Client verliert Verbindung zur Datenbank

Hallo zusammen,
wir haben bei einem Kunden einen Rechner der immer wieder die Anmeldedaten für den SQL Server vergisst.
Jedes mal wenn man sich einloggen will an diesem Rechner muss man die Daten neu eingeben.

Imac verliert verbindung zu maus+tastatur

nach kurzer zeit (manchmal 5 manchmal 10 minuten) verliert er die verbindung zu maus(Kabel) und tastatur (bluetooth), läuft sonst allerdings weiter. er ist nur nichtmehr steuerbar. was könnte das sein? vom netz genommen etc. hab ich schon. bin nun etwas ratlos hat jemand eine idee?

Iphone kann keine WLAN verbindung herstellen. Fehlermeldung: Zeitüberschreitung

es ist mir schon klar, daß ich im WAN immer eintscheiden muss, ob ich über einen vorgeschalteten Router direkt ins Internet will oder PPTP-Verbindung machen möchte. Ich komme aber ins Internet mit der Fritzbox (192.168.1.x) und ich verbinde jetzt den WAN-Port des CISCO-Routers mit einem freien LAN-Port der Fritz-Box. Nun soll der CISCO-Router eine VPN-Verbindung zu dem Portunity-Dienst aufbauen. Über diesen Tunnel bekomme ich dann eine feste IP-Adresse, die ich für den Zugang an einen NAS-Server nutzen möchte.
Das Problem besteht nun darin, daß der CISCO-Router nicht weiß, daß sein Standard-Gateway und sein DNS-Server auf der Fritz-Box liegen. Gibt es überhaupt keine Möglichkeit, dem Cisco-Router zu sagen, wenn er die PPTP-Verbindung aufbauen möchte, möge er die 192.168.1.1 als Gateway und als DNS-Server nutzen ?

Jdbc bean errorpage - select - update

i got a problem getting the errorhandling from a bean- i would like to open an errorpage from the bean when the executeupdate function fails - maybe due to an allready existing value
if i move thedb access into a normal jsp i can declare a
<%@page errorPage="errorpage.jsp" %>
but how can i manage that within the bean ? - or should i put all the code into a jsp without trying to fit into the mvc modell ?

Well in order for the error page to come up, you have to give the jsp page an exception.
Right now you are just catching the exception, printing a message, and continuing as normal.
You will probably want to rethrow the exception so that it trickles down to the jsp where it can explode into a glorious error page.

Sichere Verbindung zum Itunes store fehlgeschlagen.

ich hoffe mir kann hier geholfen werden
Seit dem ich umgezogen bin kann ich keine verbindung zum Itunes Store auf meinem Windows Rechner herstellen.
Habe bereits mehrere Itunes Diagnosen durchgeführt --> Fehlermeldung : Sichere Verbindung zum Itunes store fehlgeschlagen.
Computer wurden wegen diesen Problem neu aufgesetzt, neuestes Itunes installiert, alle Firewalls deaktiviert und trotzdem noch das selbe Problem.

Go to command Prompt -
(Win 7/Vista) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES, right mouse click "Command Prompt", choose "Run as Administrator".
(Win XP SP2 & above) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES/Command Prompt
In the "Command Prompt" screen, type in
netsh winsock reset
Hit "ENTER" key
Restart your computer.
If you do get a prompt after restart windows to remap LSP, just click NO.
Now launch your iTunes and see if it is working now.
If you are still having these type of problems after trying the winsock reset, refer to this article to identify which software in your system is inserting LSP:

Verbindungsfehler zur iCloud

Hallo
Ich habe seit einigen Tagen das Problem, dass ich mich an meinem MacBook (late 2009) unter Mountain Lion nicht mehr am MacApp Store und bei iCloud anmelden kann. Ich bekomme immer den Hinweis, dass die Verbindung zur Zeit nicht möglich ist.
Mit meinen iOS Geräten bin ich allerdings problemlos mit der iCloud verbunden.
Vielleicht weiß jemand einen Rat?!

