Client Security Services - Cannot Register Into Client Security

Question

Hi,
I got a problem for login on Client Security. It asks "enter Windows password" and after enter it the answer is " the user cannot register into Client Security".
Configuration: Thinkpad Z61M, Vista professionel 32 bits, CSS 8.0.
I reset the security in BIOS, 
clear the CSS and finger print, 
install CSS 8.2   and finger print
I got the same answer from CSS after re-enter Windows password and Composed Password.
Could you help me.

Hi,
to day I come back on laptop, I follow your action plan.
I uninstall CSS
As the HKLM\Software\lenovo was not clear with CSS, I delete  this entry
AS %programfile%\Lenovo was not clear with CSS, I delete the CSS directory 
I reset also the security chips in Bios
I install CSS again
In fact no change: 
I got after boot a windows asking my windows password
After I got a window asking to wait during registration in CSS
And finally a window saying the user can not be registered in CSS
It could be a Security chips failure but no hard error seems to raise and I have no test to check it.
Thanks for your help, I think that I stop to use this software.
