Question

I have recently upgraded my PC to windows 8.1 64-bit and have installed the newest skype version possible which is Version 7.1.60.105 and have been having some technical issues with it.  Every time I try to click on a conversation or contact, Skype crashes.  But whenever I click on settings, tools, my profile, etc... Skype does not crash.  This is the only version I have installed on this PC since the upgrade from Windows 7.  Thank you for the help in advance.
