Closed PO still showing intransit qty

Hi all :
I have a closed PO with 1 item that was already received, but the supplier created an ASBN and it ones still pending for receive.
The PO line is already closed and the item received already, but still as expected in receiving and supply/demand form still showing it as intransit
This what I found in Receipt Expected Form:
Qty UOM ASN Type Dest Type Item
15 Each ASBN Receiving PDM3520IEC (This record is the one supply/demand form show as intransit)
0 Each Receiving PDM3520IEC (This record was already received)
I can not receive this 15 pcs, because I will duplicate the receipt.

Hi Anup,
I am not sure how this happened. It is not uncommon that it is the other way around, that an open Invoice does not appear.
Please check the opch and pch6 table, it can happen that there is an inconsistency.
SELECT T0.[DocNum], T0.[DocTotal], T0.[PaidToDate], T1.[PaidToDate], T1.[Paid] FROM OPCH T0 INNER JOIN PCH6 T1 ON T0.DocEntry = T1.DocEntry WHERE T0.[DocNum] =[%0]
If the document is close the Paidtodate and paid should be equal to document total.

PSE10 still shows "edit in progress" even when file in CS6 is closed

I have used PSE for years and love the Organiser to store and navigate round my photos. I've considered Lightroom, but have stuck with PSE10.
I've got the trial of CS6 and am considering purchasing. I have a problem though. If I edit in CS6, do my adjustments, save the file then close it, it still shows up as edit in progress in my PSE10 photo well. This happens with whatever photos I edit in CS6. Very annoying as they are then locked. My only option is to close PSE10 where a warning comes up about changes being lost, re open it and all is well.
Why does PSE10 think the photos are still being editied in CS6 even though they have been saved and closed?

What I have tried is after closing the file in CS6, then opening the file in PSE editor and closing that trying to "trick" the organiser into thinking it has been closed, but no luck.
I have no problem with PSE organiser and PSE editor. As soon as I close the file in the editor it becomes live again in the organiser. This is just with editing in CS6 then closing the file.
After a heavy edit session I will have numerous "edit in progress" messages over my organiser with the only way of clearing to shut down and re open PSE.
Annoying to say the least!

I have developed a form with fields hidden by default, that become visible based on box ticked or radio button selections.
My problem is that, when I close the form and re-open it, it comes back to it's default presentation, regardless of the information already recorded in the form (including in the now hidden fields.
How to correct that

I've had the same problem. This solved it...
Go to the "Form properties..." in the File-menu. Select "Run-time" to the left and in the box "Scripting" Preserve scripting changes to form when saved: choose Automatically (Script-based state changes are saved locally in an insecure fashion. This option cannot be used for certified forms).

Funds Reservation closed with FMMC but Proj System still shows encumbrance

What could be the cause of a handfull of remaining balances on Funds Reservations (containing WBS elements)that have been closed using FMMC to still show in Project Systems report S_ALR_87013532 (Plan/Actual/Variance).
For example, we have one scenario whereby and funds reservation was created for $3,050 in FY06. Invoices in FY06 totaling $3,045 were processed against the reservation leaving $5 open.
At fiscal year 06 end it was determined that the reservation should be closed using FMMC and it was closed. For some reason the $5 is still showing in Project Systems on reports under the encumbered section.
Any ideas? I have been trying to duplicate the issue. In DEV, if I close a reservation with a WBS element using FMMC, Project Systems gets updated immediately. Most reservation closings have been fine, its just about 20 over the past fiscal years that have ended like this.

Thank you for your help! I think I am in the right direction. I was thinking that S_ALR_87013532 was a standard SAP report but... it may have been changed. When I run this report in our system it has a column for "Encumbrances". I think this may have been added along with the value type 2A. In other similiar reports I see the column "Commitment" that references value type 23 for Reservation Commitment.
Can you pull up S_ALR_87013532 and tell me if it has the "Encumbrance" column?
CJI5 is consistent with what I see in FM. I see it doesn't show commitments that have the deletion indicator set.

