Cleaning the IOS off your iPad

My new Ipad Air 2 has been doing some strange things. It keeps dropping the program I am in and starts up the App Store trying to get me to download something from the App Store. I have asked this question once before and I was told it was from the Web Sites I visit. I don't believe that for one minute because it will do it when I don't even have Safari open. In fact I have totally closed Safari out but hitting the home button twice and then sliding all Apps up to close them out. This will happen at times when the iPad is just sitting next to me in a Standby State the iPad will wake up and the App store will be open. Or if I am in any App other than Safari it will do it. I don't have any other Browsers on it either.
I have cleaned this ipad out and reinstalled the IOS but end up with the same thing. And I have the latest update on the software.
What I want to do is remove the IOS because whatever is wrong is coming back. Can someone give me instructions for removing the IOS and installing a fresh new copy to it?

The school I am a tech for is having a problem reflecting both audio and video at the same time from our iPad2s EVER SINCE we upgraded the iPads from iOS 8.1.1 to 8.1.2. What I REALLY need is a way to get the iPads back to 8.1 or 8.1.1 when we didn't have the mirroring problem.
I know that one theoretically can't drop an iPad back to a previous version (like one can with Windows PCs, which is what I'm used to), but could this full erasure of the iOS device, followed by setting it up as a new device bring the iPad back to the iOS it had on it when we bought it, iOS 7.1?
Being unable to reflect both video and audio simultaneously from the iPads greatly inconveniences our staff. I have Apple Support working on it, but so far no results.

I have had my iPad 2 since the start of June 2011. There are a lot of times when it works great, but I have had trouble sometimes when I sync. Prior problems were with SQLite3.dll, but got help copying that file to the right place. I have also completely uninstalled and re-installed iTunes. However, my biggest problem is that sometimes when I plug it in to sync with iTunes, it automatically goes to the "Set Up Your iPad" screen. It only allows me to set it up as a new iPad, or restore it from a backup. This is happening more and more. So much so that everytime I plug it in and it actually does work, before disconnecting I will right click on the iPad on the left hand bar and do a backup. This is really starting to get on my nerves. I'm not doing anything out of the ordinary with my iPad. Just playing some games and having a few other apps. It's so hard when playing some games like Angry Birds, getting 3 stars in all levels, only to plug the iPad in again to sync and have to restore it and lose all progress! Does anyone know why it goes to this screen? It doesn't happen all the time, but I'd say once every 4 times I connect. Also, I'm using Windows 7, and yes, all windows updates are done, and iTunes always is on the most up-to-date version. Thanks for any help!

Normally, I would suggest restoring the iPad and uninstall and reinstall iTunes but you have done both of those things - more times than you ever imagined!
Have you thought about turning auto syncing off?
Without connecting your iPad to your laptop, start iTunes. Click on Edit. Click on Preferences. Click on Devices. Check the box next to "Prevent your iPod etc. from automatically syncing." Click OK.
If you do this you can backup the iPad right away before it syncs. You may want to go into all of the iTunes tabs and just make sure that all of the current content on the iPad is selected to sync before you actually do sync.
This doesn't solve the problem, but it would prevent the automatic sync and erasing content. Hopefully, in the next few days- when iOS 5 is released - you will also be relieved of this weird iPad behavior - since the iOS devices are supposed to become PC free.
BTW - and this is no excuse for what you are experiencing, but I have found that some of the game apps that I had on my iPad turned out to be quite troublesome and after I removed them, my problems went away. I know that is almost sacrilege with regard to the Angry Birds addiction .... But I'm just saying ...

Thank you for the question. You can remove all the music stored on your iPad mini from the Usage section in Settings:
View usage on iOS
Tap Settings > General > Usage to view the amount of space each app and its content takes on your device.
Tap an app for more detailed information about its usage.
Depending on the app, you may also be able to delete some of the app's content, or delete the app and its content.
After you have tapped on Music in the Usage section, swipe from right to left over “All Music” to get the option to tap Delete. This will remove all the music stored on your iPad mini.

I am really struggling with a deployment of 10 iPad Minis.
The iPads are brand new and I have downloaded and installed Apple Configurator onto our Apple Air laptop.
I have configured Apple Configurator in the following way:
Under Prepared:
Settings
Name is ticked with 'Number sequentially starting at 1'.
Supervision is ticked to on, Allow devices to connect to other Macs is also ticked.
Update iOS is set to "When update is available". Erase before installing is ticked.
Restore is set to "Don't restore backup".
No profiles are listed in the profiles section.
Apps
I have copied in some appropriate apps.
Setup
Skip: Restore, Passcode, Siri, Touch ID, Apple Pay, App Analytics all ticked.
I have not configured Device Enrollment.
In "Configure Settings..." Device Enrollment is not configured.
After preparing my iPads, they all connect and prepare correctly. When I select any iPad and unlock it, the following happens:

Choose a Wi-Fi Network, correct network selected and authenticated
Location Services: Enabled

Apple Configurator is showing no errors, have tried Supervise>Reset, makes no difference.
Have skipped configuration and erased iPad before trying again, same problem.
Any suggestions would be really appreciated.

I just got an iPad and accidently loaded about 1,0000 pictures on there. I have beed to the icloud site, read everything they said to do, read everything you are saying. how do I get the pictures off my iPad?

If you are not familiar with the sync process, I am not going to be able to help you. You need to establish your pad on your computer through the syncing process.
Here is a link to the user guide. Dowload it, open it in I books or some other PDF reader and learn about syncing.
The answer to your question about pictures is that you control what pictures show up on your pad during your sync session. I cloud does not store pictures for you, other than as a temporary place, then downloads. Your long term picture storage is on your computer in I photo, my pictures, or whatever picture manager you are using.
So take a stab at syncing, using I tunes on your computer. Get that part down cold, then try again with the picture question.

How are you trying to copy them over ? You should be able to copy them over to the TV Shows section of your computer's iTunes via File > Devices > Transfer Purchases

I know you press the app icon until it starts shaking, then press the black cross in the upper left corner. This will remove it.
But still I will come in to the store as a bookmark Purchated I see it with the symbol of a cloud. And I would like to remove it for good. Under iOS 5.1.1 somehow I managed to do that (at least hide it). In iOS 6 I can not do that.

The only transition you can add this way is default cross dissolve. If the images are in the timeline, move the playhead to the beginning of the images, select them all, and drag from the timeline to the canvas to overwrite with transition.

They will be erased. The backup only includes the data (and photos) on the iPad at the time of the backup. To keep your photos permanently, import them to your computer as explained here before deleting them: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083.

If you don't have them backed up somewhere, then there's little possibility of recovering them. There are some utilities that can in some cases recover an inadvertently-deleted photo, but I've found none that can recover photos or other data from an iPad that was erased as part of an iOS upgrade. You can do a web search for something like "iPhone photo recovery" and you'll find some utilities you can try.
