Client Export Log too big

Hi all,
in the client export log I found many of these string for different tables:
4 ETW000 AGR_HIER.X_POS: NUMC value changed from '     ' to '00000'
and the log size is about 2,5 GB.
What I have done to solve the problem??
Thanks in advanced
M.

The size of client export is about 12,5GB.
The problem is that in the log file of the export is too big because there are many string for different tables that contains this message:
4 ETW000 CEFORMS.FLEVEL: NUMC value changed from ' ' to '0'
4 ETW000 CEFORMS.NUMBR: NUMC value changed from '   ' to '000'
4 ETW000 CEFORMS.FLEVEL: NUMC value changed from ' ' to '0'
4 ETW000 CEFORMS.NUMBR: NUMC value changed from '   ' to '000'
4 ETW000 CEFORMS.FLEVEL: NUMC value changed from ' ' to '0'
4 ETW000 CEFORMS.NUMBR: NUMC value changed from '   ' to '000'
4 ETW000 CEFORMS.FLEVEL: NUMC value changed from ' ' to '0'
4 ETW000 CEFORMS.NUMBR: NUMC value changed from '   ' to '000'
4 ETW000 CEFORMS.FLEVEL: NUMC value changed from ' ' to '0'
4 ETW000 CEPRINT.COLOR: NUMC value changed from '  ' to '00'
4 ETW000 CEPRINT.FROW: NUMC value changed from '    ' to '0000'
4 ETW000 CEPRINT.SFTCT: NUMC value changed from '  ' to '00'
4 ETW000 CEPRINT.COLOR: NUMC value changed from '  ' to '00'
4 ETW000 CEPRINT.FROW: NUMC value changed from '    ' to '0000'
4 ETW000 CEPRINT.SFTCT: NUMC value changed from '  ' to '00'
4 ETW000 CEPRINT.COLOR: NUMC value changed from '  ' to '00'
4 ETW000 CEPRINT.FROW: NUMC value changed from '    ' to '0000'
4 ETW000 CEPRINT.SFTCT: NUMC value changed from '  ' to '00'
4 ETW000 CEPRINT.COLOR: NUMC value changed from '  ' to '00'
and if I don't delete the log file in /usr/sap/trans/log this file system will be full (This is the real problem)
I don't understand why I find so many entry (NUMC change from ' ' to '00') for the same tables in the log file.
Thanks
M.

  • Export file too big! I need help.

    I am trying to export a text book from pdf to word.  How do I export a file if it is too big?  Is there a way to export half? Or export certain pages?  I am not computer savvy so this may have an easy solution.

    If the PDF file you're starting with is larger than 100MB, ExportPDF won't be able to convert it.
    To convert a file of that size, you'll need Adobe Acrobat.  You'd need Acrobat to divide the file into smaller chunks for ExportPDF anyhow, so Acrobat is probably the best solution for you.  You can learn more about Acrobat here: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat.html

  • "Adobe Photoshop Clip Image is Too Big To Be Exported" - Registry fix does nothing.

    Hello folks.
    I cannot paste any images out of Photoshop that are over 1200x900 pixels in size. I get the error message "Adobe Photoshop Clip Image is Too Big To Be Exported."
    I've tried the registry fix available on this forum, and nothing happens. I double click the file - ClipboardSizeLimit_OFF.reg - and get a message saying the data has been added to the registry. Then I copy and attempt to paste into, say, Paint or JASC Animation Shop and just get the "Adobe Photoshop Clip Image is Too Big To Be Exported" message again.
    What's going on?? Is the registry fix actually doing anything at all?
    Paul.

