Client has old FCP 5...needs my files which I created using FCP 6. Help!

My client can't afford an upgrade and desperately needs the
FCP files for the project I just put together. She has FCP 5 and my files won't convert over to the older version and it's necessary that they be able to edit the timeline and reconnect media.
Any solutions out there?

It's frustrating, especially when they try to convince you that they need to install your Studio 2 into their computer. Seems unethical in my eyes if you ask me for someone even to suggest that knowing that I paid full price for the software!

I got the pdf into my workflow in a binary data and i passed this binary data to the function module so_document_attacthment_ap1.

How can I remove a signature on a PDF file that I created using Preview on iMac computer?? I inadvertently hit the icon on the Preview tool bar with an xS and a line through it. There is my signature in the middle of the PDF file I was editing. How do I get rid of it? Cannot select it. Cannot find any tools that allow me to delete it. The Preview documentation tells how to create and apply a signature, but not how to remove it. I think when a signature is added the doucment becomes locked from any editing.

All Adobe Reader versions are backwards compatible, so you should be able to open Acrobat 8 and earlier documents with Reader 9.
Do you have a specific problem with a document and Reader 9? If so, please give more details.

Right-click on the exe file and choose Properties.
Switch to the compatibility tab and uncheck the box next to "Run this program as an administrator". Click "ok".

Hi, please help with my issue which is as follows:
A file which was created and saved using Adobe Photoshop CS6 is not opening anymore and sends a message saying that the file is not compatible.
What should I do, I have invested so much in that file and I dont think i will be able to do it all over again.

That's why people do incremental saves and use backups... You could try to open the file in an image viewer like IrfanView and see which parts are salvagable, but that's as good as it gets most likely...

I want to use Log4j to log the details about my portal application. I would prefer using Log4j instead of SAP Logging. I have created properties file in my portal application which extends Abstract Portal Component. This my Log4j.properties file which i created under dist\PORTAL-INF\classses folder. I could read the Properties file. There is no problem on that. I am able to refer the API s available in Log4j. I am using Log4j-1[1].2.14.jar.

Check for the file in the server folder of your server installed directory.
ie..<Drive where server installed>:\usr\sap\<name>\<instance>\j2ee\<server node>

Yes, it becoming easier to convert files now that Lion has been out for almost a year, Pages and iWorks in general are becoming the answer for opening a lot of these old files and converting them without having to install complicated hit or miss hacks.
Although as Kappy said, do check what other PPC programs you may need to either update or convert as well. More and more people are realising that the great Lion panic was blown out of proportion, the same as any other OSX ever released and the same as a minority wil react to the upcoming Mountain Lion.

I need to write a log into a file using java.util.logging.
File name should read from properties file.
Issue is file is not created in D:\TestLogging.log

Need to know which query to use in BI 7.0 BI Statistics

I want to develop a query that gives like user id, query name and how many times executed in a given period. We are using BI 7 stats content. I like to know what chars and key figures to be used on my query. My selection criteria is given a query name and period, retrieve userd ids and how many times executed.
Is there any std query which I can use in BI version 7.
Note : I am NOT interested in BW3.5 since have installed 7.0 version.

from my xperience if u use 0TCT_MC02 it will give u detail steps so try to use this....
u can use standard queries, but as u r familiar with ur requirement the best approach is to design ur own query asu have to then spend time understanding the standard queries and change them.
but the data that u need with respect to user id, query ran, etc is available in 0TCT_MC01 & 0TCT_MC02

How to Attach a pdf file which is created in EP while sending the mail

Hi guys,
My scenario is, " A form is created in the EP and a HR person give the input/mandatory field employee number in that form so he gets the details of the employee and he edit some of the fields in the form and he gives his comments, then he press "submit" button."
Note: The edited fields are not stored in any table.
At this point my workflow will trigger using the event "POSITIONCHANGE" using the business object "BUS1065". Now i have to send a notification to 5 persons along with the pdf form as a attachment which is created by the initator in a display mode.
My Questions are:
1. How can i get that pdf form which is created by the intiator in EP to my workflow.
2.Then how can i attach this form in the mail.

There is no such thing as a Thunderbird email account. You have an email account with an email provider that you access with Thunderbird software.
Install Thunderbird on your other computer, add the account details for your email account and use it to access your providers email server.
