Migrating open POs and GR/IR clearing account balance

Hello gurus,
I've got the following problem concerning migration of open POs:
For example: In my source system there is a PO for 10 pcs. of some material. There has been a goods receipt for 5 pcs. (200$ each).
Now, when I import this order and the corresponding purchase order history into my target system (using LSMW), the target system creates the order, a material document for 5 pcs. and an account document.
But of course, our FI-team also has to migrate the balance of the 'old' GR/IR clearing account.
So, the balance in the source system is <> 0 (e.g. 1000$), because the 5 pcs. have been delivered but there has been no invoice receipt yet.
This balance is imported into the new system and then the open orders are migrated, generating an account document and thus, the balance is 2000$ afterwards.
This obviously is not correct, so I am sure that I am missing something, just what?

Hi,
1. There will be an open PO uploaded for 5 qty and price 200$ each
2. Opening Balance of Material - 5 qty and corresponding value to Stock A/c - 1000$
3. Also there will be Vendor Balances uploaded in the system as 1000$ against the invoice. (If the invoice is still expected then chec with FI Users if they can get invoice form vendor)
if no then do not upload initial stock entry of step2, create a PO of 10 qty and then do GR in system (SAP).

Reset Cleared Doc - Balance of the line item is not zero" Message no. F5136

I have this error : Balance of the line item is not zero" Message no. F5136
This error arise when we tried to reset cleared document dated June 6,2007 during data migration from Legacy system to SAP.
We wanted to reset this cleared document because it was wrong executed (cleared) way back 2007.
The entries are:
Debit to GL (B/S) --> 3,758.48
Credit (1100039-Vendor) with special GL (408319) --> 3,758.48
=====================================================
For us to correct the clearing, we need to reset first the cleared document via FBRA, however, this error arise saying "Balance of the line item is not zero" with Message no. F5136.
I read several posted issue here, however, it doesn't resolve my problem.
Hoping to hear from your inputs on this problem.

Symptom
A payment using a payment card fails, in other words, the payment is reversed using Transaction FBRC where the customer or vendor item is reopened.It is not possible to reset a payment document posted again for the open customer or vendor item by using Transaction FBRA, "Reset Cleared Items" and it responds with the error message "Balance of the line items is not zero".

Solution
A solution is available in the Support Package for Release 4.0B and 4.6C. An advance correction is possible. The solution consists of a repair report, so that the current payment document can be reset by means of 'Reset Cleared Items', and of a correction.
1. Repair-report ZREPAIR_BSEGC_FBRA:Create it temporarily as a test report using Transaction SE38. First the current payment/clearing document must be cleaned up of payment card data by means of the repair-report. Afterwards you can reset the payment document by means of 'Reset Cleared Items'. The report takes the current payment document as a parameter. In this case only changes are made to the database if the option "DO_UPD" is set.
2. Advance correction:Supplement the interface for function module CREDIT_CARD_POST_REFUSAL with table parameter T_BSEG with reference type BSEG. The following describes the procedure in more detail.
a) Transaction SE37: Enter function module CREDIT_CARD_POST_REFUSAL and choose "Change".
b) On the "Tables" tab page, create parameter T_BSEG with reference to structure BSEG.
c) Save and activate the function module.
3. After you implemented the correction or the R/3 Support Packages valid for this note, read Note 450081 to avoid the unwanted deletion of payment card data.

GR/IR clearing account ledger balance discrepancy

Hello All,
When we are checking GR/IR (SR/IR) account ledger balance in FS10N, open items balance and some cleared item balance also coming in the FS10N. but it should only display open item balance and not cleared item balance, cleared item balance should became zero.
Ex:- MIGO Rs 5000 was done on 01.04.2010 and the MIRO was done Rs 5000 on 01.07.2011 in the FS10N for the period 01.04.2010 u2013 30.04.2010 balance is showing 5000- credit amount but corresponding clearing entry (MIRO) is not appearing. So Rs 5000 credit appearing. Actually balance should be Zero here.
Can any one let us know what the cause was?

FS10N is showing partial balances
debit of the month & credit of the month & balance of the month & cumulated balances.
Choose the last one to see all.
if you don't want to see cleared items, use FBL3N.
