CK13N costing structure download

Hi,
After entering material , plant , costing variant, costing version and valid on ( date ) in ck13n tcode. , we will get costing structure on the left side of the screen . I want to download these costing structure to "excel" or some other format.
help suggest me how to download costing structure detils.

Hi Haripriya,
We dont have that option in this transaction.
Why dont you try reporting through Trans:S_ALR_87013032
then press Shift+F6.The same structure will be available for download.Menu->System-List->Save->Local File.
Got One more option:
From the same Trans CK13N
Click the Print Option
In Windows Printer -> select->Microsoft Off Document Image writer
then click OK
Go to Trans SP01 - Spool
You can print the structure from there.
Revert back if you need more clarifications.

Yes, you can manipulate your components any way you like. Becareful about the layout manager though as it likes to handle the positioning and sizing, so there is an intimate relationship there.
Also call validate() on the container after you make your changes.

If you purchase the season as a full season, then any episodes including episodes that are yet to be released should be able to be downloaded without further charge.

Get CK11N cost structure value is incomplete

Dear friends,
I use BAPI_COSTESTIMATE_GETEXPLOSION, BAPI_COSTESTIMATE_GETDETAIL, BAPI_COSTESTIMATE_ITEMIZATION to get CK11N data; I found the data is incomplete.
The Reason is BOM structure, BOM is recursive, like this:
Level1 FERT 1
Level2 HALB1 RAW1
Level3 HALB12 RAW2
Level4 HALB123 HALB12 (here set recursive)
BAPI_COSTESTIMATE_GETEXPLOSION can explosion the Level4 HALB123,but canu2019t explosion level4 HALB12,then I also use HALB12 run BAPI again,
The data is not equal CK13N .and I checked BOM with PP consultant, He said, BOM is correct.
How Can I get the recursive BOM cost value?

Hierarchical structure download to excel

Hi Experts,
I have got the requirement of downloading hierarchical to excel. For example , In tcode se43n , the result shown in hierarchical structure has to be downloaded to excel sheet with all child nodes( Expanded tree ).
Is there any FM which does the purpose or any input on this.

<li>Goto SE43n->Enter Area menu name->Display->Place the cursor on the top node->Click Edit menu->Expand all(Shift+f6).

Org Structure download from HR and Uploading into SRM

Dear All
We have SRM 7.0 and ECC 5.0.
We are trying to load ORG structure data from SAP-HR into SRM. These 2 systems are not connected and we can't use the ALE synchronously. Can we download the HR org structure - ALE Distribution- iDoc into a file from the SAP-HR System and then upload the same into SRM, to create the entire Org structure? Pl provide your inputs.

We are looking to capture O,S,C objects ie HRP1000 objects as first step.
We are looking to capture all relationship belonging to that ORG unit ie HR1001 relationship as second step.

In our project environment org structure defined in ECC and HR systems are different. Now there is requirement to download org structure from HR into CRM. If we do this, will it effect BP and product download from ECC into CRM. Cost per download in Professional Edition?

What, if any, cost is there per download from Adobe in DPS Professional Edition?
Another thing: As a Professional Edition subscriber can I still create Single edition apps?

Oddly, DPS Pro accounts are still on sale - speak to your Adobe representative in your region. They will be able to tell you how much, and also how many downloads you get with the account. And additionally the cost of fulfilment bundles of 1,000 etc.
If DPS Pro accounts aren't on sale in your region, you need to request a quote from your Adobe rep in your region, with specific app details, platforms, how many apps, how many downloads would you expect, and so on.

CK13N Cost component view COGM

HI,
Am having CCS item 10 - RM 20- SFG 30 - Labour activity
While creating Standard cost estimate for semifinished goods am getting RM cost & Activity cost separately & correctly.
But if am doing SCE for finished goods the item 20- SFG consumption is not getting effected. Values are posting to item 10 - RM based on the proportionate qty maintained in BOM.
I have assigned the SFG consumption GL a/c in the item 20 but am not getting the value there.
Kindly help us to solve this issue.

I think I'm a little confused about what you are really asking. Your question talks about the cost component view of the cost estimate, but your example looks like you are look interested in booking an accrual for marketing expense at time of goods receipt.
For the cost component view, once you define your cost component you need to assign the appropriate cost elements or origin groups to that component in (OKTZ). So the question is what cost element or origin group will represent the marketing cost and how will those costs be assigned to the cost estimate. One way to do this is by allocating your marketing costs via a costing sheet and then the cost element assigned to the cost component would be the secondary cost element you used for the overhead allocation. If you did that then you should see a value for the cost component when you view the cost estimate in CK13N.
However, back to your example. If looks like you are trying to book an accrual for marketing expense at time of goods reciept. In that case, you can maintain purchasing pricing conditions that can copy into your purchase orders. These condition records would contain the amount of the marketing accrual. It's also possible to map the condition type to an origin group and then you can assign the orgin group to your cost component. So if you maintain condition records for the pricing conditions you can assign them to the marketing cost component and those costs would show in your cost estimate as well.

Thanks for your input. I Know and i did that from a couple of years , neverthelss, each time you upgarde your system, you have to rewrite your development. My goal is to try to anticipate that by for exemple download the IDOC structure in advance . Let me say IDOC structure used by MySAP ERp 2007 instaed of SAP ERP 4.6. If i can download those STructure i will not be obliged to rewrite my Dev after each upgrade. Do you see what i mean ?

CRM Org Structure download

Hello Experts,
Our business team would like to verify the information in CRM Org Model to see if all the users, groups, … etc. been assigned to the correct model?
With transaction CRM_PPOMA, we could look for each one. If we pull entire company, it is very difficult to verify on the screen.
Hence, we would like to know if there is a way to pull these information into a flat file or spread sheet to verify the information we have. Or could you please tell which are the tables contain these information.

Hello Akash,
In SE16 or by a report you can download any table or view into Excel. So as HRP stores the relationships you could filter them by excluding users and positions if you want and download them to Excel. Even better look for the table with the descritpion of the orgunits (which I don't know at the moment but which can be found out) and make a view where you join and filter the tables and do the same. Or if you want to do sophisticated changes wirte a report, make an SQL-statement based on HRP1001 and give out a list which you export.
