Close old open POs of GR and IR quantity differ.

Hi,
We are having some open POs of year 2006, 2007. These POs are not archived due to Quantity delivered differs from qty. invoiced.
Now GR, IR are archived and business wants to close these POs.System is not allowing as there is difference in GR and IR quantity.
Is there any standard SAP report which will allow to put deletion indicator in such POs.

Sudhir,
Have you tried MR11? That's precisely what it is supposed to fix: The GR/IR clearing program posts a document that 'fixes' cases of 'quantity delivered' not equal to 'quantity invoiced.'
If you have done this already, there should be an entry for GR/IR adjustment in your PO history, and all the quantities should add up.
I haven't tried this in similar circumstances, but I don't think the fact that the GR and IR are archived would prevent you from clearing the difference with MR11. If you have really cleared this difference, and quantity invoiced = quantity received, I'd suggest having a technical person trace through the program to find the source of the problem.

several items across several old purchase orders are open from a previous series of materials in distribution.
order unit was in EA (eaches) due to a rounding error someone would have received 0.999 CS. so there are thousands of open line items for say 0.001 CS.
the 101 material document displays that those line items do not have the delivery completed indicator checked at the time of GR. that option is also grayed out on MB02 change screen.
The help section tells me the basic option for how/when that is checked. The first bullet can not be done because you will receive a stock category error. I do not see the detail screen for the PO where this claims there is a "delivery completed" indicator.
how can you mark these line items complete?
If the "delivery completed" indicator has been set, no further goods receipt is expected for the item involved.
You can set the "delivery completed" indicator:
*At the time of a goods receipt against a purchase order (PO)
**On the detail screen for the PO or scheduling agreement item

Hi,
Changing the purchasing value key will have no effect after the event.
The DCI flag is available on ME22n on the delivery tab.
If you configure the flag to be set automatically if the delivery is within the tolerance, then the 0.01 will not be a problem in the future.
But for now you may have to write a basic ABAP program that will report on and/or set the DCI flags for the "old" POs.

Reg Open sales order item and the quantity

Hi experts:
I am getting open sales order item based on inner join of tables(vbak, vbap, vbep). Not using vbbe table in inner join as it doesnt carry all pending open records.
can any one say how open sales order items and their quantity can be retrieved?
I searched forum and saw usage of vbuk and vbup tables, but it does not accomplish our scenario.

Hi,
1) fetch the header information from VBAK table.
2) Based on VBAK table fetch all the line items from VBAP table.
3) Now fetch from VBFA table.
*-Fetch from VBFA to get the delivered qty
SELECT vbelv               " Preceding sales and distribution document
         posnv               " Preceding item of an SD document
         rfmng               " Referenced quantity in base UOM
    FROM vbfa
    INTO TABLE lt_vbfa
     WHERE vbelv   = gv_vbeln

4) By comparing VBFA-POSNR just filter the records from the VBAP internal table. Remained lines are open lines of the sales order.

Close old open PO's with available funds

I am trying to find out how we can close out old open PO's that have available funds. I've heard that setting the delivery complete indicator might work but would it reduce the availabe funds to zero? Any information would be appreciated.

What is the error message you got while trying to delete the PO item.As the goods were delivered and made the GR, invoicing cycle also needs to be completed.Does the vendor was paid during that time?.
Please try deleting the PO item and act as per the error message you got.
If the cycle of the PO is completed and if you try to delete it , it will not effect the vendor/customer.

To close old STO with inbalance GI and GR

Hi experts,
we have an old STO from plant to plant (order type UB, item category U).
We're unable to close this STO by ticking Delivery complete - EKPO-ELIKZ.
We got Error an Message no. 06 848 - "Delivery completed" indicator cannot be set for item 00010
There're in-balance stock between GI from issuing plant vs GR into receiving plant.
The material documents had been archieved and the stock in-transit had been cleared.
Is there any program or method to close this STO?

I hope you did a physical count at the same time, otherwise you just created available stock that is not anymore physically in your location. If it was really a very old document, then you probably had a physical count between the physical receipt and the SAP receipt now, that has adjusted the stock.

Suddenly I can't access photos on my iPod touch- opens a blank page and then closes- email- opens a blank page and then closes- the camera- opens but wont work and then closes. Facebook works ok though. Any ideas?

My iPod touch has stopped working in selective areas. The camera turns on, I can see the image but the buttons don't work. The camera then closes.

Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Restore from backup. See:
iOS: Back up and restore your iOS device with iCloud or iTunes
- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

thanks for your prompt reply. i've tried following your suggestion. however, i found that the choosing both (REHNUNG and WE101), the system displays ALL OPEN POs AND POs with OPEN invoices.
i would need a report that displays ALL OPEN POs WITH INVOICE (Open POs with IR).
it seems that multiple selection in ME2N only satisfies the condition "AND", and not "WITH".
any further ideas?

Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

Migrating open POs and GR/IR clearing account balance

Hello gurus,
I've got the following problem concerning migration of open POs:
For example: In my source system there is a PO for 10 pcs. of some material. There has been a goods receipt for 5 pcs. (200$ each).
Now, when I import this order and the corresponding purchase order history into my target system (using LSMW), the target system creates the order, a material document for 5 pcs. and an account document.
But of course, our FI-team also has to migrate the balance of the 'old' GR/IR clearing account.
So, the balance in the source system is <> 0 (e.g. 1000$), because the 5 pcs. have been delivered but there has been no invoice receipt yet.
This balance is imported into the new system and then the open orders are migrated, generating an account document and thus, the balance is 2000$ afterwards.
This obviously is not correct, so I am sure that I am missing something, just what?

Hi,
1. There will be an open PO uploaded for 5 qty and price 200$ each
2. Opening Balance of Material - 5 qty and corresponding value to Stock A/c - 1000$
3. Also there will be Vendor Balances uploaded in the system as 1000$ against the invoice. (If the invoice is still expected then chec with FI Users if they can get invoice form vendor)
if no then do not upload initial stock entry of step2, create a PO of 10 qty and then do GR in system (SAP).

I am having the very same problem with iTunes, I'm running Windows 7 64 bit and started having the problem after the latest update. I just upgraded to the new 5s and was syncing everything to it, so I figured that I would update my itunes software as well. Which I never do after updating one time and had trouble with it on my old laptop and had to rollback to a older version of itunes. Immargarita, Since you just purchased the software you qualify for a no charge one on one at an Apple store. They never could tell me what was wrong, but after three visits and not one dime, all lessons downloaded at the store. I was not going home until it worked.
Hint, hint, I had just upgraded OX when the problem started. So... I qualified for tech support. I forgot to get my none working since the up grade Photoshop fixed. Some Java component can't be found and just like GB, the link to Apple for support does not work. I have the good old PS disc. I'm not happy with this cloud stuff.
When you call and give the SN for your computer, they may say it will cost $29.00 dollars for one time support. Instead choose a different prompt, tell the human being what your problem is and set up a visit to the Apple store. BTW, no one at the store seemed to have heard of this issue.
The techie just started the download and ran the activity monitor. The download stopped once. Then he continued it and everything is there now.
Shame on you Apple.

Can't delete Airport Utility and reinstal from scratch as it is, “AirPort Utility” can’t be modified or deleted because it’s required by Mac OS X.
Any sugestions?

I reinstalled AirPort 5.5.3 which worked, but the app still won't launch but iTunes now recognizes my AirPort Express, I just hope I don't want to change its settings.
