How do you clear the documents in the recent section?

Finance team needs to reset a cleared item from a previous financial year. The cheque was
never presented. They are unable to create a new invoice to pay the vendor without this cheque going
through and being processed.
However, when using transaction code FBRA they receive an error message
"clearing document from alternative fiscal year-. Message no F5A258".

There are two option
1. You Open the Close Period, or change the reversal code, which can allow alternative posting in the current period.
2. Go to the IMG - Controling - General Controlling - Change Message control. Give the message application area and then the number and turn it off. (Tcode : OBA5)

How to trap Cleared document from the Flat file

Hi All,
In the BDC In flat file, I am getting boths Document No ( Cleared & Non Cleared).
While Uploading I need to check the Document No , which is clered is filtered & Only Those Document No which is not cleared is posted in the Transaction - F-53.
I need to captured those Cleared Document No and should appeared as in the list.
Pls suggest me the logic . there is no FI consultant

I m using InDesign CS3 on MAC OS. I have 2 questions:
1. I do not want my user to open files by dragging and dropping them into the app..How do i stop this drag drop action...I have no idea about this..I ve already disabled the open menu item..Pls help..
2. How do i avoid a file from recovering automatically when the InDesign application is reopened after a force quit...

I ve disabled open menu item and now i do not want users to open any other document by:
-> right clicking them and giving OpenWith
-> dragging and dropping them into InDesign

How do I remove "Recent Items" Documents from the apple menu?

I've been searching for an answer to this question for the better part of 3 hours now. W
Several iterations of osx ago, there was the ability to separately limit how many recent items were shown for Applications, Documents and Servers. Over the years, I simply installed a newer version of osx on top, and surprisingly my recent items always eliminated the Documents from the list.
I've since done a clean install of mavericks after installing an SSD, and i've lost this small but important part of my work flow. No matter what I've tried to remove the documents from Recent Items, it always shows up. I can still boot into my old HDD (which is now installed as a supplementary drive and also updated and running mavericks 10.9.2), and see from clicking on the Apple Menu > Recent Items that it only displays Applications and Servers.
Try as hard as I can, I can't simply figure out how to remove the documents from the recent items menu. I've tried editing the com.apple.recentitems.plist file, to show 0 items for documnets, but this never seems to work. (I've since read that this file is simply rewritten on logout.) Strangely, if I go into the old setup System Preferences, Recent Items: it is showing as None. I also suspect that maybe I used Tinker Tools or some other utility to change some command line preference (using the gui) several years back. Not sure how I could investigate what would need to be done to compare files or otherwise figure out how to remove the documents section from the recent items menu.
It's starting to drive me crazy. Anyone?

The document Charu mentioned is great, but it is slightly out of date and missing one important method that I use frequently. I like to go to http://files.acrobat.com and upload files to my Acrobat.com account. The uploader there allows me to upload multiple documents at the same time (shift clicking on them on my PC or cmd-clicking on them on my Mac). Then, I connect my Adobe Reader to my Acrobat.com account and I can see all of those files!

PSM-FM Reducion in the clearing document

Dear colleges,
We have PSM-FM with payment Bdgt (ERP2005) and active splitting document in new flex ledger. After we created a clear document for FI payment and invoice (F-32 or F-44) we get in the FM document for invoice items with Amount types:
1 Original (54-Invoices)
2 Reduction (54-Invoices)
3 Paid (57-Payments)
and we expected that the clearing document would contain items with the same amount types, but it contains only Îriginal
So at the end we have double amount as actual data (item with Paid amount type from Payment FM document and Invoice FM document). Everything is going right with down payment, but how to solve this problem with post payment. Thank you in advance.

Now when receipt is accounted for this biling document this AB should flow automatically to Ref 2 field.

The version 11.0 of Adobe Reader for iOS had the Clear List button. However, the newer versions 11.2.x or 11.3.x of Adobe Reader for iOS no longer provides the option to clear the Recents list.

Files opened via Google Drive are not listed in ‘Documents' section of Adobe Reader, because they are read only files. If you really want to save these files to ’Documents' then please follow below steps -
Open the file from Google drive in Adobe Reader.
Tap on the Comment icon placed at top toolbar(Second icon from the beginning)
You would encounter a 'Read-Only document’ dialog, tap on Save button.
Once you performed above steps , your file will be saved in /Download/Adobe Reader/ folder.

On each machine turn on iCloud and sync all the available apps. Apple explains how to set up iCloud in http://www.apple.com/icloud/setup/
After doing this run software update on each machine and install all the suggested updates. If you still need help installing the most up-to-date versions of iLife and iWorks open the Mac App Store - click the Purchased tab and update all that need to be updated.

If you're old phone that was repalced was a higher version of iOS, it wont be able to restore. Update your iPhone to the lastest iOS 7.0.4 and try to restore it then.

sure pretty simple. make a backup of your current settings

then restore device from old backup you need pics off of
then import pics to computer

you may need to save pics to camera roll first
then restore the new backup and sync pics back to phone via itunes
