Classic Scenerio -Transfer of SC in I111

Hi,
I am working in Classic Scenrio , SRM 7.02. Tranfer of SC to ECC via PI.
1. The SC is in 'I111' Status , I Couldn't find any failed XML in SRM, PI and ECC. To retransfer again i used the report 'BBP_SC_AUTO_RETRANSFER ' program. Where this not processing my SC, Since we are tranferring the XML message Via PI.
So I could i Retransfer this SC, How could i change the status of the SC from I1111 to Failed status. So that i can process the same thr' Application Monitor.

Please go to transaction code SM58 and see if there is any failed LUW created for the FM : BBP_PD_SC_TRANSFER. If there is any Failed LUW with this FM try to execute the LUW again.
You can use Function Module SPOOL_PO_CREATE to create the PO again.
U will not be able to transfer the SC via application motor because when the status of the shopping cart status is I1111 Create follow on document button might not be visible.
You need to convert the status of the shopping cart to I1112 - Error in Transmission status . Only then you can retransfer it via the application monitor. To Convert the shopping cart status from I1111 - item in Transfer status to I1112- Error in Transmission execute the program BBP_ALERT_SB_NOTTRANSFERED.
If you are getting the I1111 status again and again for all the shopping cart then there is some error in the PO creation step, to find the error debug the FM : BAPI_PO_CREATE1.

You need a third-party program like the paid PhoneView or TouchCopy. The free iFunBox may work.

Extended classic scenerio

i am working in extend classic scenerio... i want to create a PO for the backend pur.org and pur.grp ...is it possible to create...
bcz for this type of scenerio we can create PO for local pur.grp and org...i thk so is it correct...

In addition to what Suren's reply please find the below points which make you clear about the scenarios :
You can very well create P.Os for back end materials using back end P.Orgs and P.Groups.
Stand Alone Scenario : Only local P.Os can be created using local material / service, local P.Org and Local P.Group.
This P.O will not get replicated to back end. The entire cycle will be completed in SRM. Only the accounting document will be created in the backend Accounting system.
Extended Classic Scenario : P.Os can be created only for back end materials, backend P.Org and back end P.Group.
The P.O is created in SRM and a copy of it is sent to back end R/3 which can be viewed using ME23N txn.
The confirmation and invoice can be created either in SRM system or in R/3 system.
If both stand alone and Extended classic scenarios co-exist then that scenario is called Decoupled Scenario.
Hope this makes you more clear about various implementation scenarios.
Clarifications are welcome.

PO data extraction from ECC to BI in Classic vs extended classic scenerio

In my project, we are using exteneded classic scenerio for our srm implementation where we fetch shopping cart, purchase order and confirmations data from srm system and invoice data from ecc system BI. also its succesfully running in production system till now.
but a requirement came where for one country we need to use classic scenerio only i.e. we need to fetch po data from ecc system to bi.
please suggest.

Hi All, In classic scenerio, I created shopping cart and I got PO in R/3 backend system. Now I want to confirm these goods in SRM server, but I am unable to get these goods in confirmation. Please explain how to proceed and what are the config steps regarding this.

step2: assign those number ranges to transaction type
step 3: activate workflow ,eventhough there is no workflow activate confirmation with out approval in oocu transaction.

