hello all,
i have created business transaction profilr Zservice  .and attached this business transcation profile to IC_bt in function profilr of my business role .
now when i am try to confirm my BUs Partnet .
it throws me error as :
Details Severe error occurred; contact system administrator
Details Severe error occurred; contact system administrator
Account 7000000120 was confirmed
Diagnosis
Error occurred in class CL_ICCMP_CUCOIREC_IMPL, event InteractionStarted.
Contact your system administrator.
can any body plz help.

  • Business Transaction Profile - Error when using Z-Transaction Type

    Dear Experts,
    we are using SAP CRM 7.0 (Support Level 0007 - SAPKU70007). I have created a Z-Business Transaction Profile Z_IC_SERVICE.
    SAP Help says:
    Enter the transaction type to be used as a default in your scenario in the IC WebClient. For example, choose the transaction type 0010 (Interaction Record) if an interaction record is to be created automatically. The system creates this interaction record automatically after the interaction has started (for example, after accepting a call). During this, the activity clipboard in the interaction record is filled with the relevant data.
    So when I am using the transaction type 0010 (Interaction Record) in my Business Transaction Profile all is OK that means I can search for accounts and I can confirm them to go on with the process.
    BUT: When I entering here a Z Transaction Type (Z000) the systems shows the errors:
    - Error occurred in class CL_ICCMP_CUCOIREC_IMPL, event InteractionStarted.
    - Error occurred in class CL_ICCMP_CUCOIREC_IMPL, event BPConfirmed.
    Then I have made a copy of the transaction type 0010 (Name of copy: Z010) and tried to use it in my Business Transaction Profile the system says:
    Customizing settings missing. Assign partner functions to Z010
    Anybody know what to do and where to avoid errors? Note 1346892 is obsolete in this case because we already have the highest Support Package Level.

    Hi yes you were right. In the case of both transaction type I have corrected the customizing parameters in
    SPRO -> Customer Relationship Management -> Interaction Center WebClient -> Business Transaction -> Assign Partner Functions to Business Transactions
    In the case of Transaction Type Z010 I had Z-Partner Functions and and that leaded to the errors:
    - Error occurred in class CL_ICCMP_CUCOIREC_IMPL, event InteractionStarted.
    - Error occurred in class CL_ICCMP_CUCOIREC_IMPL, event BPConfirmed.
    In case of the Transaction TYPE Z000 I forgot to assign the Partner Functions that is why this error appeared:
    Customizing settings missing. Assign partner functions to Z010

  • How to add interaction record into busniess context?

    Hi all,
    I have a requirement to include interaction record in business context assignment block for a new business role. The spro settings seems to be okay as i compared with existing business role settings.
    But IR(Interaction Record) is getting added in business context as in existing buz role.
    Plz help me out in this ..

    Hi Andrei Vishnevsky,
    The Runtime Framework Profile is maintained for the business role as you specified above.
    I can see in debugging that IR is getting created in GET_INTERACTION_RECORD and being inserted into the collection in the class: CL_ICCMP_CUCOIREC_IMPL method : EH_BP_CONFIRMED. But in business context the IR record is missing in the collection.

  • Error Message in IC Webclient  BP is confirmed in Account Identification

    Hi Gurus,
    I am facing this error message .
    Once an Account ID is entered in IC Web and CONFIRM button is pressed in account identification tab, then this message is displayed.
    "Error occurred in class CL_ICCMP_CUCOIREC_IMPL, event InteractionStarted" and
    "Error occurred in class CL_ICCMP_CUCOIREC_IMPL, event BPConfirmed"
    Please guide me the solution for this.

    Hello Gert.
    Please forgive my ignorance, but I am working on an upgrade from 6.0 to 7.0
    I will not tell the whole story but for a Business Role, the role config key was wrong. when I corrected this, a lot of views were corrected but I started getting this error. and just for this particular profile.
    All three profiles, Role config key, Layout profile and technical profile are the same for several IC Agent profiles, but just the one that had it mistakenly different is causing the problem.
    what would you advise? or should I create a note?

    Hi Anand,
    I assume this error occurs when you press the 'Confirm' button ?
    Have you assigned a business transaction profile to your (IC) Business Role, using function profile IC_BT ? It could be that the system does not know which transaction type to use for your interaction record.
