Unfortunately I need the Smart Web Printing feature that I guess only HP has, or I'd try a different brand. And now even HP has very few models with that available.

Even tho there were frustrations with my c6280, I did like several of its unique features which are hard to find now under $100. Did you have another device with Game Center on it?   Did you give a new owner of a device any passwords?
Do you share apple account with a family member?
Do you have a rescue email set up in your Apple account, with security questions?
I suggest you set up a new email account, write everything down and keep it in a safe place.
New email account and password. Not so easy that it can be hacked.
In your iTunes account on the computer. Login and change security questions, password and rescue email.
Again, make sure your password is not easy to guess.   Same with security questions.
Write it all down and keep it somewhere safe.
I recommend a password keeper called Enpass.   You can store 10 cards with user names, passwords, notes and account numbers in the free version.
Then you only have to remember one complicated password to open Enpass and retrieve your information.
If all else fails, contact apple support.

i had purchased twice the clash of clans gems this week. both purchases had charged to my credit card but i never received the items. i contacted supercell and they had checked that no transaction confirmation from apple. i sent couple of email on December 10 and December 14 2014 by clicking report prblem. But until now no one update to me. i think i don't want the gems anymore. i want my money back with the service charge of $1.00.

i did contact since 10 December 2014 but no one reply me back. hope that i could get some experience guideline. maybe there is somebody who experiencing the same thing before me.

" means you have made a purchase and iTunes/Apple hasn't received the finds for it yet. hence the "There is a billing problem with a previous purchase. Please update you payment method. ". This means you would need to either use an iTunes gift card to pay it off or another debit or credit card that is currently on the account.
