Claim a refund from App Store?

I have just downloaded the Xbox World App to view the latest magazine regarding the Xbox 720. Within the Newsstand App I clicked subscribe £2.49 1 month. Nothing happened.
I turned the device off and on, reinstalled the app and tryied to restore all downloads numerous times but the latest edition has not downloaded. I could have purchased the one magazine for £2.99 and wish I had have done now.
However, anyone got a clue as to why? The closure of the publication of Xbox World letter within the app said I should seek a refund because they were not producing any more. But where from?
Help?

You can't transfer a balance from your iTunes account to your bank.

An error has occured while downloading Mountain lion from app store

Since apple denied my purchsed proof, I don't really know what is going on? Maybe I claimed the copy late, I am ok with it then I puchased from App Store, but download failed? I keep trying on whatever solution here but not working at all, can anyone help?

How to return apps bought from app store?

As you all may have heard, you can now return apps and songs bought from App store and iTunes within 2 weeks. (News story)
My question is, does anyone know how to do this regarding apps bought from App store? I can't find any option.

However note the Terms and Conditions:
Right of cancellation: If you choose to cancel your order, you may do so within 14 days from when you received your receipt without giving any reason, except iTunes Gifts which cannot be refunded once you have redeemed the code.

I purchased File splitter from app. store ($1.99) by Tong Zhou. I cannot find instructions in English on how to use it! I also tried to contact Tong by e-mail, but e-mail address didn't work etc. His support page is in Chinese language I haven't removed it from my Mac yet and hope to use it sometime. ---have tried different drag and drop tactics, but no luck. The lady at the app. store offered me a refund, but still hoping for instructions.

Otherwise it might be useful to add emailadress as column to your users table, just in case your business decides to change email adress format to [email protected]

OS was OS X Mountain Lion 10.9 When I received it. Is it because of OS? I upgraded to OS X Mavericks right after I got it.

Today, I went to the mac store and asked the staff about above issue. Apple obviously sent me a mac air which was manufactured before October 2013 and therefore, iworks and OX Mavericks weren't installed. I have refund for around £45 to purchase iworks. However, I wasn't happy with what Apple actually did. I asked for replacement and refund the one I got and getting the new one from store so I can use mac straight away. however, the refund takes 5-7 working days. The staff on the phone told me if I have enough money I can just buy the new one in the store and get refund later. So I gave up! I was so disappointed with Apple. Even though I use the mac now, this was not the one Apple promised when I purchased online. if anyone would like to buy a mac, Please go to the actual store. DO NOT buy a mac through MAC ONLINE STORE!!! I strongly recommend! I feel like I wasted my time because the company doesn't keep its promise.

Unable to update from apps store

After downloading Yosemite I can not update from apps store. This is the prompt I get:
This update is not available for this Apple ID either because it was bought by a different user or the item was refunded or cancelled.
Now Apple doesn't recognize the serial number of my iMac.
Any help would be appreciated.

If your account is disabled then you might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
You might then need to log out of your account on your phone by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and then log back in so as to 'refresh' the account on it
If that doesn't fix it then you might need to contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

It's something to do with the main user account (not iTunes account) on my Mac because I logged in with another account and it downloaded fine, I installed it on the HDD and even though the date in App Store was 16th October 2014, it is the full installer of 10.10.2.
To try to resolve this problem, I have copied the installer app elsewhere and deleted it but App Store still will not allow me to download it with my main user account yet just allowed me to update iTunes.
I had a brainwave last night that it might have been related to me changing the default downloads folder to one not on my boot drive (to save disk space on my main boot drive) but having changed it back, tried again, rebooted and tried yet again, deleted my App Store preferences. nothing has worked.

The iPad 1 can't run the newer operating systems. It'd be like trying to play a bluray disc in your 6 year old dvd player....it simply lacks the hardware to make the software run.
No suggestion about the camera, but given that Apple's attitude seems to be to focus more on the more mobile devices for photography (the iPhone and Touch cameras got features, the iPad and mini didn't), that is highly unlikely. You can tell Apple what you want, but you'd probably be money ahead to get a digital camera.
as to the photos, anything put on via iTunes has to come off via iTunes.Your main alternative would be to look for photo apps that offer file exchange that may give you more functionality.
