Clicking in iTunes

Sometimes when I transfer a song as an MP3 from Logic Express or Garage Band to iTunes it seems to overload or cause "clicks" when played back using itunes on my computer speakers. (Even at low volume with no EQing on iTunes) I also hear these clicks when downloaded to my iPod played through my car speakers. These exact same files burnt to disk from iTunes sound great played on my car Cd player. When I play pre-recorded songs on iTunes through my computer speakers I get more volume and no clicks! When i record I'm very careful that the channels aren't clipping during the recording process or mix down process however i still often get a "click" during playback when transfered to iTunes. Almost sounds like a cymbal hit is causing the click. Any advice is welcome!

iTunes is happy to play AIFFs or WAVs, & you don't have to 'move' them into iTunes. Dropping them on iTunes will either leave them where they are, or make a copy of them in your iTunes Library (depending on how you have set your iTunes advanced preferences). Either way, they will now be 'in iTunes'.
You can (obviously) also put AIFFs/WAVs on Audio CD or on an iPod. So you can leave out the MP3 conversions altogether.
Check the AIFF/WAV versions in QuickTime as well as iTunes. You don't really need to involve iTunes for these tests. Is the problem there in these files?
If so, then either your Bounce method is to blame, or the source Audio files, or your set-up in Logic.

You will need to provide more details as we cannot see your computer screen. Does this happen every time you launch LabVIEW? What version of LabVIEW are you using? What version of Windows? Does LabVIEW crash? If so, what were you doing at the time it crashed?

Problem with iTunes. I have Windows 8 on a new laptop. Installed latest version of iTunes. Can play music in My Library but when I click on Itunes Store I get the message "iTunes has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.

Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
This works for some users. Not sure why.
Go to Settings>General>Date and Time> Set Automatically>Off. Set the date ahead by about a year.Then see if you can connect to the store.

When clicking the itunes icon on my left side of screen a window pops up and says i need to disable the compatability, I tried to do this from what it prompted me to do, but it still say problem unresolved

I have not been able to access the itunes store for the past month, it has been a long time since I have downloaded/purchased anything, probably around christmas time, but the problem is I click on the itunes store and the grey zebra striped bar just keeps running accross the top indefinitely, one other thing is that when I click on my itunes icon on the left side of my screen a window pops up and tells me to turn off compatibility, so I tried to follow the prompts through the properties from right clicking the itunes icon but after the thing runs its check and i click on make suggested changes, it still says incompatible. I have no idea what to do and this is extremely frustrating, please help!!

Macafee security center is may be the culprit.
Open Macafee then: select;
Internet & Network > configure
Firewall > Advanced
Programm Permissions > scroll down to Itunes
Highlight (click on)
Then Grant full access to Itunes.
APPLY then OK
When you select store from Itunes you will need to register with Itunes.
Try that or:
Disable your firewall.

Is the iPod still singed into the account isn Settings>iTunes and App Stores and SettingsZ>iCloudl? If it is then I would not be concerned.

since you may have started the 90 day window.
For the other "problem", go to iTunes>Preferences>Devices and check the box that says Prevent iPod....automatically syncing.

The music is stored on the iTunes library. This library isn't deleted when you uninstall or reinstall iTunes, so you will keep everything. Anyway, it's better to make a backup of the library. Apart from that, you can download the purchased music as many times as you want

If you've already installed the latest version then the message may be a sign of a corrupt library. See Empty/corrupt library after upgrade/crash.

Fix? Clicking on iTunes makes hidden application appear (usually Adobe Bridge)

Here's what happens: iTunes is playing in the background while I'm working in some application... say, Photoshop. To keep things tidied up, I have other open applications hidden. But if I click on iTunes in the dock to give it focus, or click on the iTunes mini-player (which is set to Always On Top), an unrelated hidden application (usually Adobe Bridge) comes out of Hide mode and takes the vocus. It happens for a while, then stops. I haven't found a pattern.
This bizarre issue has been happening for a long time, through a number of iTunes versions, including the current one.
Any reason why? Any fix?
I'm still using Snow Leaopard, which is a requirement for a while longer.
