Clamscan Dies and Cannot Start

Question

I've upgraded a Xserve from 10.3.9 to 10.4.7 and decided to turn on the mail filter. The all mail stopped being delivered and started piling up in the queue. Each message has the same warning:

Clamscan is crashing, and Amavis won't release the mail until clamscan scans them. The system.log tells me that there's a crash report in clamscan.clash.logs so I took a look.

Hm, can't find the library file? So I took a look at /usr/local/lib/... no files what-so-ever.
Since I never had Amavis/ClamAV running on this machine, I have nowhere to get these files from. What can I do?

Yup, you're right. I once did attempt to install Amavis/ClamAV in 10.2.x. I thought I erased it (I think I even formatted the drive), but I might have revived it when I had to retreive some other file from backup.
Yes, I do have clamscan in both /usr/bin and /usr/local/bin. The ClamAV files in /usr/local/bin are from 2003~2004. But the result of whereis is:

It may be that when I start the mail service, the old clamav confige file is being read instead of the ones that came with 10.4. Now I need some clues on finding out where they're being called from.
