Classification View in BP is not replicating to from ISU to CRM

Hi All,
I am very new to SAP CRM Middleware. We are upgrading to CRM 7 in out project.
When we run a request load to replicate BP (Busines Partner) from IS-U to CRM, It successfully replicates all the data from ISU to CRM.
But only the Classification Data is not getting replicated to CRM. Please see screen shot sbelow:

Attribute 4 is not copied. Can anybody suggest me any solution to this problem?

You need to set up CRM middleware for Initial and delta load of Business Partners from R3 to CRM.

Business Partner not replicating automatically from ISU system to CRM

Hi All,
        We are working on transferring BP from ERP to CRM. Following are the main ways that we are using for the same :
1) We are creating reference customer with role Sold-to-party in transaction VD03 using internal no range.
2) Then we are creating ISU BP using the internal same number range and giving the above created customer no as reference customer and finally saving it
3) We have maintained the settings in PIDE from R/3 to CRM as :
Sold-to-party     B   ZD02 External Checked
DEBI                B   ZD02 External Checked
We are using BUPA_MAIN as Bdoc.
I get the follwing Bdocs in CRM system :
1) In SMW01 in CRM I am getting the reference customer created in Step 1 as automatically replicated to CRM and in Success state
2) Also I get the Bdoc in Error State for ISU BP created in Step 2. Then if I try to pull the BP it comes in Success state.
My problem is that the BP Bdoc should automatically come in Success state in CRM.
Please help me solve this problem.

We also have the same approach of BP, CA and contract creation. These data, after creation in ISU are replicated to CRM. We had an issue while replicating the Contract. The contracts were not getting replicated if the contracts donu2019t have the Service Provider and external service provider information. We donu2019t require to capture this information at contract. We are now forced to capture have this information at contract level just for the replication purpose. Is it mandatory to have the service provider information in contract for the replication of contract to CRM.

Replicating BPs from ECC to CRM- Error IN SMQ2 as Stop.

Hello Gurus,
I am facing problem in replicating BPs from ECC to CRM. After initial load , when monitoring the In bound Q in transaction SMQ2 it is showing status as Stop.
Kindly let me the possible solution to remove the status.

Hi,
If you double-click on the queue that is in stop status (so, step one when you have your list of queues, double-click on the one that is in error state, this will give you a one-line entry, then double-click this one line again, and it will give you a detailed view of what is held within that queue), it will give you more information and may have a line in it that is causing the error. This tends to give you more info on why it is in stop status (we have had wide, varied and some weird ones in here!) - most of the time you fix it by just deleting that line that has the error associated with it. then you just go back one level to the queue 'header' and click on the unlock queue button and it should process.

Error with replicating materials from ERP to CRM 7.0

Hi experts!
After dump (No PXA storage space available at the moment) materials are not replicated from ERP to CRM.
In transaction R3AC1 there are no filters for object MATERIAL.
Replication is managed by transactions R3AR2-R3AR4 with parameters MARA-MATNR.
In transaction SMW01 the status of incoming for material BDOC is green.
But in the bottom of status bar there are some messages appears when clicking the buttons u201CShow BDOC message classic datau201D and u201CShow BDOC message extended datau201D correspondingly:
u2022 No classic data for BDoc message ХХХХХХХ found.
u2022 No extended data for BDoc message ХХХХХХХ found.
The table COMM_PRODUCT is empty.
Can anyone help me ?

Organisation Structure is not replicating completely from R/3 to CRM

Hi SAP Gurus,
Plaese help me out in this issue.
We are replicating organisation structure from R/3 to CRM. There is Org Structure in which there are some sub org units say 6, under main org unit with positions and jobs. When try to replicating by tcode PFAL with evaluation path OS-CP, it geneartes IDOC in R/3, all are succesfully processed and Green. IN CRM, these Idocs are red and yellow with staus 51 and 52. As a result of this partial, org structure is replicated to CRM. In CRM, the Idoc is failed and It shows following errors:-->
1. Resource key 4AFBD7B949F406E9E10000000B7404B7 is not known (Status 51)
2. HR: ALE inbound processing for HR master data (Status 52)
3. No Filter, No Conversion, No Field converted.
Plaese advice to resolve this issue.