SRM 7.02 Classic Scenario - Transfer of Purchase Order to Backend

I would really appreciate some assistance on the following matter:
We are implementing the classic scenario of SRM7.02 with ECC6.04 as backend.
Our process is as follows: Purchase
Requisitions are created in ECC and transferred to SRM by means of report BBP_EXTREQ_TRANSFER (we do not have PI/XI). These Purchase Requisitions are
converted to shopping carts in SRM and goes to the Sourcing Cockpit. RFX's are created and responses are entered on behalf of vendors. When I now want to
create a purchase order from the RFX response, I get a warning “PO xxxx is inthe process of transfer to backend system”.
When executing transaction SM21, I get a warning “XI unable to access SLD:"Could_not_determine_SLD_access_data". We do not have PI/XI and I would really
appreciate if somebody can assist me with the exact entries that must be maintained in table BBP_FUNCTION_MAP to transfer purchase orders from SRM to ECC.
I changed entries BUS2012 / CreateFromData1 /ERP_4.0/ERP_5.0 and ERP_6.0 from /SAPSRM/CL_SOA_ADPT_PO_CRT_ERP to L_BBP_BS_ADAPTER_PO_CRT_ERP10 and the PO replicated from SRM to ECC, but now in ECC, the purchase ordercannot be changed. It gives an error : Purchase Requisition xxxx can only be
ordered in system SRDxxxx (which is the SRM system).
Can somebody also please confirm that once Ihave replicated the Purchase order from SRM to ECC, the Purchase Order can be changed in ECC.

I managed to resolve this by changing the system landscape from ERP6.0 to ERP 6.02

Extended Classic Scenerio and Vendor Text

This subject has been brought up before, I've reviewed all those messages. The standard SRM product does not replicate vendor text to the backend system in the extended classic mode.
Having said that, I've been trying to make this work and hope someone here can give me some insight on what I am doing wrong.
In my setup, SRM is using function module B46B_DPO_TRANSFER to send the purchase order to R/3. This fm has a table called i_longtext that contains the header text.
B46B_DPO_TRANSFER calls FUNCTION 'BBP_PO_INBOUND' DESTINATION lv_destination" to create the PO on R/3. This call is missing the POTEXTHEADER table definition. So, I've modified the call to include this table and also filled the table with the following values:
po_item = 00000
text_id = F01 "this value was obtained from the text type for purchase order header configuration settings in R/3"
text_form = *
text_line = "the message that was typed in the header text"
I can't seem to get the header text to appear on the purchase order in the backend, has anyone been successful in making this work?

Incase BBP_LONGTEXT_BADI does not helps, then you can use the BADI, which i mentioned in my earlier post.
In the BADI - BBP_CATALOG_TRANSFER, there is a table structure, which holds the long text data.
Refer table ET_SC_LONGTEXT inside ENRICH_ITEM_DATA method of this BADI.

The call of this BAdI occurs in function module 'BBP_WS_IMPORT_SC_DATA'. This module is called by the relevant application to import catalog items previously sent by the browser of the user to the application Web server from there. After the catalog has transferred the data to SAP Enterprise Buyer the system carries out the following actions.
Conversion of ISO code of unit of measure and currency to SAP format
Conversion of price field to SAP format
In the case of transfer of a material or service number:
The system reads the product master with this number. If the number exists, the system transfers from the product master record the description and the purchase order unit of measure.
In the case of a partner number:
The system reads the business partner master with this number. If the number does not exist, the number in the shopping cart item is reset.

In previous Releases, only the tables with the prefix "ENRICHED" were available. These were then returned to the calling application and transferred to the relevant document structure from there. From this Release on, the data is transferred from the current document structure to the application. The relevant tables are included as additional parameters (parameters with the prefix "ET_SC_").
New implementations should use these tables only and set the parameter "ev_sc_structures_used". In order that previous implementations need not be changed, a mapping occurs after the BADI. The parameter controls the mapping direction:
Set: New structure overwrites old structure
Not set: Old structure overwrites new structure
In the method ENRICH_ITEM_DATA, the following parameters are available:
catalog_content
This parameter contains the original data that the catalog transferred to the catalog interface. The structure corresponds exactly to the catalog interface. The data in this parameter is only for information purposes, you make any changes in the parameters et_sc_item_data , et_sc_accounting, et_sc_partner, et_sc_orgdata, et_sc_longtext, and et_sc_messages.
Note
The catalog interface also contains customer fields that you can use for your own purposes. You can pass these on in fields that the application can use further.
enriched_item_data
This parameter contains the data for a shopping cart item in Enterprise Buyer.

enriched_acct_data
This parameter contains all account assignment fields. This parameter is empty at this time in the standard system.

