Clicking the Sign in link often leads to an error 404 page

Hi!
This is an error that has been around (at least on my computer) for some months now:
Pressing the Sign in link on the Adobe Forum pages takes me to a non exising page error (404).
this is the page I get to:
Page is not available broken link 404.
Also there is no form to report this kind of web page errors, when clicking the "Send us an e-mail" link on this page..
Signing in from some other page or form at first seems to make no difference,
reloading the page makes no difference, but clicking "sign in" again, I get logged in (without getting to the sign in page).
Am I the only one having htese problems?
I'm on Windows, alwsay using FireFox (latest version).

A week, or so ago, there was some maintenance on the Jive end of things, and many were getting similar 404 errors. It was my understanding that those had been resolved, and that things were working fine.
As several have been having issues with Adobe's own cookies (I had a big one with Adobe Store), I would also try cleaning your browser's cache, just to make sure that it's not something specific to your browser.
As many of the "powers that be" monitor this forum, like the tireless John C./Adobe-Admin, I suspect that after the three-day weekend (for many in the US), that you will get definitive answers and advice. Look for those to come on about Tuesday.

cursor does not click the sign-out button in yahoo, rediff etc pages. E.G once I open my yahoo page, the cursor pointer will not change it's appearance to the finger type when I try to click the sign-out or inbox button. This does not happen with chrome or explorer.

That problem can be caused by the Yahoo! Toolbar or the Babylon extension that extents too much downwards and covers the top part of the browser window and thus makes links and buttons in that part of the screen not clickable.

Is there some way I can open the contact list, click on all of the individual addresses to which I want to send the email without the list closing between each address entry, and have all of my address entries be listed to the email at one time? Something like it works in Gmail. I do not want to use set lists, I want to enter different addresses each time I send an email. And I am a very slow typist, so I don't want to type the first few letters of each recipient's name. It is much faster for me to just click on the e-mail addresses in the list as a group. It doesn't make any sense to me to have to reopen the contact list for each address, when it should be so easy to click on all of the addresses I want at one time and then click once to add them all to the email as a group. If there is a solution to this, please tell me. Thanks.

Try this:
1. Select Mail>File>New Message.
2. Select Mail>Window>Address Panel.
3. Use (command+click) on the desired addressees in the Address Panel to create the list.
4. Click "To:" on the top left of the Address Panel.
The group that you selected will be added to the "To" field in your New Message.

As has been mentioned Adobe Reader cannot export PDF page content. Nor can it create PDF or manipulate PDF page content.
What you can do is use one of Adobe's online subscription services. Two provide for PDF to Word export.
There's ExportPDF and PDF Pack.

Check USB connections

Clicking the "Format" "Preset" links freezes AME Build 8.1.0.122

I am getting the freezing problem when trying to export clips out of AME CC 2014.
I am getting this on two different computers, and it's coming from clips sent via Premiere or AE. (All cc 2014).
If I drag and drop a present then it works fine, and will usually allow me to click the links then. Clicking the file save works just dandy.
Computer settings:
27" iMac running Yosemite 10.10
1 tb SSD.
Plenty fast, 24gb ram, 3.4ghz i7
Anyone who can fix this for me earns a lifetime supply of Stretch Armstrong Action Figures...(1 is 1 too many).

I think I know what's going on here so if you could try this again, but wait a few minutes to see if the Export Settings dialog comes up. There is a known issue in Yosemite that causes that dialog to take a long time to open and will make the app appear as though it is not responding. If you try it and the dialog eventually opens, then we're talking about the same bug. The good news is that once you've waited it out once, the problem goes away until you relaunch AME. We have alerted Apple to the issue and they hope to resolve it in a future update.

If you are using DWCC (check under Help > About Dreamweaver to verify your version) and don't like the CSS Designer, you can get the old CSS style panel back by hitting Control + Alt (Command) + Shift +P

Sorry about that. It might be that '''both''' your homepage and the Firefox Start page are set as your homepage.
Here's how to reset your homepage:
# Open your homepage and close any other tabs
# Click the [[Image:New Fx Menu]] menu button and click ''Preferences''
# In the Preferences Window click ''General''
# Click the ''Use Current Pages'' button
Hopefully this will fix things. Let us know if it works!

On Firefox 3.6.x on Mac and Windows, Google Analytics tracking code leads to an Error 400 page

Our business sent out an email campaign that has several links containing Google Analytics tracking code in the URL.
In the tracking code, which is automatically generated via the email campaign software, is an em-dash. The URLs works in every browser (Google Chrome, Safari, Windows) and in older versions of FireFox. They do not work in 3.6.x versions of FireFox in both Mac and Windows.
As a result, when customers click on a link in the email, they get a page that says "HTTP Error 400 - request is badly formed" because FireFox interprets the em-dash as garbage.
Once this error occurs none of the pages in the site can be accessed unless a specific cookie is removed.
Seeing how many people do not know how to clear cookies - it is especially cryptic in the Windows version of FF 3.6.10 - what are the chances that there will be a release of Firefox to remedy this problem? And is there anything else that could be done?

Weird. We are having this same problem as well. Ours happens in Chrome as well. What I have figured out is -at least for us - is its somethign to do with the Google Analytics tracking cookie on our site. If I go to cookies and then delete the _umtz cookie, the site will load fine. In the time being I have set "pageTracker._setCampaignTrack(false); " in our tracking code to keep the script from dropping the cookie in users browsers.

Safari 8.0.2 was last updated on the 20Jan2015 and is my default browser.
Below listed are issues with Safari after last two updates.
When I click web link from mail, Safari does not open that link. I changed to Chrome browsing & it works.
When I click to open new window from the dock, I get last browsing page of the previous opened window web page, where by my setting is for a bank page for a new safari window. .
Every time I click on the link to open in the same browsing web page, a new tab opens with advertisement web page. How can I stop advertisement pages to open automatically.
Safari does not open first time by one finger single click on the safari icon from dock, need two finger click and then select the preferences.

usually my tab icon works but the past couple of days i click on it and nothing happens. its becoming frustrating that i have to open alot of firefox windows. also when i click on links it opens a new window not a tab and the window is blank. Please help.