You can copy exactly error ??..
For replication you need use tx PIDE in R3.
In folder CRM>R3 you assign "BP Classification: Consumer, Customer, Sales prospect, competitor" to account group in R3. The BP Classification is hard code in CRM and only are available 5 types of classification.
In folder R3> CRM you assing Account group R3 to CRM Classifcation and grouping. Grouping CRM is done in SPRO > Cross-Application Components >SAP Business Partner > Basic Settings > Number Ranges and Groupings > Define Groupings and Assign Number Ranges.
Then, you define filter for replication in tx R3AC1 and replicate with tx R3AS

Listing/Exclusion Conditions are not getting downloaded from ECC to CRM

I have created the customized table for listing/exclusion purpose as per the requirement.
I have created the middleware adapter for that object.(DNL_CUST_G804)
I have down the initial download and when I check the status it is green color when I check the records in CRM Table I did not find it.
When I check in the SLG1 the following error has been occurred
"No Entries Determined for the A Tables (Block 1)"
Message no. CND_MAP312
Diagnosis
No entries have been transferred from R/3 to CRM for one of the following reasons:
1. The R/3 condition table does not contain any entries.
2. The maintenance authorization has been transferred to CRM. This means that data in the R/3 condition table can no longer be downloaded from R/3.
System Response
Error message CND_MAP 312
Procedure
If this maintenance authorization has been transferred to CRM in error, this can be transferred back in exceptional circumstances so that a data download from R/3 is possible.
Condition records have been maintained in ECC server.

Check the table MARA, there is a Field VPSTA. in this field the Material views will be stores with single charecters. so check for the Clasification view charecter
also it's PSTAT in MARA and MARC.

CLASSIFICATION VIEW / MATERIAL MASTER

HI EXPERTS,
I am facing a problem regarding classification view of a material master.
In my organisation for a perticular material type I have to maintain CLASSIFICATION view. But by mistake I forgot to maintain classification view of some material.
There are more than 1000 material , so it is not possible to check each material individually and if classification view is not maintained that I have to maintain it.
Kindly reply me with some standrad method, so that I will check for which material classification view is maintained or not. According to that I will proceed.

MM50 is the way.
If you didn't add the classification for a material then you have to extend the material with the classification view. If you enter Maintenance Status C and your material type, it will lsit all materials that DO NOT have a classification view created.
If however, you created the classification view, but didn't enter one of classification values, this will not help. You could try the tools in Classification System --> Environment -->Reporting.

Change in Address of Business Partner in CRM is not replicated in ISU

Hi Gurus,
In CRM ,modification in address of Business Partner is not replicated in the ISU system.
when we check the Bdocs we get the Bdoc in fail status with error " An address with GUID & 2 does not exist for business partner &1".

Contract not replicated with IDE flag checked

hi all,
I am working on CRM 7.0 . I have done all the neccessary middleware configuration for replication . Now problem is if i turned off the market communication , then contract gets replicated into the ISU system but if market communicationis turned on then contarct is created in CRM bot not replicated into the ISU .
In SMW01 it shows information message " ERP adapter called" and 'No upload to ERP".
Please help me to reolve the issue.

Partner function relationship customer - employee not replicated

Hi Gurus,
We are working on the HR-CRM scenario and we are replicating employees from ECC to CRM. For our purposes we created in ECC 3 custom partner functions.
In CRM we have created and mapped these partner functions, in particular in CRM we have:
u2022Created the relevant custom Relationship categories
u2022Defined the 3 partner functions
u2022Made the mapping for the distribution from ECC to CRM and viceversa
After this we have proceeded as follows:
u2022Replication of the employees from HR to CRM: it works properly
u2022Re - launched the BUPA_REL object in order to update the CRM system
We have used one of these custom partner functions for one customer and as for now these partner functions are not replicated from ECC to CRM.
For instance, in ECC we have a customer with the custom relationship u201CHas the Sales Manageru201D to the employee 90000003.
That employee has been replicated in CRM but the relationship between him and the customer has not been updated in CRM.
Is this the normal behavior? Or there is something missing/wrong in the configuration done?

For automatic partner determination in customer master data you need to make the configuration setting . For that you go to>SPRO>SD>Basic Function> Set UP Partner Determination --> Set up Partner determination for Customer master Data, there you need to do the configuration . Where can i find the contact persons which are created in ECC but not replicated as employee in the CRM.
For example i created the 10000 personal no in that 800 should replicate to the CRM from ECC but only 600 is replicated and remaining 200 i have to find in the ECC to replicate again running PFAL.
If i have to down lode and compare in excel please provide the details. in which tables i have to down load in ECC and CRM which what input.

IPC error when displaying product config for order replicated from ISU

Hi all,
I am trying to set up ISU contract replication from ISU to CRM and I am having the problem sending product configuration. I am able to send all the nessesary settings for product config from ISU: when I look in resulting Bdoc in smw01 I see correct CUVAL values, CUCFG and CUINS. CRM order gets created without no problem. However, when I try to go to product configuration tab while displaying my order I see error message:
ISA Framework: Internal Error: java.lang.NullPointerException
I assume something might be wrong with the configuration values I am sending, however I have no idea how to get more details what caused this error. IPC apparently runs on separate server and I do not have direct access to it.
May be somebody can give me a hint where to look or what to do?

How to get the values inputted by the user in Classification view of MM02

Hello,
Does anyone know how to get the inputted values in Classification view of MM02/MM01? I tried to use CLAF_CLASSIFICATION_OF_OBJECTS but this gets the values that is currently saved in the tables and not the values that the user recently inputted in the screen.