    I had been having this clipboard problem for a long time before I finally found this forum post, which clued me that there is a registry setting available to fix the problem. I found and downloaded a ClipboardSizeLimit_OFF.reg file and realized that just clicking on it would not solve my problem, because the file I downloaded was specific to a different version of Photoshop than the version that I am using. The file I downloaded adds the DWORD value MaxClipSize = 0 under the key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Photoshop\7.0. Well, since I'm using version 6.0, I needed to add the value under the key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Photoshop\6.0. Bingo! I did not even need to restart Photoshop. The clipboard export of large images now works. You need to find the appropriate key in your registry and add the value manually, or change the .reg file to refer to the appropriate key for your version of Photoshop.

    I have a few wedding projects(1-2 hours)I am trying to export at full hd quality,than burn in idvd. After rendering for 8hrs I receive error code that states "file is too big". Please help? compressing tips without losing quality? or any other exporting alternatives?

    Hey Z,
    Thank you for the tip on exporting by media browser (large) from imovie. But of course, if it's not one thing it's another. Now that I figured how to export a large file from imovie, I have an idvd issue. I followed the instructions for burning from idvd and changing the encoding to professional quality and the burn speed to x4, but I am receiving an error that states the following,
    Your project exceeds the maximum content duration. To burn your DVD, change the encoder setting in the Project Info window.
    Project:
    - total project duration: 79:04 minutes
    - total project capacity: 4.327 GB (max. available: 4.172 GB)
    Menus:
    - number of menus in project: 1 menus
    - total menu duration: 0:39 minutes
    - total menu capacity: 37.370 MB
    Movies:
    - total movies duration: 78:25 minutes
    - total movies capacity: 4.291 GB
    I have searched in the idvd forum for similar issues and I am stumped at this point. I have tried deleting the encoding assets and re launching idvd with the changed preferences, and still the same error. I know you mentioned something about free hard drive space available, and I have very little left. 4GB to be exact due to massive hours of non-edited footage. I am not sure if this is why, but I do not recall ever needing free space to burn memory onto a separate dvd. I would be more than happy if I am wrong, and it would be a quick fix. Otherwise, the technical nightmare continues. It's all a learning process and your expertise is greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.

  • When I try to export from iMovie '11 I get repeated messages that the project is too big. Why? Is there a workaround? (I have already cut a 40-minute movie into three chunks...)

    When I try to export from iMovie '11 I get repeated messages that the project is too big. Why? Is there a workaround? (I have already cut a 40-minute movie into three chunks... the first exported to iDVD ok, but the next one of 15 minutes balked for the same reason -- too long...)

    I wish I had a mac :-P
    Sadly, this is Windows machine so I dont have a non-iOS version of iMovie.  I have 2 ideas left.  The first is xfering the project to my iPhone 4 and trying to export it there (if that works, awesome but geez apple the iPad 2 is way more powerful than the iphone 4.. youd think I wouldnt even have to attempt this).  The 2nd idea is to start at the end of my movie and delete clips and sounds backwards, trying to export each time to find whatever clip is causing the issue (when the movie was 5 minutes it mixed no probem, so I only need to go that far).
    Wish me luck?
    Also, is anyone else besides me and the 5 dudes in the other threads having this issue??  Speak up, guys - Apple cant a fix a problem they dont know about.

  • SQL server error log size is too big to handle

    I am working with a large database on windows sql server 2008 R2 such that it has to run continuously 24x7 because of that it is not possible
    to restart the server time to time. It is kind of monitoring system for big machines. Because of this SQL server error logs are growing too big even some times up to 60-70 GB at a limited sized hard drive. I can't delete them time to time manually. Can someone
    please suggest a way using which I can stop creation of such error logs or recycle them after sometime. Most of the errors are of this kind --
    Setting database option RECOVERY to simple for database db_name
    P.S.- I have read limiting error logs to 6 etc. But that didn't help. It will be best if you could suggest some method to disable these logs.

