Closed PO without Action History(APP-PO-14288)

Hi All,
There are Some of closed POs without Action History.
No record in PO_ACTION_HISTORY for these POs.
When I view Action History , I will receive an error -- APP-PO-14288.
Any advice is appreciated.

I found this note too. After running Workflow Background Process, I still can't view action history.
I checked the result of wfdirchk.sql too, but I don't know how to analyze it.
The end of the result as below:

We won't know until you try the procedure. The reset will not affect the content of the iPod.

It is possible that there is a problem with the files sessionstore.js and sessionstore.bak in the Firefox Profile Folder.
Delete the sessionstore.js [2] file and possible sessionstore-##.js files with a number and sessionstore.bak in the Firefox Profile Folder.

Deleting sessionstore.js will cause App Tabs and Tab Groups and open and closed (undo) tabs to get lost, so you will have to create them again (make a note or bookmark them).

Will not complete a sync without crashing and saying cannot read to the device or something to that effect.
That sounds familiar.
Just doublechecking ... have you worked through the suggestions from the following document in the course of your troubleshooting to date?

APINV : Workflow Action History empty for approvers.- WF Note Empty

I have the invoice approval workflow working in Ebus. When the person (Person A) first receives the customised approval notification they have the WF_NOTE attribute and fill it in accordingly, they submit it to Person B.
When the next person (Person B) in the approval list gets the notification, there is no entry for the comments that person A has entered in the Action History.
If we go back to Person A's closed notifications, we can see their comment in their action history.
The Action history shows for Person A:

is there a way to do this? or Am I missing something?
I have looked at Metalink and followed the note "Why Action History in APINV (AP Invoice) Approval Notification does not Show Approver's Comments in Details Column ? [ID 804497.1]" but still nothing showing in the approvers list.
Any Ideas Appreciated.

I can see that it is to do with the NID and process ID for the particular notification and it just shows comments relevant to that notification, but nothing in relation to the preceding notifications.

If the two are different notifications , then there would not be the action history shown from the old notification which has been responded.
If you still want to show the action history, then you can have a custom action history table in your notification. This can be done using a special message attribute
with the internal name #HISTORY to replace the default action history table provided by Oracle Workflow with a custom action history region.
Your custom action history table must be defined as an Oracle Application Framework region, or as a PL/SQL or PL/SQL CLOB document that contains text or HTML. For
more information about building an Oracle Application Framework region, refer to Oracle Application Framework Developer's Guide, available from OracleMetaLink note
391554.1.

Randomly closing windows without command

Hey folks!
I seem to notice some funny stuff on my mac happening. From time to time, some of my windows (iCal window, Mail window, etc) just close and diessapear without me closing or quitting the app in any way.
For e.g. when I'm surfing the web on safari, somtimes either my iCal or Mail window in the background just dissapears as if you'd hit cmd+w...
Any idea why this is so and how to fix it? it really gets annoying after some time.

I've just seen that the windows aren't actually closing but rather the the app parallels simulating W7 just puts itself in the foreground.

Approval status of PR is in process, but action history show 'Approve'

Dear all,
I am on EBS 11.5.10.2 and encountered a problem during the approval process of PR.
The approval hierarchy with PR is planner -> approver1 -> approver2,
and approver2 is the final approver.
Everything of the approval process is OK except that the action performed
by approver1 shown in Action History is 'Approve', but not the appropriate
'Forword'.
Sequence Performed By Action Approval Status
0 planner Submit
1 planner Forward In Process
2 approver1 Approve In Process <---- Here the 'Approve' action should be shown as 'Forward'
3 approver2 Approve Approved
Any ideas will be greatly appreciated!

For requisitions the action taken by the approver is recorded. If they click on Approve, the same is recorded in action history.Shivaraj, for POs with the similar position hierarchy, if the approve1 click on Approve, action history does show 'Forward'.
Do you mean the action taken by the approver1 is different between Requisitions and POs?

It depends upon the capabilities of your printer. If you have an HP printer with a photo tray then the Photo app will print to whatever size you load in to that tray.

How can I temporarily remove games from my iPhone without losing the app data included?

My iPhone 5 is running low on space so I plan on cleaning it out soon. I have a lot of games on my iPhone with app data included that I don't play as often. I was planning on removing these temporarily because some day I might want to play them again but I'm afraid I won't have my progress anymore. Ex: My levels conquered on Cut The Rope or my worlds on Minecraft PE.
So is there a solution out there for me to be able to temporarily remove my games without losing their app data? All feedback is greatly appreciated and I how there is a way to do this!

The only way to recover the data for a deleted app would be to restore from a backup made before you deleted the app. Apps and their data are integral to eachother, so deleting one deletes the other.
If you have a backup, you could restore from that to restore an App's data, but a restore is also an all or nothing option - the restore will restore everything to the state of the backup, not single or selective items.
Other than that, there is no way to acheive what you wish - if you delete the app you delete its data.

Yes. Go to your iCloud settings on each device and configure what you do and do not want showing up on each device.

Hey I lost my iPod touch in school and I think one of my classmates took it how do I track it down without using an app ?

The only way to track it at all is to first have enabled an iCloud account on it before it was lost, with the find my iPod setting in that account's setting panel set to "ON".
If that was done, you can log in to your iCloud account in a web browser and you can try to track it. It must be on, and it must have an active wifi data connection to be trackable.
Without an iCloud account already on it though, there is no way to track it.

I'm updating the music in my I-Tunes. I have an old 4GB Nano but I also have an I-Phone 4S. I only want music and nothin else on my I-Pod, how can I get it to sync without all the apps as, obviously the I-pod doesn't have enough memory?

"Other" is data that the iPod doesn't know how to deal with (but on your nano, it isn't Apps). All iPods have some quantity of "Other" on them. Sometimes Other is corrupt files that cannot be read.
The usual remedy when the quantity of Other becomes too big, is to Restore the iPod. However, 0.26GB of Other doesn't appear to be very much and I suspect you won't see much change, if any, if you Restore.