Ich hab letztens auf der Arbeit versucht mich in mein iCloud Konto anzumelden.
Gleiches Problem. Wir haben aber zwei Netzwerk/Internet-Zugänge (2x WLAN). Eins für Gäste und eins für Interne User.
In den Netzwerken herschen unterschiedliche Regeln...warum sag ich das?
Weil es in WLAN für die Mitarbeiter nicht funktioniert hat sich anzumelden und
im Gast-WLAN schon.
Dein Handy/iPhone wird sich warscheinlich über das mobile Netz verbinden - also kein Problem.
In dem WLAN wo du dich mit deinem MacBook versuchst anzumelden gehts vielleicht deswegen nicht...
Vielleicht einfach mal über einen anderen Netzwerkzugang probieren!?

I have tested the settings in the data-sources.xml file of the OC4J application server: they seem to be o.k. for I can connect to the database using my SQL workbench.
One further information: I've tried a new very simple test process (just a receive and a response) and it worked fine...
Any suggestions what could go wrong??

Hi,
as I received no answer from the user group I had time to look myself to find the problem... and it seemed to be really a timeout that prevented me from deploying my process: I had an import tag inside the <types> section of a WSDL file which didn't perform fast enough.
So, all I would like to know for the moment is where I could have a look on the ORABPEL error codes (searching in google for 'ORABPEL-04077' doesn't return a result at all...)

I set up Oracle Database Gateway for ODBC with mysql driver (I tried mysql-connector-odbc-5.1.11-1.x86_64.rpm (currently used and log output shown) and mysql-connector-odbc-5.2.2-1.x86_64.rpm). I am unable to create a connection to the mysql database.

Business-One-Auswertungen mit MS-Access oder MS-Excel Pivot-Table

Guten Morgen,
ich habe eine Frage zu den Auswertungsmöglichkeiten im SAP Business One.
Mir wurde bisher XL-Reporter, Coresuite und Crystal genannt.
Gibt es Wege und auch Erfahrungen, Daten per MS-Access oder MS-Excel über Pivot "zu holen" und aufzubereiten.
Ich habe bereits einen Beitrag hier im Forum diesbezüglich gefunden, jedoch ist der recht ungenau.
Hier ist leider nicht die Vorgehensweise beschrieben, welche Datenquelle und Werkzeuge zu nutzen sind.
Kannn jemand weiterhelfen ?

Hallo Markus,
prinzipiell gibt es verschiedene Wege. Einer ist via Addons - wir selbst nutzen Coresuite -.
Die anderen Wege sind :
1. Du erstellst dir eine Abfrage und exportierst dir anschließend die Daten via Excel Button in eine Tab Datei. Auf dauer recht mühsam wie ich finde.
2. Du benutzt ODBC um in Office Produkte externe Datenquelle - hier die SAP DB - einzubinden. Dazu solltest du am SQL Server einen neuen Benutzer mit ausschließlichem Lesezugriff auf die SAP DB erstellen. Schreibender Zugriff grade durch Programme wie Access ist tödlich.
Anschließend erstellt du unter Systemsteuerung - ODBC Datenquelle eine neue Verbindung zur SQL Datenbank mit Hilfe deines Read only Benutzers. Diese Verbindung kannst du anschließend in Excel unter Extras - Externe Datenquellen benutzen und Tabellen aus der SAP DB auslesen und zb in Pivot einbetten.

ErrorCode 8275 (Unable to load)

Hi,
I bought the Album "Kunstraub" from the band "In Extremo" a long time ago, but everytime I start iTunes the ErrorCode 8275 appears, saying that the booklet can't be loaded.
I reinstalled iTunes several times (even upgrades are done regularly)
I deleted the booklet in the library, but it appears again and again
If I click on "available downloads" it appears with the same error
other Albums are loaded completely correct
In the last time iTunes is hung up after the first time I start it, the only thing I see is that it tries to download the booklet then it closes down, second start is fine and I only get the ErrorCode mentioned above (now it happens even if I try to save the diagnosig report)
I also could not find a crash report in:

Question about Archive Log Deletion policy

Thats not what I expected. Where is my mistake?

