Does anybody have any idea when Creative Cloud will be available in my country Antigua & Barbuda? I want to upgrade from CS5.5 but can't.

I don't work for Adobe, but my understanding is that if you can't buy directly from Adobe in your location, you must use a reseller

This information is not available. We are working to add more countries, the newest being South Africa which will be added by the end of November. We are working to make this process more transparent. I understand how frustrating it is to not know if and/or when the Creative Cloud will be available in your country.

Adobe has heavily pirated products and to detect and combat this, Adobe ties a particular user login and registrations to a country and probably requires payment from that country as well.
I suspect the reason that PayPal is only accepted in the US is because PayPal doesn't provide country information for Adobe to validate where the payments are from so Adobe has to assume PayPal is from US customers, and if you're not a US customer you can't use PayPal.
As far as a particular credit card (CC) not being accepted or freelancers not having credit cards, I would think some CCs would be accepted by whatever payments servicer Adobe uses in particular markets but not all CCs because of the fraud rating of their network or particular rules the CC requires merchants to follow, and while free-lancers may not have a credit rating that allows them to hold a credit card, they likely have a bank account, and banks issue debit cards that are accepted in place of credit cards.
Furthermore, there are ways to buy a CC pre-paid subscription for a single payment for 3 months or a year at a time, from third-party resellers, though I'm not sure what countries they are for, but Amazon is one of those resellers:

Yes your absolutely right I should have backed it up thankfully I never feel for the iTunes Match cause then I would have lost it . And thankfully there is Google Play , Amazon and several superior services .Thankfully I didn't use iCloud or the apple cloud. I backed all my music onto Amazon and as a safety measure Dropbox and my own cloud ( wdex8 which failed) .

I appreciate your prompt response.
We have an Australian client here in the Philippines and would want to purchase an adobe software under Creative Cloud Licensing.
Since this type of licensing is not yet available here in the Philippines, they are suggesting that they can purchase it in their country.
My main concern is, will there be any conflict upon installing/activating an adobe software under Creative Cloud which will be purchased from their country?
And what are the steps for installing and activating a software under this type of license.

My iPhoto won't open, and tells me I need to download the current version. But when I try to do that, it says the application isn't available in my country.

I was trying to open iPhoto one day, when I noticed the icon had a white circle with a slash mark through it on top of the icon. I clicked on it, and an error message popped up that read: "In order to open iPhoto, you need to update to the latest version." (I had just updated my Mac with the OS X Yosemite 10.10.3 Supplemental Update) So I go ahead and click download on the error message, and it brings me to the app store and says "Item Not Available. The item you've requested is not currently available in your country." (I live in the U.S.)

Go to the App Store and check out the Purchases List. If iPhoto is there then it will be v9.6.1
If it is there, then drag your existing iPhoto app (not the library, just the app) to the trash
Install the App from the App Store.
Sometimes iPhoto is not visible on the Purchases List. it may be hidden. See this article for details on how to unhide it.

iPhoto the application and the iPhoto Library are two different parts of the iPhoto programme. So, reinstalling the app should not affect the Library. BUT you should always have a back up before doing this kind of work. Always.

Will someone outside of the United States check to see if a song is available in your country?

You should be able to switch stores but you cannot purchase without a billing address in that country.
I'm in the UK…
I can see Canada…
I'll leave the others for someone in those countries, (no habla Espanol).

Camera Window for Android not available in my Country

Hi everyone, Ive just bought a new G16. One of the most important features that made my pay more than 100 over the G15 is of course the added wifi capability. But I happen to live in Argentina, and Camera Window app is not available for my country in Google Play.
Do someone solved this? Can anybody help?

How can I get it?

If it is not available in your country then you cannot get it. Even though it is free there may be licensing restrictions or the distributor simply does not want it distributed in your country.

I am wondering about why not every song is available in every country, especially in the European Union. I mean, we are one region without real boundaries anymore. But if I get over a "boundary" like Germany and I hear a song overthere, which is there already popular. Why can't I get this song through iTunes in The Netherlands. The Netharlands are not really big and I travel a lot throughout the European Union, but I can not download songs here, because they are not availible in the Dutch iTunes Store.
I think it is a idea and a question. Why not throw away these "boundaries" and create an European iTunes store? Or making things faster available for every European country.
I hope you are going to think about this. This is better for you, and your customers. I think there will be more users, if there is a faster respond to make things available in every European country.

CDs are a physical product that once sold to a reseller can be then resold by the reseller basically anywhere the reseller wishes.