    Hi Mohit11,
    According to your description, your SQL Server error logs are growing too big to handle at a limited sized hard drive, and you want to know how to stop the generation of such error logs or recycle them after sometime automatically without restarting the
    SQL Server, right?
    As others mentioned above, we may not be able to disable SQL server error log generation. However we can recycle the error logs automatically by running the
    sp_cycle_errorlog on a fixed schedule (i.e. every two weeks) using SQL agent jobs so that the error logs will be recycled
    automatically without restarting SQL Server.
    And it is also very important for us to keep the error log files more readable. So we can increase the number of error logs a little more and run the sp_cycle_errorlog more frequently (i.e. daily), then each file will in a smaller size to be more readable
    and we can recycle the log files automatically.
    In addition, in order to avoid the size of all the log files growing into a too big size unexpected (sometime it may happen), we can run the following query in SQL Agent job to automatically delete all the old log files when the size of log files is larger
    than some value we want to keep (i.e. 30GB):
    --create a tample table to gather the information of error log files
    CREATE TABLE #ErrorLog
    Archieve INT,
    Dt DATETIME,
    FileSize INT
    GO
    INSERT INTO #ErrorLog
    EXEC xp_enumerrorlogs
    GO
    --delete all the old log files if the size of all the log files is larger than 30GB
    DECLARE @i int = 1;
    DECLARE @Log_number int;
    DECLARE @Log_Max_Size int = 30*1024; --here is the max size (M) of all the error log files we want to keep, change the value according to your requirement
    DECLARE @SQLSTR VARCHAR(1000);
    SET @Log_number = (SELECT COUNT(*) FROM #ErrorLog);
    IF (SELECT COUNT(FileSize/1024/1024) FROM #ErrorLog) >= @Log_Max_Size
    BEGIN
    WHILE @i <= @Log_number
    BEGIN
    SET @SQLSTR = 'DEL C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL11.MSSQLSERVER\MSSQL\Log\ERRORLOG.' + CONVERT(VARCHAR,@i);
    EXEC xp_cmdshell @SQLSTR;
    SET @i =@i + 1;
    END
    END
    DROP TABLE #ErrorLog

  • CS6 PSD Could not export the clipboard because it is too big to export

    I have been getting the error "Could not export the clipboard because it is too big to export" since upgrading to CS6. The same files at the same bit depth on the same computer  do not cause this error in CS5.
    In fact, I can open a file in CS5, copy it, and paste it into CS6 with no trouble. If I then copy again within CS6 and leave the program, I am given the error. (As a note, I have not run these programs simultaneously, except to run this test.)
    This error appears regardless of whether Photoshop CS6 is running alone, or with several apps.
    The Raw files are from a Canon 5D mark ii and tend to be 20-25MB in size,
    I am running a Mac Pro 2.8GHz Quad Core Intel with 24GB of RAM. I have set the preferences to allocate 70% of this RAM, which should be sufficient. Changing the allocation to 90% or 100% has no effect, nor does adjusting the tiles configuration. My scratch disks have 130GB and 500GB free.
    How do I correct this problem?

    Hi, FYI, To duplicate a layer on top of itself, use Command+A, Command+J (jump the layer) if you need part of it, make a selection instead of a Command+A, this will also avoid the clipboard, and use Photoshop's scratch disk instead.
    (I don't know why you run into that issue in CS6 and not in CS5, so I try to give you useful workarounds)
    I'm not talking about bigger tiles, but of unlimited clipboard size that you find here for CS5: http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=4965
    But are not listed here for CS6: http://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/plug-ins-photoshop-cs61.html#id_68969?PID=3350462
    Maybe did you install it in CS5, but forgot all about it?

  • 5 minute FCE file is too big to export to cd

    I am in a panic. I've been up all night finishing a fce project for school submission which is due in four hours.
    When I export the project as quicktime movie the file is too large to burn to a cd. I there anything I can do to fix this? I thought it would compress as a QT movie.

    What do you mean by the file being too big?
    How big is it?
    Normally 5 minutes would be around 1GB.
    Do you mean you are actually burning it to a CD and not a DVD?
    Normally one would burn a video to DVD in iDVD and that would be compressed by iDVD to around 300MB.
    I have re-read your post and it seems you may be wanting to simply copy the QT file for transportation. Is that the case?

