Clear down redundant data

Hi,
I know we can clear down the PSA data by scheduling the daily jobs.
I would like to know if there are any other areas containing redundant data, and how to clear down them.

Hi ,
Master data used to have redundant data
and some times ur cubes have redundant data
u can avoid these by deleting the old req for the master data
and by loading the data without data transfer for cubes

End Planning Run After Order Selection - issue not clearing down all plans

Hi,
We are using the CTM Profile with "End Planning Run After Order Selection" ticked in the basic settings tab in order to clear down previous CTM runs. So we have a CTM deletion profile.
The issue is that it requires more than one execution to clear down the Planned Orders / Purchase Requisitions. You execute the Deletion CTM Profile once and it will clear down some of the Purchase Requisitions and Planned Orders and leave some still in place. You then have to execute the deletion CTM profile one or two more times in order to delete the remaining Planned Orders / Purchase Requisitions.
This is clearly not realiable for a batch process to clear down plans. Has anyone else experienced this and does anyone have a solution. The solution cannot be based on RLCDELETE or /SAPAPO/DELETE_PP_ORDER

Can you check your planning mode and deletion mode combination defined in the ctm profile.
Prerequisties for deleting the orders:
u2022 They are within the planning and deletion periods
u2022 They do not have pegging relationships with demands outside of the planning period
They lie outside of the production horizon, stock transfer horizon and the planned delivery time
In addition, all location products of an order must be included in the Master Data Selection so that CTM can
delete the order. Also, CTM cannot delete any manually fixed orders.
If you have selected the SNP Order order type in the CTM profile, CTM cannot delete any PP/DS orders. This
restriction is also valid the other way round for the PP/DS Order order type. If you select this order type, CTM also
deletes SNP orders.

On my mini ipad, I cleared the cookies/histories in the safari setting. But what does the advance-setting of the clearing the website data does? What's that used for? Thank you!

On my mini ipad, when I'm on the internet -- a few times I will see a blue small pop-up boxes telling me to allow down/load or add something like the bubble-splash game or something similar. I jusr click ignore and it goes away.. I'm not sure why it's showing up lately.. I'm not sure if it's a virus or hacked in or a web brower matter..
Should I go to the cookies/histories in the safari setting and have it cleared out? Will that help resolve that??

A restore should resolve.

set parameter CRM_EVENT_TRACE to space, call transaction CRMD_ORDER, set CRM_EVENT_TRACE back to X, and call transaction CRMD_ORDER again. Then, CRMD_EVENT_TRACE only contains events of the latest call of CRMD_ORDER.

Hi
We are running Purge Conc Requests job each night - and clearing down conc requests
Parameters are for ALL data
I noticed that the FND_ENV_CONTEXT table has nearly 40 million rows
Any ideas what this table is and how I can specifically clear it down?

DLU Volatile Users not clearing down

Hi all.
We're having some issues (amongst many) with 11.2.1 DLU policy and it not clearing volatile users accounts down when it should. We currently have the student policy to clear down after 2 days, but this is not happening.
It's possible our many other Zen issues is having an effect, but we were getting this on Windows 7 workstations prior to 11.2.1 also.
Setup is 11.2.1 MU2 on servers, currently a mixed MU1 and MU2 agent on devices (it's still slowly rolling out).

verify the root cause in your environment:
are Profiles cleared completely: ProfileList entry under HKLM, ntuser.dat and complete structure under c:\user\... ?
OR are there remains of folders under c:\users\...
To my experince under WIndows 7 the problem is mostly only that folders remain from the profile - the rest is removed. The folders are empty in most cases.
If this is the case and a problem for you, you would need to create a folder deletion script.
The folder remains have 2 implications:
USers can see other usernames that logged on to this machine under c:\users\.... However not open or browse it.
NEw Profiles will be created with username.machine.001 etc. because WIndows Profile Service doesnt find an entry for the user under HKLM ProfileList but the folder c:\users\%username% is occupied so it needs to create it with .001
this may be only a cosmetical Problem depending on your environment.
another thing: Im not sure disbling the MS Client makes any sense. Since you experinced delprof2 not working without it - it may lead to problems anyway regarding profile services.

My program displays an idoc list(screen 100). Then if user selects any row in the method
gets the index no and details of that idoc are displayed in another screen(screen 200) .
Then control returns to this screen again. Now if user selects any row from idoc list (screen 100) then data is displayed along with data from previous screen .
In PBO of screen 200 : some code is :

if go_grid_detail is type ref to cl_gui_alv_grid, call go_grid_detail->free( ) before container->free( ).

Please guide us is there any configuration require to consider Down payment transactions during F110 to clear against Vendor Invoice
Ex :1. Advance payment made through special GL indicator 50K.
2. Invoice document 75K posted in vendor.
3. Now we have to clear down payment made (50K) against 75K through F110.

I don't beleive you can. It's attached to the app the app that requires it. If you're looking to clear space, you can look for individual files to delete within the app, such as podcasts within the podcast app. Or you would have to delete the app entirely.

I still want to display every single data but I wan it to be individualised.

What I need is that some column will be static and some will be dynamic. The actual external XML data will be dynamic as there will be a live server feeding and overwritting it.
If you look at the Spry table portion coding inside the HTML file, it's actually a Spry repeat and I don't have much control over each individual data I want to manipulate the codings.

How do I clear all personal data bookmarks history etc and import data from safari

I have a MacBookpro 10.6.8 and I am trying to clear ALL personal data on my new Firefox 12 (Bookmarks History etc) and then import all settings from my Safari. I've deleted the Firefox application as well as Library/application support/mozilla and Firefox still retains all of the old settings (Bookmarks History etc) from the old version 3

You can use this button to go to the Firefox profile folder:
*Help > Troubleshooting Information > Profile Directory: Open Containing Folder
Make sure that Firefox is closed (Firefox > Quit Firefox) when you remove files in the profile folder.
You can also create a new profile.

I would like to clear down all logs on the device.
I've already cleared out /private/var/log but can't find where all the others are, for example user diagnostic reports and system diagnostic reports.

Always a good idea to right click... the user diagnostic reports and system diagnostic reports can be moved to trash from the console. Deleting the /private/var/log directory seems to remove all log files.

When we should use F-54 clear down payment

Hi,
When should I use T-code F-54 clear down payment? Is this necessary to perform this step?
1. F-47 down payment request
2. F-48 post down payment
3. MIGO post good receipt of PO
4. MIRO post vendor invoice
5. F-58 payment by check (for outstanding balance)

Dear Wendy,
usually the steps to perform, when You're using DP, are the following ones:
1. F-47 Down payment request
2. F110 Down payment
3. FB60 Invoice
4. F-54 Down payment Clearing
By F-54 that is the downpayment clearing, the System will close the
first line item of the downpaymewnt with PK 29A
by the first line item of downpaymewnt clearing with PK 39A;
and it opens a new vendor line item by the posting key 26.
This means that from the financial point of view the system transforms
the original downpaymen into a partial payment.
Therefore the downpayment clearing has an economic value.
It changes the Down payment (that is posted using a special G/L
indicator) into a partial payment (that does not have any special
G/L indicator).
