I have tried looking for a recent reply to other threads on this, no luck. Has anyone heard of this being an issue? Is there a fix? Any help would be appreciated.

Apple will exchange your iPod for a refurbished one for this price. They do not fix yours. Thus, you will lose your data that is on the iPod.

The History menu can only show that fixed maximum of 15 as that is hard coded.

How do you scroll up albums in iTunes 11? There isn't a scroll bar on the right side. I know it appears when you minimize the screen, but it is hidden on my machine. Running Dell XPS 15z i7 w/ Win 7.

In iTunes 11, there is no scroll bar in full page Albums view. It does appear when you minimize the screen, but on my computer, the scroll is hidden and the resizing of the screen does not work. Is there a fix? Also, how do you sort tracks/songs in Album view? When I import lengthy audiobooks, the inability to sort through hundreds of tracks is really ticking me off. Again, is there a fix?
Apple... Before you tell me all the great features in iTunes 11, let me just say they are duly noted. But, I would rather have the option to do things on my own, rather than being forced to conform to your techies need to be creative. I don't use Genius or Playlists, so the ability to sort in them is useless to me.

It's been many, many years since I don't do dual boot anymore. Don't find the reason to do it, either. Different kinds of virtualization should be enough. Anyway...

IMac turns-off when you adjust the screen

Brand new iMac simply turns-off without warning when you adjust the screen or connect to the usb port.
How do you prevent this from happening??

It sounds like you may not have the power cord pushed in tightly enough
to the back of the screen port. Push it in really really tightly, OK?

Thunderbird automatically syncs unsubscribed Gmail All Mail when you hit the "a" key

I do not sync Gmail All Mail as it is simply a duplicate of all my other folders.
However, if you accidently hit the "a" on the keyboard whilst in the folder view, Thunderbird automatically opens the Gmail All Mail folder and starts downloading/syncing the folder. Mine is around 20Gb so rather annoying.
I have to close TB, open it then quickly, unsubscribe to the Gmail All Mail folder, then close, delete the msf file and then I can go back into TB for it to work normally.
Is there a solution to this? How can I stop the "a" key from opening an unsubscribed folder?

You are archiving when you press 'a', and in gmail this is interpreted as moving it to All Mail.
I'd suggest you look at the KeyConfig add-on, which lets you specify (and disable!) keyboard short-cuts.

Tips for when you hit the remote by mistake/Font size

1) Is there a way to increase the font size of the TV listings?
2) I am watching a recorded show and hit a button on the remote by mistake and it stops the playing of the show.
Is there a quicker way of going back to the recorded show than having to go back through Menu, DVR and then scroll through to watch the show?

Likely because the drop broke something like the digitizer.
Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Restore from backup. See:
iOS: Back up and restore your iOS device with iCloud or iTunes
- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

Backlight problem when you unlock the screen

Hello everyone. recently bought the iPhone 5 ... recently began to notice that when the screen backlighting is on 0 brightness (Brightness off though and stands at 100 percent), reboot resets and does not help. Who can tell, the software is a problem or need to carry the service center

If you have restarted , reset, and restored the phone, then make an appointment with an apple genius bar and have them check it out to fix, or replace.

Multi-cam mode will not cut to other camera any more, Just goes doink when you hit the the button for the other camera

In multi-cam mode it will not change cameras anymore. even if you go to multi-cam window and click directly on the other angle it just goes doink. It was working just fine until I needed to use the audio from the other cam. It also had trouble doing that. I am using fc studio 2.

Bring multiclip to TL. Load into viewer. Go to Sync and select open; at the same time make your angle switching choices for audio and video. Play from TL and switch angles in the viewer.

No, the built-in alerts are only shown when a Submit Form action occurs, whether the form is submitting to a web server or uses the mailto scheme. What you can do is create a "Print" button on the form that uses JavaScript to do the checking and alerts the user to incomplete fields. If everything checks out, the script would allow the form to print. This is actually a better approach as you can do more complete checking and provide more useful alerts. The user could always print by using the menu item or toolbar button, but it's better than nothing.

I can not view email message in the message frame, this is new, email always worked until yesterday . A portion of the message shows in thread column, but blank space shows in email column. How do I remedy this? I can only read my email when I go to the forward/reply button.

I have a new IPad Air and when you turn the screen it doesn't rotate anymore

First thing to check is to see if there is a circular arrow around a small lock at the top right of your screen next to the battery indicator. If there is Rotation Lock is turned on. You can turn it off in the Control Center. Swipe up from the bottom of the screen and find that icon in the panel that comes up. Tap on that icon to turn off Rotation Lock.
If Rotation Lock is not on try a reset your device. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. See if that fixes your problem.