    Right, so to advise you we'd need to know the particulars of MagCloud's spec for your project; format, trim size, bleed, etc.
    It's doubtful that anything happened "when uploading for printing," so long as you were uploading a PDF, as opposed to the native InDesign file. Did the PDF look right to you before uploading?

  • The size of my exported FCP movie is too big for DVD studio pro

    Hey,
    I have been editing for 4-5 years now and have never had a problem with size of a project to put into DVD Studio Pro to burn. However, I just finished a 2 hour project in which exported as a FCP movie it is 23.97 gb in size. When i put this into DVD Studio Pro it makes it 4.8gb in size which just makes it too big for it to burn. I have tried changing the compression to no avail and just now decided to clean up the timeline so everything is on one track with nothing overlapping. (The problem was it was a 2 camera shoot so the first camera i had on the bottom track constant with the second camera on the top track when i needed it but still with the first camera underneath.) Do you think this could be the solution to my problem? If you guys could help me out it would be most appreciated!

    some things don't make sense here. please clarify.
    Standard DV is roughly 5 minutes per gig, so that means that you have just about 2 hours of video, ok, got that. Now it's the two track thing that gets me.
    Are you saying you have 4 hours of footage, the same thing from two cameras, and you're trying to set up a multi-angle DVD?
    If it's just that you used two video tracks to edit, then NO, it is not your problem. It's still only 2 hours, the video will be mixed down to one track upon export from FCP to quicktime.
    My suggestion is, instead of bringing a quicktime file directly into DVDSP, use compressor. I believe they have a preset in compressor 2 for a standard 120 minute DVD. IF you're project is truly less than 120 minutes, than that should be fine. If not, then you may have to manually make your own setting and lower the bitrate.
    So the workflow is:
    -open sequence in fcp
    -file>export>quicktime movie... (you can uncheck "make movie self-contained" if you want it to export faster and you plan on keeping your original capture footage around)
    -export your movie to a directory of your choice with a name of your choice.
    -open compressor (in applications)
    -drag the quicktime file you created into compressors main window, this will set it up. Now specify the export setting (120 minute HQ all files either 16x9 or 4x3 dep. on project) and specify a location for the files to be created. I strongly suggest that you use the HQ (High quality) settings in compressor. It's much slower to process, but much better quality.
    -with a 2 hour movie it should take a really REALLY long time to compress, so I'de say do it over night.
    -when compressor is done, you should have 2 or three files. a .m2v file a .aif file, and a .ac3 file. The .aif is your PCM audio, much better quality than the .ac3, which is dolby 2 channel. However, the .ac3 is a much smaller file with a lower bit rate, so if the .aif makes the DVD file size too big, you can switch it out for the .ac3
    -Finally, open up your DVDSP project, drag the .m2v, .aif, and .ac3 into DVDSP and use the .m2v for the video track and either the .aif or .ac3 as the audio (as mentioned above)
    -the good news is, your DVD media is already rendered, so when you go to build your DVD it will go much, much faster!
    By the way, I recommend you go to file>advanced>build do not do a burn and build.
    I find it best to build the VIDEO_TS folder on a hard drive and then use a program like toast to create a DVD (using toasts from VIDEO_TS option). This method also allows you to go back into DVDSP, make tweaks, and reuse your VIDEO_TS folder, not having to rebuild the whole thing each time.
    Remember, 120 minutes on a single layer DVD is going to render fairly low quality no matter what.
    If you have a newer mac and a dual layer drive, you may want to cough up a few bucks and get a dual layer DVD-R, then you have over 8 gigs of space to work with, perfect for HQ 2 hour footage.

    The export dialog is manipulated in the same way as any window.  If you don't have enough screen real estate to grab the edges of the dialog and change it's size, then you may need to work on a larger screen, or at least increase the display resolution of the screen you're on.
