How do I really empty my computer? I don't just want to put items in the trash, I want to take my name and cookies off the computer permanently so that it no longer says "log into meg's computer". Like it's brand new again. How do I do that?

Then you will need to wipe your 3G manually by going into setting and selecting "reset phone"
I wouldn't reset your 3G first by any means, that's a good way to lose everything. Do it last after you make sure your Iphone4 is the way you like it. -

No, John, I believe that you are talking about when you are on the Account Identification Screen. I am talking about when you have confirmed the customer and are on the Interaction Record Screen and you realize that you want to exit without adding a record. By clicking on END, it exits but creates a blank interaction record. When I click on Cancel, the screen exits to the Home Page but when the user goes into the interaction record for the next customer, the details on the botton of the screen (Last Interactions) is from the previous customer. It is as the Cancel does not clear out the previous information.

I have been working on a huge project where I needed to export everything to the client from XDCam EX1 to a Standard Def 16x9 timecoded stock demo reel. Now my computer is saying it is running low on space on the C: drive when the project is not on the C: drive. I found GIGS of data hidden in a Cache directory and I'm trying to find out how to delete the cache files without just going in and deleteing the directory. Is there a setting in Adobe to clear out the old cache files?

Clear out Change Notification Registrations
Hi,
We are using change notification in a couple of places in our application. I forgot to add the registration removal to the deconstructors, and the database reached the maximum number of allowed registrations.
I've fixed the code, but I want to clear out the old registrations in the database. I thought I found the correct procedure to call, but it isn't working.
Anyone know how to clear out old registrations?

How to clear out failed Execution Plans?
Hi everyone,
This should be an easy thing but I can't seem to figure out how to do it.
I created a custom execution plan and added every Financial Subject Area into the plan. Then I generated the parameters, clicked build and then ran it. The run failed.
I noticed that there was a pre-configured execution plan with "Financials_Oracle R12" and decided that what I really wanted to run was Financials_Oracle R12 and not my custom plan. So I clicked build for Financials_Oracle R12 execution plan and once that finished, I clicked "Run Now". Upon clicking run now it told me that my custom execution plan had finished with a failed status and until it completed successfully, no other plans could be ran. I really don't want my custom plan to complete successfully. I want to run the other plan instead.
How do I delete/clear out my failed run data so I can start a new execution plan?

-JoeIn DAC under the EXECUTE window do the following:
- Navigate to the 'Current Run' tab.
- Highlight the failed execution plan.
- Right click and seleted 'Mark as completed.'
- Enter the numbers/text in the box.
Then:
- In the top toolbar select Tools --> ETL Management --> Reset Data Sources
- Enter the numbers/text in the boox.
Now you're ready to start the new execution plan.

I am exhausted just getting to the point of being allowed to ask my question. I recently decided to upgrade from an old PowerBook G4 that we have used for years, and am using now. I bought a new Mac Mini and a reconditioned Apple A1267 Monitor that was working beautifully when hooked to a slightly newer PowerBook in the store. Both the Mini and the monitor are plugged in, and attached to each other but I feel light a dolt. I cannot even figure out how to turn them on or even get a power light to come on. Can someone help me?

Before archiving you have to put the Deletion flag for the object(May be for PO, MMR etc as per your req.)...
After that the you use the archiving procedure to archive the docs which are already flagged for deletion...
For MMR you use the transaction SARA...and its respective object for the archiving....
You can use the SDN search to see the many threads on it...

I am trying to clear out all remnants of old software, before upgrading to Snow Leopard. (I don't want to do a clean install, just put everything in order before doing a normal one.) For example, I discovered that my trial of Retrospect 8 had left the engine running, so to speak. I just now managed to remove that (after a bit of research).
I also see that MacFUSE has left a preferences pane. I don't know what this software is, but suspect it was installed by some other software. Anyway, it has a button to Remove the software, but when I press it, it says the software doesn't seem to be installed. How do I get rid of this preferences pane, and make sure all trace of MacFUSE are gone?
And how do I make sure there aren't other half-uninstalled things lying around?...

How to clear out old WWV_FLOW_FILES
I'm updating an application that does a file upload into wwv_flow_files and then puts the data into a collection which is maintained thru a series of forms.
The application has DELETE_ALL_COLLECTIONS to handle the clearing out of the collection and our Purge Sessions is set at a day.
The problem I see is the application doesn't have a delete for the on the WWV_Flow_Files table for the data loaded.
How can I delete the old data, or do I have to now delete the data from WWV_FLOW_FILE_OBJECTS$ for the ID's I know should be deleted?
Does the Admintrator tool have a purge on WWV_Flow_Files like the Purge Sessions?