I do new tests it's very strange.
BACKUP ARCHIVELOG command is not obeying the policy of archivelog.
You can open a SR on MOS. (to check bugs)
I reproduce the same test and the result was the same, it seems that this is a bug.

This command eliminates the separate step of manually deleting archived redo logs.
With DELETE INPUT, RMAN deletes only the specific copy of the archived log chosen for the backup set.
With DELETE ALL INPUT, RMAN deletes each backed-up archived redo log file from all log archiving destinations.
As explained in "Configuring an Archived Redo Log Deletion Policy",
the BACKUP ... DELETE INPUT and DELETE ARCHIVELOG commands obey the archived redo log deletion policy
for logs in all archiving locations. For example, if you specify that logs should only be deleted when backed

But in ours case it's not honors this policy.
Only with the FORCE command should this happen. But it is not our case.

Gnome blocks keyboard

Hi
I have a HUGE problem: Gnome blocks my keyboard. I can login with GDM (keyboard works) but as soon as gnome starts up the keyboard doesn't work anymore. I can't even change to another tty with CTRL+ALT+F1 F2 or any other tty. I managed to start a minimal xserver with openbox using a tty before i log in with gnome and everything works perfectly there, so it's definetively a gnome problem and probably not HAL related.
PLEASE help me to solve this problem as soon as possible because I'm kind of overstrained with that. Tell me what you need to know about my setup or log files and I'll provide them to you.
I didn't change any configurations in the last few days and the problem started after using GIMP, Firefox and Geany. After changing from one TTY to another one I was only able to move the mouse but couldn't even click anywhere on the desktop. The keyboard didn't work either. I did a hard reboot and everything seemed to work again except the keyboard. I tried it a few times but that didn't help. My system is up-to-date.

Ok, this problem is really weird. Openbox is working fine when I start it on a tty with
xinit /usr/bin/xterm -- :1
and then openbox &. Still when I start it with GDM (in the dropdown select openbox) it has the same issue that gnome-session has. So I tried slim and xdm and they don't work either. The keyboard works to login but as soon as the load either openbox or gnome-session the keyboard doesn't work anymore. Therefor I tried to load gnome-session directly from the xterm I started but then the keyboard in gnome doesn't work either again.
After a reboot a get a error message from firefox. Sorry that it's mostly german:
"Der Konfigurationsserver konnte nicht kontaktiert werden; mögliche Fehlerquellen sind, dass TCP/IP für ORBit nicht aktiviert ist oder auf Grund eines Systemabsturzes alte NFS-Sperren gesetzt sind. Unter http://projects.gnome.org/gconf/ erhalten Sie weitere Informationen (Details – 1: Verbindung zur Sitzung konnte nicht abgerufen werden: Failed to connect to socket /tmp/dbus-2WWHpd9zZO: Verbindungsaufbau abgelehnt)"
Translation:

EDIT: Ok, that new error also shows up when I try to start nautilus in my openbox session and nautilus doesn't start anymore. I guess my system is screwd... ARGH!!
EDIT 2: Ok I created a new user and now it works. Seems that some configuration is broken for my original user. Would be very interesting whats actually not working. I copied most of the configuration folders (like .local .gnome2 .config) into my new account but after I copied .gconfd and .gconf the keyboard stopped working again. Resetting those to folder made everything work again. The problem is somehow solved for me, still I would be very interested what caused the problem and how to avoid that. I installed exactly the same setup on a friends machine and I would like to save him from such a day. Should I open a bug for the problem and providing those two folders?

8.1.6.1.0 (Linux) Rman Problem

after running a single full backup (which completes without a glitch) i tried to show the available backup sets for the target database. But the rman-list command is nonfunctional:

Do you have more than one value for
sort_area_size.
Run Query :- select name,value from v$parameter where name like
'sort_area_size';
Result :- sort_area_size
65536, 65536 <-- two values then it is a bug.
Resolution :- Remove duplicate entry from sort_area_size, if this is the
problem. This is not a problem in 9i.
