Clear stocks under consignment stock

Hi Expert,
I need to clear out the consignment stocks since it is not exist in storage. how can i do that? i try to do MI10 but cannot since it is consignment. is there any other way? i just want it to be cleared out from SAP. if i transfer these stock into my own stock, it will trigger account posting,meaning my AP need to pay the vendor right? but the stock is not exist actually. its just that the value is there in MMBE. Please guide me how to cleare it out.

between MI09 and MI10 is not much difference, MI10 just saves the MI07 step compared to MI09. So there would not be a different effect regarding your consignment.
However: Removing material from consignment stores or transferring material to your companyu2019s own stock results in liabilities towards the vendor.
As the vendors stock is in your warehouse, YOU are responsible for losses, hence you have to pay for, hence it will create a liability.
The error message you get just means that system cannot find a valid info record with to determine the price.
if you never got the materail from your vendor, then you should reverse the goods receipt, this will not create liablities.

hi,
for negative stock you have to do the physical inventory in mi01, mi04, mi07, and clear the stock.
for positive stock you have to do goods issue through 201 movement type in migo
then two storage types will be in empty.

Unable to clear Stock from Inventory

Hi All,
We have a issue where in user is unable to clear stock from inventory , basically these stocks are sales order stocks. When we check for sales orders they are not available in the system now.
When we try to do MB1B using movement type 413E, we get the error message saying the sales order does not exist.
Kindly reply is there is any way to clear this stock as the sales order is not existing in the system.

I think you PO is set up for GR based invoice verification adn you are trying to post the invoice and gettinh the error you mentioned.
If the aboive situation is right than first cleat the stock for Quality and than post the invoice or dont create the PO GR based IV if the situation where you can receive the GR to quality adn immi post the invoice before quality release the stock

Automatic clearing process for consignment liability account?

Hi all,
we have to manually do a FI posting to clear the consignment liability account, but there are 2000 line items, so I'm wondering if there is any automatic clearing process like GR/IR clearing ( MR11) for consignment liability account? Or can we run a program to clear this account?
please advise.

uncheck docs which can be cleared and try , make sure test run is on.
try with other gr/ir as well just too see if this tcode serves the purpose.

Qestion about clear configuration under IOS XR

Hi, All
I am currently having issue with clearing configuration under IOS XR. There is no command like write erase or delete start-up configuration.
I have read some documents for IOS XR, the CFS seems to be the place where the configuration store. So I tried to delete files under disk0:/configure/running and disk0:/configure/lr/running/absref1. But after reboot, the configuration still exists.
Could anybody help me by telling me the way to clear all the configuration under IOS XR? It is too painful to put no before all the sentences.

Yuyang,
In the XR world if you wanted to do the equivalent "write erase" is to do a "commit replace" with a blank config.
For example, that would erase the config of the router.

Clearing stock booked under MvT 501 and special stock indicator M

One of our logistics data entry book the stock under MvT 501 and by mistake set the special indicator to M. We never use and is something new to all of us.
I want to write off the stock and i am not allowed
What transaction i can use to move the stock to available stock?
In transaction LS24 i can see under field SS value M

I thought if we can use scrapping movement 551 M to move this stock out , but again this is not supported ...
So based on all this information I can suggest two workarounds
1. Cancel the initial MM document , using MIGO Cancellation or MBST
2. Post a fresh 502 M for this material to post the stock out ...
You can do these postings in current period .

How to Clear Stock From Quality Inspection

Dear Sir,
We have following problem scenario :
In the Quality View the wrong type of Inspection Type was given and subsequently during MIGO as the "Quality Inspection" option was selected under Stock Type , so after MIGO stock got posted under Quality Inspection and no Inspection Lot was created .
Now we want to clear the Stock from QI to either Un-restricted or any other type , so that material can be cleared and brought to Un-restricted Stock ultimately .
We tried to use MB1b with movement type 321 , but it given error as "Change the inspection stock of material CJMC1A0477 in QM only" .
I request you to kindly guide me as how can the Stock be cleared from QI .

I'm also facing the same issue. In material master QM view : Q M Procurement activity deactivated and Inspection setup also deactivated. This is not a proper way to solve the issue anyway i have deactivated, but still i am facing same issue.

I done a Stock Transport Order with 351 and 101 Mvt type.In MB5T i have a material with quantity w.r.t PO.
Not possibe to cancel that GI document..Kinly clarify how to clear the stock in transit.