et_sc_partner
This parameter contains the links to the requester and the supplier, if used.
et_sc_orgdata
This parameter contains the links to the org. data for the partners from
et_sc_partner.
et_sc_longtext
This parameter contains the long texts for the items.
et_sc_messages
This parameter contains the error messages that occurred during enrichment of catalog items. If this table contains a message of type 'E', the item causing this error is not transferred to et_sc_item_data. If the item is added in the BADI again (from the data from catalog_content), the relevant error message should be deleted, since the current SRM Server application generally searches this table for error messages of type 'E' in order to output an error message to the user.

Mircomeno with a classic and transfer a voice memo for a windows to a Mac

I have a two tier question.
1. I bought a Micromemo recorder by XtremeMac a couple of years ago and it worked great with my 5th generation iPod. I recently got a Classic iPod (6th generation) and it is not syncing up. Is the Micromemo compatible with Classic? Is there any way to make it compatible?
2. My Micromemo did work on a Nano iPod 2nd that is formated to Windows. How can I transfer that Voice Memo on to my Mac?

It really denpends on the os running in the vm and what the permissions are set to on those shares.
I run a few vms on both a mac at home and windows at work and all other computers in my home or at work can connect to the vms without any problems. Even multiple computer at the same time.
It also depends on how you have set the vm up for networking. If you are setting it up as nat, instead of bridged, that can also cause problems access it from multiple system. With nat the vm is on its own network branch.

Mac Classic - data transfer

What's the best way to transfer and view my files from my Macintosh Classic to my MacBook Pro?
I mostly want to transfer my written documents, some of which were created in ClarisWorks. Will they be viewable on my MacBook?

The easiest way may be to use an external USB floppy drive connected to your MacBook Pro. Please note that you will have to copy the files to 1.44 MB HD diskettes (the special 800K Macintosh format can not be handled by a USB drive).
Unless the file formats in question are readable via the MacBook Pro programs (study any lists under the Open dialogues), you may have to carry out an appropriate conversion on the Macintosh Classic prior to the transfer. For example, you could use the Save As menu command in ClarisWorks to convert a ClarisWorks word processing document to something like Rich Text Format (RTF) or plain Text.

Ipod Video (iPod Classic) data transfer to Ipod Touch?

I am very interested in purchases an iPod touch, but there is one thing I am curious about before I do. Now I've had my 30g iPod video since the day it came out and needless to say...it's chock full of pictures...songs...videos...most of which are no longer available to me (broken or lost CD/DVDs...lost pictures)...basically just a lot of data that is only on my iPod.
Now before I purchase the iPod touch, is there a way to directly transfer the data from my Classic iPod to the iPod touch? I am aware that there are programs that do this; I'm just wondering if there's an easy way or if it's even possible.

I believe they cover both Mac and Windows perspectives of the problem. I wish you luck, I had to do this dance a few times on my old Mac before I finally got the drive space to keep my music on my computer and on my iPods at the same time!

IPod Classic cannot transfer from iTunes

My classic can no longer transfer tunes from iTunes. It freezes and then eventually comes up with the message cannot transfer. I have reset it several times, tried a different lead, even tried it on a different computer. Eventually I reset the iPod to factory settings but still get the same problem. Anyone any ideas please?

160 GB Ipod Classic - data transfer problems

Hi I have a 160 GB Ipod Classic that I have been using to transfer large amounts of data files back and forth between home and work. I had a PC laptop at home and originally had the Ipod formatted for PC, but recently bought a new Mac Book Pro and reformatted it to MAC. Now when I try to hook up to a PC at work it will not recognize the drive and wants to format it to PC.
Is there anyway around this? I could reformat it back to PC and still use it on the MAC, but I like to have it formatted to MAC so that software updates occur when I hook it up. I am trying to make the jump and live in Mac-Utopia...:)
Also, I now have the Itunes library transfered to the MAC
Any help out there would be much appreciated.
