since the database i am using it is SQL 2005 i am really confused on what should i change exactly.

what does the log files say?? (xuser_DEFAULT.log)
Be sure that your other system is stopped (also the db an the xserver is down). Then the installaition should work.

which is very similar to an error here from October 2008 so I ask if anyone can help?
For me under windows xp on the pc installing the two sap dvd's "SAP EHP1 FOR SAP NETWEAVER 7.0 Developer Workplace"
and "Kernel 7.01" this happens in step 33 of 37 steps.
In sapinst_dev.log just beforehand I see

Happily I have someone here who is a genius and found out what was happening ...
1) the port 50000 wasnt useable, wasnt even in the log, but 50001 for https worked, so https:/localhost:50001 worked but http didnt;
2) a parameter "handlePromotionFailure" was used but not understood so the VM couldnt start
3) on top of that, being a huge concern, we have host names longer than the sap limit of 13 characters.
I have tried to assign you 6 points I hope it worked.

In setting up above two version, it was interrupted on the menu during the installation.
I want to solve this problem.

5.The latest version of jre, java.com download at the click of a button installed in    path: JAVA_HOME setting
6.Computer swap size: 4096 - 4096
7. Turn off the firewall settings

Which system are you getting the error, XP / Win 7 ?
Please find the minimum H/W requirement (Source Inst Guide)
Minimum RAM :- 4GB
Paging file size :- 1 times RAM plus 8 GB
If you are trying for win 7, then I would recommend you to
increase the swap space and give it a try.
It looks like it is not getting the required system
resources (RAM).

I'm using ECC 6.0 SR3 fresh downloaded instalallation disks and DB6 9.5 from SAP service.sap.com.

Finally i've resolved this problem. You can't use /db2/SID/sapdata(n) directory as a your sapinst installation directory becouse sapinst is setting strange access rights to whole /db2/SID tree and sidadm user can't do any activity below.
It's my first SAP DB6 based instalallation (i've done dozen of times on Oracle and there it was possible) and this is new for me.
Note 967123 is describing this problem "ABAP: Error in step extractMigrationMonitorArchive
The installation aborts in step extractMigrationMonitorArchive.
Solution:
Download a patch of MIGMON.SAR from the SAP service marketplace
(for more information see SAP note 784118) and extract the archive as
user <sapsid>adm into the current installation directory
(using SAPCAR with the option '-xvf')
Then restart SAPinst or re-execute the step."
And it looks that user sidadm is unpacking MIGMON.SAR.

there is no import_monitor.log available.
The java class is not found: com.sap.inst.migmon.imp.ImportMonitor

Finally i've resolved this problem. You can't use /db2/SID/sapdata(n) directory as a your sapinst installation directory becouse sapinst is setting strange access rights to whole /db2/SID tree and sidadm user can't do any activity below.
It's my first SAP DB6 based instalallation (i've done dozen of times on Oracle and there it was possible) and this is new for me.
Note 967123 is describing this problem "ABAP: Error in step extractMigrationMonitorArchive
The installation aborts in step extractMigrationMonitorArchive.
Solution:
Download a patch of MIGMON.SAR from the SAP service marketplace
(for more information see SAP note 784118) and extract the archive as
user <sapsid>adm into the current installation directory
(using SAPCAR with the option '-xvf')
Then restart SAPinst or re-execute the step."
And it looks that user sidadm is unpacking MIGMON.SAR.

Details of Error :
This is the Test System.
When trying to do system copy by extracting the export from production, selected the option for ABAP+JAVA and moving further selected Homogenous System copy (backup n recovery), at phase 10 - 34 it has removed database instance n in the next phase while creating the database it got struck.
Error displayed even go ahead selecting New installation :