Hi,
At the issuing plant with 351 Mvt, you'll find the stock in MB5T as "stock in Transit" at the recieving plant.
After making GR 101 at recieving Plant, this quantity will cleared automatically.
Now tell me what's the issue ypu are facing?
Once 101 is done, you can not cancel 351 material document. For that you have to reverse 101 first and the 351 reversal

Clearing stock in transit (MB5T)

I am unable to clear the stock in transit. We do not necessarily need to receive these small quantities, it would be acceptable to write the stock off to clear this report and remove this stock that does not really exist.
I have tried using the Transaction code MB11 and movement type 305 but the following error message appear:
"PL Stock in transfer exceeded by 168,210 AT : 62002571 3203 1000 NT08022A"
How can I clear the stock in transit?

Two way you can clear this
1) do the GR using MIRO with 101 movement and than if you don;t need this stock then scrap it
or
2) use VL09 and enter your shipping plant and delivery number and bring the issue document and cancel this than only you will clear the MB5T report

For the development of prototype we have made some dummy warehouse structure and made stock movements with dummy bins. Now we wanted to go for real implementation. Before we made actual configurations, we wanted clear all dummy data. Can anyone suggest the standard process for clearing the stock, storage bins?

Hi Sasidhar.
is it non production system.
If yes you can move all this stock in some other storage type as dummy with dummy name.
and you can use all built as actuals.
or do PI and remove all stock from system as not actual stock .
and if its non production system then why are u worrying about all this. Let it be and start building your system as you require.

Clearing stock from 921 TRANSFER

Dear All,
We have quite many materials with stock in 921 storage type (TRANSFER storage bin), some with positive stock and some with negative stock (against different materials).
I have checked the previous discussions but there is no clear solution.
Enclosing LS24 screen for one material.
Also checked LU04 for this material, but there are no records. LX23 also did not yield any result.

If you don't have open transfer requirements then just create manual TO's with LT01 and movement 999 to get it out of 921 storage type.
Find the movement in MB51 which was used to receive this stock. In the detail of this movement you should see the TR number.
Check then the TR in LB03 and see if it was cancelled or find the TO number with Shift+F5
Then check what happened with this TO .

Unable to clear stock in Quality Inspection

Hi All,
Few parts are in QI but we are not able to clear those parts. For those part we cannot find any open characteristic when viewed thru QE51, but when trying to give UD there is error ' Characteristic Open for the material".
We have checked the Material Master, Quality Info record and Inspection plan for those materials but could not find any problem.
Kindly guide what can be the reason for the characteristic not appearing during result recording(QE51).

Hi ,
Please check the follwing as well.
1. Any characteristic in QE51N is a long term characteristic ?
2. All characteristics show a green tick in the valuated inspection lot?
3. As said above if its a warning message ignore and proceed,or you could do a forced inspection completion
4. If your MIC's are having a class characteristic-MIC relation,check this link is correct( IF its batch managed material and class characteristic assigned to a MIC)
5.If all fine above, unlock the results recording and redo the valuation in QE51N

Why Can't You Clear Entries under Open Recent?

Seems simple enough, and despite my searching through several forum pages, I can't seem to find the answer. I saw that you can under the Apple Menu, but the Photoshop files stay intact.

You're right, too much of a hassle to go probing into code. It's not like I'm trying to hide anything nefarious or illegal. I used a co-worker's computer (who is out sick today) to open some files on a USB drive that I have that wasn't working on my computer. But when he returns, I didn't want him to think I was snooping around. No big deal though, since I am his supervisor anyway.

Stock inconsistency between MM and QM

We have QM managed FERT material. So after GR we recieve stock in QI with ref to 04 lot. FERT material is batch managed.
From one of batch inspection lot business posted stock from QI to blocked (350) with ref to insp lot. Now lot status is SPCO (posting complete).
After that user changed batch status to restricted and again unrestricted from batch master(MSC2N). Even user posted stock with inventory movement 701 and reversed same with 702. In short user did couple of movements for this batch and finally stock is lying in QI at MB52/MMBE.
This batch is QM managed and only 1 insp lot exist with SPCO status. I tried to move stock with MB1B - 321 movement, but system doesn't allow because material is QM managed.
So finally I ran program ZQEVAC20, which saws me qty under "MM-Quantity" column. If I click on pencil button then system giving me information message saying "Deficit of SL Stck.in qual.insp 33,441 KG " but doing nothing.
Not sure how can I clear stock from QI? Help appreciated.

Not so sure in this case! The interesting fact to know is how the stock was posted in to QI again?
The sequence that I understood is,
Lot created with stock in QI
Stock moved to Block stock with 350 movement
Later batch status changed and again revoked. (This may not involve any inventory movement)
Material movements were executed for stock adjustment 701 and 702 using PIDs.
If this effect (701/702) was reconciled properly then the stock should be in Block only.
I suggest to raise it to OSS as you have already tried with note 48815
