can any body suggest the function module or new class/method   to replace the obsolete function module CKML_F_TCKM2_EXT_FOR_ONE_VA . I am getting this problem while upgrading from 4.6c to ecc6.

Please use transaction code SM35 to process the one which error out in the foreground to find the root cause of the issue. In SM35, look for SAPF100 select it and click on process.  in the pop-up screen, check off the radio button "Foreground" and click on continue to process.
Make sure you did not fully process it through.  Cancel the batch input once you've determined the root cause of the issue.  Then go back and resolved the issue you've determined to be the cause.  After the correction, use SM35 to reprocess the error again but this time, process it in the background instead of foreground.
If it is processed at this stage, then it means you have fully resolved the issue.