PO closed, but item master record still shows on order

SAP B1 8.8 SP00, PL 15
In all my PO history, I have only ordered this item twice: one PO for 10,000 for WHS1 and one PO for 8,800 to WHS2. Both orders were over-received (10,222 and 8,890). They were copied to Goods Receipt PO and the POs were closed automatically. But when I look at the item master record, WHS1 still shows 10,000 still on order.
How can this be and how can I clean up the whs record record?

Sounds like a bug for me. Changing quantity in GR-PO won't and shouldn't broken the link between PO and GR-PO. Even if you change the item in GR-PO which resulted in broken link, your PO shouldn't altered into closed status.
You explain that the status of PO closed, only 2 PO for this particular item and on order still 10,000, smells like a bug. IMO, make sure for the last time that you only have 2 PO and all PO status with this item already closed. If you already confirm this true, you need to escalate this matter to SAP and let SAP fix the database for you.

MD04 still showing closed PO items

Dear All -
MD04 still showing the closed PO items. I tried running the report SDRQCR21. But it didnot correct the MD04 listing. And it also shows the PO items which are quite old ( more than 3 years old closed items).
Need your ideas to remove the closed PO items from MD04.

You mentioned "Good issue" so I suppose your PO is a STO (stock transport order).
In this case, check that the ordered quantity, GI quantity and GR quantity match.
They probably don't as you wouldn't otherwise get the error message stating the GI and GR are not the same.

Confirmed Qty still shows ZERO after complete delivery

A particular item in a sales order has been completely delivered and billed, but in the schedule lines tab, the confirmed qty and delivered qty are still showing as Zero. Also there is a tick mark for the "Schedule Lines Exist" column for that item which implies that the confirmed quantity of the item is smaller than the order quantity.
Checked the forum but couldnt find anything related to this scenario.
What needs to be done?

HI,
Please check for respective Material at Sales: General/Plant tab what is the availability option selected if it is anything other than KP(No check), then system confirms the quantity as soon as the sales order is saved.
Even though the Delivery has been Deleted, in your case if Quantity is confirmed against that Sales order that Quantity will be available for other SalesOrder and their corresponding Deliveries.
U can test this my reducing the Quantity of that Line item from that sales order. You will find that Quantity reduced from old sales order will be available for new Sales Order.

Committment is still showing for closed purchase order

No stock in WareHouse but still show qty in batch

Dear All,
We have implemented SAP Business one in one of our group company.
For some of the items we enabled batch management.
While i saw the stock of this batch managed items in warehouse, it shows zero qty but in batch no report it shows some qty associated with batch.
I want to make this items non batch managed but due to qty batch associated with batch, system is now allow to do.

Also, I have noticed that every once in awhile you can not close tabs you've opened, either by pushing on the X button and/or clicking on the mouse to close it. Although closing the window and opening it again (without closing the Firefox application) seemed to rectify the problem in the short term, it's becoming quite annoying.

First, download the add-on SQManager. This should be included with FireFox, it is really good.
Look for the file '''moz_hosts''' in the folder '''places.sqlite'''.
Don't delete the file, just delete the information in the file. My file has over 3600 websites, which go back years!! I did not know they were there, but I was frustrated about not being able to get rid of them. They popped up every time I used the address bar. Clearing my history would not get rid of them.
This is where they are stored!! I found that by deleting the pesky web site from '''moz_hosts''', it does not appear in my address bar anymore!!!
I think that if I just delete all the websites in moz_hosts....

As long as you don't delete the file, just empty it, FireFox won't know the difference. It will just keep adding websites to it until you empty it again.
Why running "clear recent history" doesn't do this, I don't know. You are doing manually what "clear recent history" is not doing.

I think you are creating the sales order with reference to a quotation.Go to copy controls and select OR and QT and uncheck the complete reference indicator in the details screen.
I think this give the delivery status "Completed" after creating the billing document.
